In the previous bhajan we heard that Sadhana is very important. There have been many pandemics in human history, much more serious than this. For us it is essential to maintain peace of mind. We should always be aware of the purpose of our life. If we really practice pranayama, we will indeed gain more energy and will find it easier to deal with difficult situations in our life.
