By chanting AUM we are awakening the kundalini shakti from the navel to the heart and from the heart to the vocal cords; then illuminating the eyebrow centre to the top of the head. RAM brings back the energy from the Sahasrara to the Manipura Chakra. Meditation with the effects of AUM and RAM. Some asana practice.
