We are on the path to God. Jesus Krishna and Rama also had a very hard life a very hard path. We got the path and God helps us. Sadhana helps us to go further in our path. We would be very careful to be successful. We should be concentrated during the whole anusthan. Never teach kriya anudthan without the permission and blessing of the Guru otherwise you will fail your spiritual path. Our real dress is our skin. Kriya means do something and also means movements.
