Yoga and Ayurveda for wellbeing

The divine light of Bharat and Sanatana Dharma is the eternal truth. Bharat is the cradle of culture and spirituality, acknowledged as the motherland, Bhārat Mātā. It is the sacred center where divine incarnations manifest. Every atom of its soil carries divine energy. Sanatana Dharma is not a religion but the eternal principle of existence, the universal consciousness within all. It is the one Supreme Father in all. People are divine incarnations, yet a curtain of ignorance obscures this truth. This ignorance is removed through yoga and Āyurveda. Yoga is the union of the individual soul with the cosmic soul, supported by practices for health. Āyurveda is the ancient medical science that heals without side effects. Together, they are the two wings to fly to liberation. One must practice diligently and seek expert guidance. Do not be misled by superficial habits; recognize your divine nature.

"Within you is an ocean of immortality. Within you is the fountain of joy, and within you is the immortal soul."

"Yoga is called union: Jīvātmā to Paramātmā—the individual soul merges into the cosmic soul."

It is a great blessing, joy, and happiness to be with you today. We are very honored to have His Excellency, the Ambassador of India to Croatia. Since 1988, or before that, I think—I don’t remember so many years now—I have met many ambassadors of India. But when the ambassador comes from India to this country, we do not know which kind of jewel we should choose. Every ambassador is one with the best qualities. But today, it is sparkling like a superstar, His Excellency, the Ambassador of India, Śrī Sandeep Jī. I will not tell you the stories of the great Ṛṣi Sandīpa. So, maybe He came in His body here with you. Thank you, Your Excellency, and all the members of our embassy. I am happy and proud of you that you are taking care of Croatia in order to keep the beautiful relation between India and Croatia. Your Excellency, in the heart of Croatia, India is residing there. You know, the Croatian heart is very well known. It’s called the big heart. You know, Your Excellency, that India has given to the whole world that which everyone is carrying in their neck. India gives you the mālā to carry around the neck. And Croatia gave the world the tie. Yes, the original name is Kravata. But the British had difficulty pronouncing it, so they just said, "Tie it." So it became a tie. Otherwise, a beautiful name from this country. India has great respect and good relations, and Croatia also has good relations and respect for our India, the country. So, Your Excellency, you are in the best place here. And you will bring more and more the relation between Croatia and India in every aspect of yoga, culture, religion, tradition, etc. Thank you very much for coming. And when I go to India, if I meet Mr. Modi, Honorable Prime Minister of India, definitely I will speak about you. Yes, my dear ones, also we have today the minister, Alenka Smedkoli, the Minister for Development of Slovenia. Can you stand up? One should not tell the secret things. Ne bi trebalo odavati tajne, but when there is a good, it has to be opened. There is one beautiful song, or a bhajan, about God Kṛṣṇa singing a song. Please color me, O Kṛṣṇa, not green, not yellow, not this, not that, but color me in your color, which the laundry man cannot wash for years and years, for ages and ages. But that color should not disappear, so she said to me today. Please, Swamiji, color me in your color. It’s true. Please, once more, stand up. So, thank you very much. Many dignitaries are here. India, and many very dear, my dear bhaktas, I am very happy to be here. India is indescribable. India is that country which has everything. The language comes from India, the spirituality comes from India, the religion comes from India, Sanātana, the beginning, many, many things, Āyurveda, the medicine, the science of the medicine, the medical science comes from India. From India, which we call Āyurveda. Bharat is known as the cradle of culture, meaning the mother of all. It’s not that I’m born in India and I’m giving the glory to India. I have a lot of praise for Croatia. I have been here for three decades. But you know why I told you that India is the cradle of culture? It is acknowledged. There is only one country in the world. Only one country, which is known as Bhārat Mātā, the mother India, Bhārat Mātā. Every country is a good country, because this earth does not belong to us; it is God’s property. It is our ignorance that we are dividing. This is the border in the brain, in the mind of humans. Even animals and birds do not have any limitation of borders. But we humans are divided. But India, the Bharat, we call Bharat Mātā, the Mother India. Do we call Croatia "Mātā," Slovenia "Mātā"? No. Do we call America "Mata"? No, it doesn’t match at all. But Bhārat Mātā, now, does any country have the name of the river as a mother? But we call Gaṅgā Māyā. Mother Gaṅgā, Mother Yamunā, Mother Sarasvatī, Mother Narmadā. And you know, recently, scientists declared that the Gaṅgā is not just water, not just a river, but it’s a living being, and we have to protect that. But the living being, you also call the living being. Vodha Jīvot. The water is life. The water is the Jīva. Jīvā means the soul, and you also call it the jīvā. So that India, Bhārat, is that spot which is connecting directly to the middle point of the universe. Which is called Bhārat, is like the navel, the center of our body. Why have so many incarnations taken place in Bhārat? Why did so many incarnations happen in India? Twenty-four incarnations and more than this. There are two kinds of incarnations. Nimittāvatāra and the other word I have forgotten. Then, Nitya Avatāra. Thank you very much. I need a translator like this. Nitya Avatāra means the saint, the holy saint. Nimittāvatāra is only for yuga to yuga, for a very special purpose. That’s why Bhagavān Kṛṣṇa said, "Arjuna, from time to time, I manifest myself through my yogamāyā, yogaśakti." So, even God cannot come without the power, the energy of yoga. So, Bharat now, maybe His Excellency will not accept. Perhaps His Excellency will not accept this, but sometimes the truth is bitter. Your Excellency, I think you will not agree, but something you must agree. Because he, the whole of Bharat, is here today. It was about 10 years ago, 10 to 12 years, a group always goes with me to India. And one day, one group, one man was with us, and after 20 days of being in India, we were in Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat. Gujaratu, even we were in South India, and one day he asked me, "Guru Dev, can I ask you something?" I said, "Yes, when will we go to Bhārat?" We are in India. No, what you tell about India, I want to go to that India. I said, don’t look on the surface, go deep into the heart. But the people, how are they behaving? I heard that India is following Ahiṃsā, non-violence, those who sell, not kill. And they eat all meat. Gurudev, my whole body is burning. I said, this is temporary. It’s called modern India. That will not last long. Mahāprabhujī said, I will come and I will rule the capital of India, Delhi. And again will come the Satya Yuga, so it’s coming. So don’t see what people are doing. But you should know, in every Indian’s blood there is the essence and the light of the Divine, the Supreme. The subject is Ayurveda. My subject is not about meat. But I touched the point. There is the truth coming, reality coming. The first in India began to eat meat when the missionaries came. They said, "If you want to eat meat, become Christian. Jesus will forgive all your sins, and will cleanse all your sins. Forget. Do not believe in the Hindu thoughts. If you want to eat meat, become Christian. If you want to eat meat, become a Christian." And so it is beginning. Secondly, the Europeans brought one very nice word, which you like very much. High society: eat, drink, and enjoy. And what to eat? Meat. This came after the First World War because people became very poor in Europe, you know. And when the American soldiers or Russian soldiers were going to the restaurants and eating meat, people were thinking, "Only rich people can eat meat," so they thought they were in high society. My dears, the clubs, the parties, that destroyed beautiful ancient culture in Europe, in India, and the rest of the world. Look after about five, or let’s say one century. In Croatia, people were not eating as much meat as they are eating today. It is a hidden form. If you have to kill your own animals, you will not do it. So, Indians were thinking that they wanted to come to this high society. I can drink and eat; it doesn’t matter. I become a Christian. Or I become a Muslim. In our Sanātana Dharma, in Vedic culture, our parents, even they don’t want to eat the onions and garlic because this is tamas guṇa. Therefore, it is said, "O Lord, when all my karmas in Svargaloka are finished, please give me birth in India as a human, so that I may attain liberation, mokṣa." You should know what you eat. And not only know what you eat, but also from where your food is coming. How many creatures have to die just for humans to serve meat? No devas will take the meat. In all the ages and ages, there are stories about the holy saints and holy incarnations. That is why Bharat is Holy Bharat, Bharat Mata, Mother India, the Divine Spiritual Land, the Home of the Goddess, and the Place of God’s Incarnation. Now, you and me and all, we are the children of the ṛṣis. The ṛṣis, the hermits who were living in the forest. And we are the children of those saints. You are coming from the Sanātana Dharma. This all Dharma which we have is maybe 200, 300, or 1000 years old. Maximum 5000, but Sanātana Dharma is called Ādi and Ādi Dharma, and there, human is known as a God incarnation. You are an incarnation. Incarnation is a spiritual word. You can say birth, born, but in spirituality, it is incarnation. We are all incarnations because God has given all the qualities of God in the human body. But there is an Āsurī Śakti and a Devīk Śakti, the negative power and positive power; both are developing in the human body. We do believe in karma. If you believe or you don’t believe, karma will always be with you. You have a lot of knowledge about the Bible. It is said, "Do good, get good. Do bad, get bad." The sin? In Christianity, you believe a lot in sin. And we don’t have the sin, but we have the karma. Karma, what you eat, what you drink, where you are, what you are doing, how you are thinking—everything will affect your incarnation. Animals only have to go through their karmic sin. But humans have freedom. That you can do good, you will come to the heaven or to the brahmaloka. If you do sin and this, then you will come to the Naraka Loka. So, my dear, you are divine. Look within thyself. Great Swami Sivanandaji of Rishikesh tells, "Within you is an ocean of immortality. Within you is the fountain of joy, and within you is the immortal soul. Kill the little I, the ego, and lead a divine life. Within you is an immortal soul. You are a great one. Don’t say that I am unhappy. Swamījī, what can I do? This is only a curtain, a curtain over your knowledge, your buddhi. Curtain of ignorance. It’s a darkness, but within you is that divine light. Don’t miss this golden chance. There is one story in Vedānta. One shepherd was going with his sheep and goats. Kozama found a small tiger baby, one day old. He took it with him, and he’s giving milk from a goat or a sheep, and it’s drinking from the mother sheep. Jaisā Kare Saṅg, Vaisā Lage Raṅg—which kind of society you are in, you will get that kind of habit. Habit is the second nature of man. If you are always having such habits. Tiger, big, grown. But he had the feeling of a sheep. Running with the sheep. A cat comes, he runs away. A dog comes, he runs away. But he is a tiger. One day, a real tiger came, wanting to catch one of the sheep. All the sheep were running, and this tiger is also running and hiding. Tiger said, "Oh, it’s my family member." He’s a tiger, behaving like a sheep. He ran and caught him. The tiger said, "Please don’t kill me, please. I am a poor goat, a sheep." He said, "You are a tiger." Don’t lie, I am not a tiger. He took him near the water. Look in the water. He said, "No, I will not open my eyes. I don’t like to see you." He said, "Yes, open your eyes and look. Look at my face. Am I a tiger? Yes. Now look how a sheep looks. No, I am not a sheep." Then, who are you? I am a tiger, and that’s it. You are all incarnations. But you have the curtain of ignorance, Malabikṣepa and Āvaraṇa, these three qualities. Avaraṇa means the curtain. Remove the curtain, and you will see through the window a very beautiful landscape. So, remove the ignorance. Still we have time, otherwise again we don’t know in which life we will come. Glory of the Divine Bhārat, it doesn’t matter how it is, but it is the Divine Light in each and every atom of the sand, the grain of the sand of Bhārat, has that divine energy, Sanātana Dharma. What is Sanātana Dharma? It is not a religion. Sanātana Dharma doesn’t speak about one God. Karnāṭan Dharma doesn’t speak of Kṛṣṇa, Rāma, Jesus, or the Buddhas. No, no, no. Only one eternal Supreme Father. Only one. One in all and all in one. That is the Paramātmā, Parampitā. But He is within everyone. Whatever is growing, whatever it is, is sanātana dharma. A little embryo growing in the mother’s body. We are born, getting old in our mother’s body. When we are born, we are already nine months old. But all that is happening, developing in our body, organs, glands, etc., is Sanātana Dharma. The seed grows, the plant grows, the flowers come, the fruits come, and the seed comes. This is Sanātana. Not that Hindu Dharma, Muslim Dharma, Christian Dharma. No, no, no. Sanatana Dharma is the body of the mother. And the body of the mother means the entire universe. That is called the space. Consciousness is within the space. It’s not the space in the consciousness. So our entire consciousness is in the space of the Mother Cosmos. So first is the space. Then comes what is called yoga. Then the consciousness. These are three. Yoga is a balancing, harmonizing, and uniting. Our consciousness is in that space, and that space is the sanātana. I live in each and every entity, and they are my own self. Part 2: The Two Wings of the Soul: Yoga and Āyurveda That is the consciousness which you have, which I have. But there is a curtain. We are under this curtain. So there are two ways to come out. The first is the practice of yoga. Yoga does not mean these postures; they are for our good health, muscles, stomach, and little legs. But when you become a master guru, you must have a stomach, because you can demonstrate prāṇāyāma—otherwise, what will you show? And if someone has a flat stomach, then he or she has to move like this, with the hand jockey. Pela sukni rogi kaya: the first happiness is good health. Therefore, exercises, prāṇāyāmas, and yoga postures are very important for our life. But yoga is called union: Jīvātmā to Paramātmā—the individual soul merges into the cosmic soul. That is yoga. So, yoga is a destination. But we still have not reached that; we have to walk until then. So, āsanas and prāṇāyāmas keep the body healthy. If you have a stomach pain, it doesn’t matter how much meditation you have been doing; you will say, “Ah, meditate. Swāmījī, give me something, Āyurveda, medicine.” In Āyurveda, there is such a medicine; within no time, your stomach pain is gone. You only have to walk till the toilet. Then it is Sonāmukhī. There is a big story of the Sonāmukhī; I will not tell it today. Otherwise, His Excellency will say, “Swāmījī is now telling stories.” But that is the real Āyurveda, and that is the real spirituality, yoga. This story is not a joke, but it is joyful and truthful. Because His Excellency is always looking at His watch, inwardly—not like that, but He is a very great person and He is listening to my stories. Should I do it, one story or yours? Okay, would you like to do it? This is a practical, this is the Indian way of teaching. The story, when your grandmother was telling you a story when you were little, you still remember. But at university, your professor was talking and teaching you something you don’t know, something you’ve forgotten. So, a story is the best technique to learn something and remember it forever. And second, a poem. And third, a theater. These three are the best for education. Anyhow, there was one man. He had leprosy. And he was sitting somewhere outside under the tree, and one master came. What you call that master? G-U-R-U, Guru. So who came? A guru sitting there. The leprosy illness, that person said, “Guru Dev, what is my karma? I’m suffering. Can you help me? Gurudev, what is my karma? I am suffering, can you help me?” Gurudev gave him some medicine and his leprosy was healed. He goes to the next village, and there is a person sitting there who has a severe stomach problem: gases, pain, many, many diseases. He said, “Gurudev, can you give me some medicine?” And he doesn’t know. Gurudev doesn’t know. He said, “Yes, I bless you.” Next village, again, the same person came. “Gurudev, please, can you heal my disease?” He said, “Āyurveda.” What is that? Medicine. Which medicine? Sonāmukhī. Sonāmukhī is a plant, a herb. When you take about 10 to 20 leaves, then your stomach is completely clean, diarrhea. But Master did not know. He said, “Take the Sonāmukhī.” And he went away. That man came to the village and told some person, “My Guru said, ‘Take Sonāmukhī.’ My parents threw me out of the house because I can’t work. I’m always a burden for them. You see, people love your dambrī, not your chambrī. People love your money, not your skin.” So he went away. Then one person brought him the Sonāmukhī, about 100 grams. And that 100 grams could be for at least 50 people, but he took all. Oh God! He said, “Gurujī, you want to kill me? Gurujī, why didn’t you kill me normally?” Whatever was in the stomach flowed out, and as a result, in 24 hours, he became 100% healthy. That’s the power of Āyurveda. He said, “Now I will not stay in this village. I will become a sādhu, orange dress—not half, complete—but I have no mantra, and Guru did not give me a mantra. He did accept me as a disciple, but I accept I am His disciple. And what can be the best mantra other than the Sonāmukhī?” So he was repeating Sonāmukhī, Sonāmukhī,... Sonāmukhī. Look at the power of the mantra, the power of the Āyurveda, the power of faith, of belief. One lady came from a few villages away, and the man was sitting there. And that lady thought, “This is a great saint, a great guru.” She came and greeted him and said, “Gurujī, I had three donkeys. And yesterday, three weeks ago, they disappeared. We are searching and searching and searching. Please, Gurudev, can you tell us where our donkeys are? Can you bring them?” He said, “I am not a donkey master.” But he said, “How many people are at home?” “My husband and I.” “Both of you, take 100-100 grams of Sonāmukhī.” Yes, she said, “No talking, go.” She went home and told her husband, “Eat Sonāmukhī.” “Why?” “Because my Master said, ‘Eat, Sonāmukhī, donkeys will come home.’ We eat Sonāmukhī, and a donkey comes home. One hundred grams of Sonāmukhī, and we will die. Will they come to our funeral? My dear, don’t discuss with your husband. Sometimes, be careful. But you will do what you want. Boys, you should know. The girls will do what they want. You become. This is a principle.” She went to the market. She brought Sonāmukhī and made a very nice, delicious, in India we call pakorī, something fried, and she gave it to her husband for breakfast, and she also. After forty minutes, the Sonāmukhī began to act. She is going this side in the forest, he is going that side, she is coming, he is running, he is coming, she is running. They meet on the way, and he said to her, “Oh,” but she looks away. After a few hours, that’s Āyurveda. Everyone is laughing. There is laughing yoga. Now, there is also goat yoga. Sorry, the husband said to his wife, they had two houses. One is the house where they live, and one is a small yard house where they put the wood and grass and for donkeys and everything. He said to his wife, “Darling, whatever happened, happened. I can’t walk, and you can’t either. Let’s go to our house, the second house, and we finish there. After we clean it,” they opened the door. Three donkeys are coming into the house. That lady, I told you, believe in my master. I told you he would bring a donkey home. Look, your ancestors are here. He said, “I don’t understand.” Reality was, the donkeys went there to eat grass, dry grass, and with the wind, the doors were closed, and they couldn’t go out. They did not search for them there; they were searching somewhere else. But they went for the toilet, opened the door, and the donkeys were here. Oṃ Namaḥ Śivāya, Oṃ Namaḥ Śivāya, Oṃ Hara Hara Bholē Namaḥ Śivāya, Oṃ Śānti. Now, she began to make propaganda: “My guru is great, my guru is great.” Well, there was a king. There were many kings, you know, in one country, a little bit of land, and that’s called a king. And kings had few queens, officially. Well, he liked one queen, so he had two, and one he neglected. So, this lady came, she was in service of that queen, who was neglected. She said to the queen, “Dear queen, my master can do anything. Really, can he do something so my king will love me?” She said, “Definitely. Can I ask my Guru?” She went to the Guru. “Gurudev, this queen, she’s so poor, so...” Holy story, I’m cutting a little. Gave her what? Sonāmukhī. So she brought her 100 grams of Sonāmukhī. He gave her, and she was completely exhausted. She was dying, she said. She wrote a letter: “Your Highness, my beloved, this is my last letter. I am going to die. Please, I want to see your face before I die. If you can’t, then I’m sending the keys with this lady, and accept my last greetings, yours and signature.” She took the key and the letter, and went to the king. The king was sitting in the swing with his wife, the queen, whom he loved. And the lady came and gave the letter into his hand, and he was reading. He said, “Moment, I have to go.” She said, “What’s that? Don’t go to her.” He said, “What? I will never see your face. That is my queen now.” He went there and accepted her and everything. She became queen again. The lady was so happy. “My Gurujī, Sonāmukhī, great, became a queen.” Now, of course, that sādhu got the house in the palace. One day, what happens? The last point now, okay? It’s going further, but I will stop. The king came, and the queen. They were talking. The enemy has attacked our kingdom. And they are planning to start the war tomorrow. The neighbor king wants to take this kingdom away. She said, “Let’s go to Gurujī. Gurudev can do everything.” That’s true. But there are thousands of soldiers coming tomorrow with weapons. And they will kill us, but let’s go to Gurujī. Now, how will Gurujī stop the war? That is something. So they went to the Gurujī and said, “Gurujī, this is our last salutation.” Gurujī was thinking, “What have I done? I have to go out of the kingdom. What happened?” “Gurujī, our neighbor king wants to take our kingdom. And the whole army has come. They are camping here. And tomorrow they will attack, so they will kill us. So, this is our last salutation.” The lady said, “Guru Dev, why don’t you help them? You are the guru of the king. How many soldiers are there?” “They are about five thousand.” “And you?” “One thousand five hundred.” “Immediately, give everyone Sonāmukhī.” The king says, even the little strength they have will be completely exhausted. But she said, “Trust your Guru. Obey, obey, obey. Guru Vakya.” She went to the market and in the field, everywhere, brought lots of Sonāmukhī and asked the king to make a party, invite all the soldiers, and give them the best eating, Sonāmukhī. While eating, all the soldiers’ stomachs begin to have spasms. Three hundred running to the field. They come back, but five hundred are running. They come back, four hundred running. Until midnight, a thousand running. The enemies said, they went to the commandant, “Sir, what is happening?” He said, “What? What? So many soldiers are running. They are going to the toilet. That cannot be. Thousands are running. Eight hundred are running.” So, the commandant said, “What do you mean then? What does it mean? They are coming. How will they attack us tomorrow? So many! We can’t count. Hundreds, thousands. Tomorrow morning, they will make us like ketchup. So, what to do? In our interest, we send as soon as possible, run away from here.” In the night, they packed their tent, everything, and went away. Morning, all the soldiers are lying in the field with their stomachs. No enemy. That lady said, “My Gurudev and Sonāmukhī saved my kingdom.” Sorry, but this story means that Āyurveda is a powerful herb. But don’t try. You need a real Āyurvedic doctor. Many people go to India, they buy one Āyurveda book, and they get some medicine, and reading the book, and saying, “I’m making a practice Āyurveda.” That can happen like a Sonāmukhī. So it will be difficult to control your stomach again. So, thanks to our Indian government, in the last few years, they have tried to bring the science of Āyurveda. This is because Āyurveda is the medicine which has no side effects. It takes time, but it heals your disease forever. And yoga, of course, you know, many years. So, yoga and Āyurveda. Our soul has two wings. To fly to the Brahmaloka is yoga and Āyurveda. Practice, practice, practice. Try to use Āyurvedic medicine, but from an expert Āyurvedic practitioner. And I am very happy that His Excellency is still sitting here. He told me in confidence that I will go slowly because I have a meeting. So I would request His Excellency, as well as, if you have an interest, the government of India gives the possibility to go and study Āyurveda in Āyurvedic universities, and this is a golden chance for you. Yoga, we have a lot of it, so we can do the exchange. To His Excellency, we send yoga teachers to India, and you send us the Āyurveda here. So again, meeting the Gaṅgā and Yamunā together. That’s great. So, I would suggest to you, those who have interest, please. I don’t know what the rules are, but I know that many, many people from foreign countries are going to India to study. It’s a five-year study, like the study of allopathic medicine. There are people going for ten days and getting a yoga teacher certificate. That’s not good. Or going and buying medicine, reading, and giving you medicine, that’s also not good. Our India, our government does not accept such kind of giving the medicines without any. So you have to go through the Indian mission. Till now, it is not too late. Come to the Brahmaloka. Purify your body: āsanas, prāṇāyāmas, meditation, mantra, and kriyā yoga. Bhakti yoga. Mantra is powerful. The personal mantra and the general mantra. Our dear Bhaktas of Yoga in Daily Life and the holy saint from last century, Sai Baba, who knows who doesn’t know Sai Baba? The whole world knows. His spiritual power, His blessings, His divine darśan, Sai Bābā was great. Now, even when you see His face or photo, you feel that light and energy. And his bhaktas were chanting the mantras. It was very nice. Chanting is very perfect. It seems like South Indians were chanting. Or Indians, so I am very happy, and thanks to the bhaktas. They keep the lineage of Sāī Bābā. So forget duality. Every master is one master. You know? Every child says, “My mother is the best mother.” So, which is the bad mother? There is no bad mother. Every guru is a good guru. But, of course, it should have a spiritual lineage, the roots; then you can achieve. Don’t stop on the way, then again you have to go to the next life, and you don’t know where you will come in the next life. Spirituality has to be continuity. So, yoga, Āyurveda. Your country is such a beautiful country; you have so many herbs, but you must have the knowledge about those herbs, and that is what an Āyurveda doctor will tell you. Some, you know, but you have to know everything completely. My dear ones, I wish you a very good evening. I did not think I would tell these stories, but it made you so happy, opened your heart, and opened your energy. And after a long time, you have again come to this lecture here. And that’s why, after many years, the energy is again purified. Wish you all the best. God bless you. Thank you for coming. And Your Excellency, thank you. And when my bhaktas will come, I do believe that you will guide them in the best way on how to get Āyurveda education, maybe through distance teachings or other teachings, or we can have some good Vaidya teacher that can open the teachings in our ashrams, or somewhere, anywhere, that they can learn here and go for examination to India. Something like this. Thank you. We chant some mantras, okay? Mṛtyormā Mṛtaṁ Gamaya Sarveśāṁ Svastirbhavatu Sarveśāṁ Śāntirbhavatu Sarveśāṁ Maṅgalaṁ Bhavatu Sarveśāṁ Pūrṇaṁ Bhavatu Lokāḥ Samastāḥ Sukhino Bhavantu Nāhaṁ Kartā Prabhudip Kartā Mahāprabhudip Kartā He Kevalam Oṃ Tryambakaṃ Yajāmahe Sugandhiṃ Puṣṭivardhanam, Urvārukamiva Bandhanān Mṛtyormukṣīya Mā’mṛtāt
