Yoga shows a complete way of living. Not only health techniques and therapy is the benefit. Yoga principles are unique and offer complete guidance and motivation for our life. We cannot find true and lasting bliss in the outside world. It lies within our inner self. Our own life experience reveals that people's natures are varied, according to their predisposition, differing thoughts, feelings and goals. Corresponding to this variety in human nature,are four yoga paths that take into account people's inclinations. These four yoga paths do not represent separate paths. Each path or yoga principle is closely related to the other and connected into oneness. We cannot separate. These principles of yoga are our life principles and when they become one then we are really practicing yoga.
