Pitra means the ancestors. Svargaloka is like Heaven. With good karma we will to Heaven, to Svargaloka. Good karma is when we are not killing any creatures. Others definitely will go to the Narakaloka, to Hell. After a certain time, we have to go back to Earth, even from the Svargaloka. Moksa, complete liberation from Earthly life, can take place only by the mercy of the Guru.
