Lecture Tour in Slovakia, Presov

Yoga integrates physical, mental, and spiritual discipline for health and harmony. Human potential is immense, and inner states create outer reality. A healthy life and spiritual awareness are now awakening globally after a period of neglect. Yoga is an ancient science for this development, not confined to any religion. True happiness is found within, not in limited material pursuits. Practice requires daily discipline to harmonize body and mind. Breath is divine; slow, deep breathing purifies and energizes. Practice postures and prāṇāyāma to purify the energy channels and chakras, guiding spiritual awakening.

"Within you is the ocean of bliss. Within you is a fountain of joy."

"Health is not everything, but everything is nothing without health."

Part 1: The Path of Yoga in Daily Life Swami Maheśvara Rāmadāsa is an important yoga teacher. He came to Europe thirty or forty years ago to understand the mentality of Western people and to combine this knowledge with the knowledge of yoga. He developed the system "Yoga in Daily Life," which consists of physical, mental, and spiritual exercises designed for people. He not only spread yoga but also the thoughts of humanity. He built hospitals, education centers, and dams for rainwater in the desert of India. Each year he organizes and is the initiator of the World Peace Summit. For his activities, he was honored as a very important person by many politicians and many people. I wish you a nice experience and a beautiful evening. And now I would like to ask Vāmījī, the floor, the podium is yours. Thank you. Thank you. I will begin with chanting some mantras to harmonize the energy and clean the atmosphere. Śānti, śānti... Adoration to the cosmic light, Lord of our hearts, omniscient and omnipresent. In his divine presence, good evening, dear brothers and sisters. Really, indeed, it’s beautiful. This is the beauty of human thoughts and imagination. Whatever we have within ourselves, like that, we create something outside. When we have love, understanding, and wisdom, then we create love, understanding, and wisdom. And if we have negative thoughts, jealousy, disharmony, or anger, then we create such energy. Humans have got immense potentiality within them. Yoga and daily life, the harmony of body, mind, and soul. The spiritual development. It is a beautiful subject. And in a short time, I would like to try to explain to you. Also, we will have some practical instructions and a practical demonstration. Tons of theory is nothing compared to a gram of practice. So also this evening we will have something which we can learn and utilize in our life. Yoga is not new. In your country, yoga is well known. In the last two or three centuries, yoga has become known in your country. But in the last few decades, it has become more and more popular. Around the whole world, where there are humans, there is yoga. The World Health Organization also recommended the practice of yoga. Also, many doctors and many physiotherapists also recommend yoga. Every fourth person in the world is practicing yoga, different kinds of yoga, different kinds of spiritual techniques. But all in all, what I would like to say is that in the present generation, in their consciousness, two things have awakened. The first is the healthy way of living. In the last five or six decades, people have led their lives very unhealthily. Unfortunately, during the First and Second World War, there was a struggle for life. But still, they were leading a healthy life. As soon as we got more freedom, meaning money, we began to imitate so-called high society—not a real high society, but the cinema society, the film society. Not the real high society, but what we saw in the cinema, where fast food, alcohol, and drugs were introduced to us. People were thinking, this is the joy of life. Unfortunately, we damaged our physical, mental, social, and spiritual health. Now, this young generation begins to think again about health. So, around the world, there are a lot of movements about a healthy way of life, and that is in your country too. I’m coming to this country, the so-called previous country, Czechoslovakia. I have always been health conscious. Yoga in their life is very much appreciated in your country. And I have been coming here since 1973. So thousands of people practiced and trained in yoga in their life. And of course, there are many other yoga systems. They are also very good, and you have very good yoga teachers. The second point is spirituality. Last century, due to these two world wars, people lost their confidence in religion. Some religions made mistakes—not a religion, but what so-called religious leaders did. So people were frightened by this. And so again, there was a conflict between people and religious activities. People had no choice. But again, in the last two decades, or around the world in the last few decades, again the freedom came: democracy and so-called human rights. Religion, spirituality, is a very individual thing. You cannot tell someone to love someone. Similarly, God is very individual. And so, again, people got the opportunity to open their heart for God in the way they wanted to. And again, this spiritual awareness awakens in people. Now, this spirituality means not a religion. Religion is an activity which leads to spirituality. Spirituality means purity, crystal clear. Love, respect, understanding, tolerance. For all, and for all the creatures we love, our planet again. I come to this point: in the last century, our planet suffered very much, and the result is here: climate changes, global warming. This all is a pollution from the pollution of the human mind. Therefore, around the world, people are becoming more and more conscious about that. And so, yoga is one of those parts which can guide us. I would not say only yoga, but I would say yoga is one of the ancient ones. And yoga is thousands and thousands of years old. The main principle of yoga is discipline, confidence, faith, love, prayer, meditation, and help. Be nice to thyself and to the world. Do good. These are the principles of yoga, which we can read in very old literature, that the Vedas, which are around 10,000 years old. So I would say that yoga is not a part of a particular religion. But every religion of the world has the principles of yoga. So here, what I want to tell you is nothing new. It is what you want. What you would like to be, what you would like to achieve. And what I want? That’s good health. Who doesn’t want to be healthy? Any creature, any plant, they would like to be healthy. That’s what we want, and you want. Now, who doesn’t want to be happy day and night? Entire creation is moving towards the achievement of happiness. Humans, some try to get money to be happy. Some would like to have a high position to be happy. Someone is searching for a partner to be happy. So one is searching for a beautiful car to be happy? A car. So many ways to make ourselves happy, but material happiness is limited. That happiness one day will make you sad or disappointed. But happiness, which is within thyself, given by God or Mother Nature, that will not disappoint you, because that belongs to you, since you are existing in the universe. This individual soul is fluttering on the waves of time, space to space, to light and darkness, experiencing pain and pleasure, happiness and unhappiness. The creator has created 8.4 million different creatures. Out of them, one is the human, and the human got the most powerful tool: intellect. And through that human intellect, a human can develop. A normal human can become holy, and holy can become a divine God, or can become a thief, a criminal, and so on. How you use your intellect. Which kind of education will you have? Like that, you will be happy or unhappy. You are searching for a chair, boy. There is an empty seat near the camera. Sit down. So, everything is within you. One saint said, "Within you is the ocean of bliss. Within you is a fountain of joy." And within you is the immortal one. Kill this little "I," the ego. And lead a divine life. Within you is the fountain of joy. So this you can develop, but we need a discipline. Every day practice. Make the decision that you will practice every day. One and a half hours. Consequently, I would say better two and a half hours. And after one year, when we will see again, if God allows, you will look completely different, divine. Healthy. Light is radiating from you. But we have to practice. So, physical balance, harmony. Yes, the dharma of this body, the principle of this body, or the nature of the body, I would say, is to be born, to grow, and to die. But happiness is first, happiness in our good health. Health is not everything, but everything is nothing without health. Health you cannot buy. Health you have to gain. Through practice and through nourishment. So harmony of the body appears through good nourishment and through good exercise. Oxygen, movement, relaxation. There are many yogīs sitting, whom I also know, and they are practicing every day. Now, I would like to show a demonstration of how to gain physical harmony. So please, if there is some demonstrator, come, welcome. Thank you. These are the best yoga teachers, and their life. Don’t expect bodybuilding. Don’t expect hand standing, and also don’t expect head standing. Head. Yes. And don’t expect anyone to stand on their head. Simple but best. Simple and powerful. That’s it. No torturing. Now, let’s come to this point. Let’s say either morning or evening, you come home after work. Work is beautiful, but also not so relaxed. Lucky are they who have good colleagues, and so on. It is the body’s nature to be tired. Now we would like to harmonize our body, so think: My body is my temple. My body is my real house. My body is my life. Though the body is not everything, without this body, everything is nothing. What we call the knowledge, the ātmā, love, happiness, is here if the body is here. And so, think positive about yourself. Accept yourself as you are. If you are ill, accept it. If there is pain, accept it. And do something so that you will become healthy. So, think positive to better the physical condition. This is a first priority, so put yourself in such a feeling. Second, when you exercise, before that, you relax. So please, any posture, like on the stomach, on the side, on the back, where you feel very comfortable, now you will do with me, too. Take off your shoes, and while sitting on the chair, you will relax. You will feel it. If you take off the shoes, you will feel more energy. You may lean on your chair. Exhale. Mentally, say to yourself, "The whole day has passed. I was working hard." For others, but now is time for myself, to relax. Withdraw yourself from the external world and be aware of your being here in this hall. Relax. No concentration. No imagination. No expectations. Just be comfortable. And reality means feel your body. Your body is your temple. You live in your body. Uvolnite sa. From the toes to the top of the head, and from the top of the head to the toes, just relax. Relax your legs, relax your hips, relax your stomach muscles, the whole trunk, yes. Relax your elbows and shoulders, your neck, and face muscles, relax. Your eyelids are gently closed. Relax the lips and jaw. Oh, I feel comfortable. I’m relaxing. I’m so relaxed. Feel your breath, normal and natural breath. Just know that you are inhaling, and know that you are exhaling. Feel. Feel your breath. How beautiful it is to breathe. When we were born, what did we do first? We inhaled. And what will we do last? Exhale, and we will not be able to inhale. Relax. With inhalation, cosmic energy is flowing in the body. At the time of inhalation, your body is recharging the cosmic energy, prāṇa. During inhalation, cosmic energy flows into the body, and every blood cell, charged by this energy, develops your immune system. When you exhale, all the toxins are exhaled. All the tension is released, mentally and physically. No stress. Take time for yourself. Say mentally to thyself. Relax, my friend. Just relax. It’s time to relax. The breath which you are inhaling is divine. It is divine, holy. Kozmické svetlo. Relax the whole body, feel a relaxed breath, be aware of your being here, very comfortable, happy, and relaxed. Feel within thyself the presence of the Divine. It’s within you. That’s your real self, the Ātmā. Let your thoughts be free. Through this, your body and mind become harmonized. And when the body and mind are in harmony, your soul is happy. Soul opening like flower petals. Each petal represents divine qualities: Love, contentment, happiness, peace, divinity, and spirituality. Now, a little deeper than normal breath. Inhale deep, and exhale. And again, consciously feel your whole body, my presence, my voice. And become extroverted. Thanks to God that you could be one with thyself. We love our body. Our body means a lot for us. Deep inhale and exhale, and slowly move your toes and fingers. Close your fists and rotate your wrists, and move your shoulders. A little up and down. Bend your head forward a little bit and backward, right and to the left. Adieu. This you may call relaxation, this you may call meditation, this you may call recharging of the energy. You may do three minutes, twenty minutes, half an hour. As you have time, then stretch your body. So please stand up. Now, slowly interlock your fingers. Place your hands on your head. While inhaling, stretch the hands up and stand on the toes. And exhale, hands on the head, and stand on your whole foot. One, two, one, one, and now make some steps on your toes. And now, on the heels. Very good. Okay. Legs slightly apart. One. And exhale left side. Your left side is this side, in the middle. Right side, in the middle. Left side. Right side, in the middle. Very good. Hands down. Legs together. Don’t sit down. Hands down. Hands up, and hanging like this. Uvolněte je. Thank you. Sit down, please. So, there are many different ways to harmonize our body and mind. Now is a beautiful time to work in the vegetable garden. Walk with your dog. Work on something at home as a relaxing activity, so try to feel your physical body, and your body will ask you what it needs. This is how to harmonize. Then come the yoga exercises. So, let’s say when you perform the postures, it’s called the cosmic dance. Full of happiness in your body’s light. There are many exercises, simple ones, like the butterfly. Half butterfly first. You do it, and I will speak. Now, it is very simple. But the effect is very great: the hip joints, the shoulder muscles, the side muscles, and the stretching of one leg. And then you raise your hand up and hold your toes, and butterfly still moving, and slowly come up and hand down, and change your side. So when you practice, continue. When you practice, don’t think that, oh God, I have to exercise. It is just a joy, and your joy will become more and more strong. And each sense of your body will smile to you. And every bump of your body will laugh at you. Yes, hold the toes. Many you know, many you don’t know. But now you know. It’s very easy. Next up, and now this butterfly was just one wing stretched. Now will come the full butterfly. Are the windows closed so they don’t fly out? Yes, they will levitate. Or they will be busy drinking the nectar. Yes. So bend forward. Thank you. Thank you. Now, the bow trolling, but slowly. These are not very difficult postures. Of course, those who have problems with the knees, hips, or back, of course, they cannot do. But generally, it is very easy. And you can give yourself the judgment of how their muscles and their body are working. Their thigh muscles, the back muscles, the side muscles, the front muscles, the lungs, other direction. Thank you. Now Vajrāsana. This is one which is a very, very good exercise. Today I am giving a whole practical lesson, not talking. You are a lucky one. This is called the next position, which is called the cat pose, Marjorie. The most beautiful, flexible back has a cat. This is very, very good for our back muscles and backbone. Also for digestion and for the stomach, for the shoulders, and it is said if you have cramps during menstruation, this will help you very much immediately. If you have constipation, it will get better. So, kočka? Mačka? Ok, mačky. Pomaly? Yes. Now you know yourself, you see how the movement is. The movement gives us already the explanation of what it is. But what are they thinking? They are thinking they are one with their body, their mind, and their soul. And you yourself see how the body moves, and you see the effect of the exercise, but what is important is what they think. They are now together with their body, with their mind, and with their consciousness. If your body doesn’t work, and you force, that’s not good. Part 2: The Path of Yoga: Health, Breath, and Consciousness If your thoughts are elsewhere, that is not good. If your soul is not in the body, you cannot do anything. Kaṭhupraṇām So, you do it according to your rhythm. This exercise will help very much to relax your muscles. It will help to relax all your muscles. We are practicing slowly—slower, slower, slower. No marathon. You have to be one with your body and mind. It is to be still, slow. Take time. It will relax your muscles—stretching and relaxing. It’s a dynamic movement called Kaṭhupraṇām, and it will help you to get better health. Your strength will improve, your immunity will improve. It’s like a cosmic dance; you are one with thyself. So your health is in your hands. Physical, mental, and spiritual health is in your hands. You can apply it. Thank you. Lie down and relax. After every one or two exercises, it is best to relax a little bit. The muscles react immediately, but they relax slowly. And now, beautifully, the prāṇa energy is flowing through the body. The Science of Yoga Yoga is the science of body, mind, consciousness, and soul. Yoga and life is a scientific system. You have the Yoga and the Life book, which is guiding you very systematically, step by step. Yoga is for better health, better concentration, a happy and long life, and spiritual development. It is your own choice, and it is your life. If I force you, you will not do it. No one is there to be forced. Human rights, free decisions—but believe the love, the happiness, contentment, confidence, happiness; these are the universal principles. Everyone has a birthright to it, and no one has a copyright for it. Only God has. So if you are happy, no one can prohibit you. If you are content, no one will prohibit you. Everything is within thyself. It is yours to practice yoga, and it will help you. Sit up, please. The Divine Breath Yes, the breath. That is something divine. It is said that when one is born, in your book of destiny, it is written how many breaths you will have, and then your life will be finished. So, breath is given to you. Let’s say you have one chocolate box which has 50 chocolate pieces inside. If you eat one every day, it will last 50 days. If you eat two per day, that’s only 25 days. If you eat three every day, or four every day, it will get fewer and fewer days. Similarly, how much breath you use in and out is lost. Therefore, balanced, slow, deep, and relaxed breath. There are three levels of breathing: the stomach breath, here in the lungs, or here in the chest. The creatures who breathe too quickly have a short life. We humans normally breathe here, but it is also not healthy. We said breathe from the stomach, which means our diaphragm must be filled with air. Then you will get more oxygen. It will be a slow breath, and you will never be nervous, have no depressions, and you will be ever relaxed. People have tight dresses and then breathe only here. That’s very wrong. So breathe from here, not from here—expanding. You can do it at home. Slow breath. Now that is called prāṇāyāma, breath exercise. Prāṇāyāma and Nāḍī Śodhana There are many different kinds of prāṇāyāmas for different purposes. Mostly, prāṇāyāmas are to get rid of the stress and get balance on both hemispheres, to supply more oxygen and to be relaxed. So this is a very beautiful prāṇāyāma called Nāḍī Śodhana. These two fingers, the index and middle finger, you place at the center of the eyebrows. With the thumb, you close your nostril from the side—sidewards, okay? Not like this. Now, sit straight. Only inhale and exhale through the left nostril. First, blow your stomach, expand your stomach, then the chest. Exhale first from the chest, then from the stomach—ten times. Deep inhale and exhale, keep body straight. After ten times, place your hand on the knee. Very good. Now again place the right hand fingers at the center of the eyebrows. With the right ring finger, close your left nostril sideways, press slightly from the side, and inhale long and exhale slowly through the right nostril. Feel the breath, how it’s moving in. Feel your respiration. Now, place your hand down. So, there are many breath techniques; this, what we did, is called Nāḍī Śodhana, the purification of the nerves. Some call it Chandra Bhedanā, Surya Bhedanā. Then comes anuloma-viloma, which is very good for those who do not have balance in the body. So prāṇāyāma is a science by itself. You shall learn in your yoga course and this book, Yoga and Real Life. I hope you have it. Cakras and Kuṇḍalinī After that comes this energy center in the body called cakras and kuṇḍalinī. In our body, we have 72,000 nerves. Out of that, three are most important. That’s called the left, right, and middle: sympathetic, parasympathetic, and central nerve. These are the central nerves, and these are moving along the spine. They are moving like this, and there are the chakras, we call in yoga, energy centers. Purification of the chakras means gaining good health. Polluting or blockage of the chakras means health problems. So there are many, many chakras, but the main chakras are eight. Located first at the end of the spine column down, that’s called Mūlādhāra. Then, about three fingers high, is called Svādhiṣṭhāna. Then at the navel, that is called Maṇipūra. Then, at the heart center, it is called Anāhata. Then at the Viśuddhi, it is the throat vocal cord. And then here, the third eye again. Then on the top of the head, where yogīs keep the hair more long, it’s called Bindu, where the nectar is produced. And here on the top of the crown of the head, it’s called the Thousand Petals, Sahasrāra Chakra. Our higher consciousness is sitting here, and our energy, which is holding our destiny, that’s called Śakti, is dormant in Mūlādhāra, the bottom chakra. Through meditation, practice of mantra, and prāṇāyāma, we can open these chakras. So the śakti, the energy, makes its way to Śiva, to the Supreme. When she merges in his consciousness, called the Śiva consciousness, that’s called liberation, and that is a spiritual awakening. That’s called spiritual achievement. There is a book, also Hidden Powers in Humans, in the Slovak language. Please read that, and then next time we talk about this. It is such a divine, beautiful feeling to see how it is: healthy, happy, harmonious, loving, long life, and Divine Consciousness. That yoga is a way to the Supreme, to God, to liberation. So I spoke too long now. You must be tired. So I wish you all the best. I wish you good health, harmony, and happiness for you and your family. Welcome again, and if you have any questions, please feel free. Questions and Answers Yes, he has something. Give it to him. Okay, sit down, thank you. Four questions. Four? Very good. So, there are four questions. Should I answer one or all four? Question 1: How can I become a Swami? Is it even possible? Well, you were asking yesterday, I think, a question, no? Yes. And sorry, I didn’t look before and then was gone. So, yes, you can become a Swami if you want. It’s a training for five years. And if you are successful, you can do it. It’s a lifelong commitment. So, for more detail, you should come to Strilky or ask them, to Parvati. The Swami life is a little different than what you think of your priests. Thank you. Question 2: "I have schizophrenia," which shortens the breath and also they make my concentration weak. Yes, the second question which you are writing is very personal for you, but you should take the medicine and at the same time you should practice more prāṇāyāmas. So the negative part of the medicine will be little, and the negative effect of the drug will be little. Is it possible to treat it by yoga? Yes, not 100%. If you have been abusing drugs, then it is not possible. Therefore, it is better to be under the doctor’s control. Question 3: "I am 44. Dharma told that I should go to an āśram. Should I, instead of this, get married or go to an āśram?" According to dharma and my age, I should go to the ashram. But I have a question: should I go to the ashram, or should I get married? Well, this is your private decision. To go to the ashram will be hard, so best would be to marry. So you will have a good helper and practice, so you will achieve what you want to achieve. Question 4: How to get rid of the fear when I do not have a teacher or a master? You can give them the mic, they should talk. So, what is the question? How to get rid of the fear? It’s hard to read, hard to read, so no more. Okay. How to get rid of the fear? Who was that? Here. Give it to her. How to get rid of the fear? How to get rid of the fear when we come to the astral? If it is possible also without the help of the Master? Thank you. Fear is in every creature. Fear is also in the plants. And when the human tries to come out of the physical body and come to the astral level, then it is like you are jumping in the darkness. You don’t know if there is an ocean, or a rock, or the thorny bushes, and so it is very natural that fear will be. Therefore, the energy, guidance, and mantra of the Master are very important. That’s very important. Now, Master, of course, you have to choose where your heart accepts. Going really out of the body is not easy. If we think that we are out of the body, that is not. Okay? Welcome. Okay, nobody wants to speak; it is something very secret. So it can be your question, okay? Okay. I will present it as my... That would be my question. Question 5: What is your opinion on the year 2012, the so-called end of the Mayan calendar? When should we approach the transformation of human consciousness to a higher level, and how can we achieve it? I would like to know more information about Śambhala, which could help us achieve a higher state of consciousness. So what is your opinion about the year 2012? It’s the end of the May calendar of these old American names. In this year, it should become the transformation of the human mind to a higher level, and how we can achieve this. I would like to know also the information about Śambhala, if she or he could help us to achieve this higher state of consciousness. Thank you. Well, I am waiting for 2012. Then I will answer you. Many times it has been prophesied like this. And after that time, no one talked about it. But if you practice spirituality continuously from now onwards, something will change in you. Others, I don’t know. About Shambhala, I don’t know. I knew only one Shambhala. That’s made in Indonesia, is a very hot chili paste. Sorry. Thank you. Question 6: How to practice with the children after D&O? There is some diagnosis, probably just the short one. I will ask. How to practice with the children after they have the children... Okay, thank you. Well, there you have to help them to make a movement. They have little, their muscles have less confidence. So I would suggest going to the therapeutic centers, where they will have all kinds of explanations and equipment, and after that you can work with them. It’s a very individual case. The man who was asking, he is a physiotherapist, and he is asking how to help with yoga. Yeah, take Yoga and Dead Life book, first, second, and third part. They are for those persons. First, second, and third part of Yoga and Dead Life. And then you have very nice yoga scriptures, which are prepared for Slovakian schools. Thank you. Question 7: Please write clearly. He is not a pharmacist. Okay, don’t read. Yes, only second. When I have asthma, I practice yoga in daily life as a beginner. And after... So, when I have asthma, I now practice yoga in daily life as a beginner, and after this exercise, I feel very tired the whole week. What can I do? Thanks. You have to make the blood diagnosis. If some metals are missing, like iron, or some vitamins, like potassium, and so on. So, first you have to make a blood diagnosis, and check your kidneys and your blood pressure. Then, according to that, you should practice the exercise. Your yoga teacher will guide you, the Yoga in Daily Life teacher. Question 8: You told us that when we come from work tired, we should practice, but sometimes we want more to lie down and sleep. What is better: to force ourselves to practice or to sleep? If you have no more work to do at home—cooking, eating, children, husband, wife, dog, cat—then sleep, and get up early morning and practice yoga. That’s the best. Question 9: How to understand karma. You need not understand the way it functions itself. It will affect itself. But I can tell you one example. In this glass, there is a poison. Now, I don’t know if it is inside, poison, or I know it is a poison by knowing or unknowing. If I drink the poison, it will affect my body, so every action will have a reaction. If you make one step, you are 70 centimeters far. If you make two steps, then you are one and a half metres. So every step brings you forward, or you make a step backwards. So whatever you do, physically, mentally, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, socially, everything is karma. To do something means karma. And the result is the destiny. Tak. OK. Question 10: Studium svek. I am the sympathizer for the Studium of the Sects in Slovakia. What? Study of the sects in Slovakia. Sect? Sect, yeah. He is a sympathizer of the organization which is studying the sects in Slovakia. Like different sects, religion, or this and that, yes, yes. My question is that there is much information from the people who went through yoga, and there are also many internet webpages where you can read how the people practicing yoga or yoga teachers. They were misused in some groups. So what is your question? Ask directly. Your statement for these messages, which came about this misusing of some people who were practicing yoga, well, it depends on the individual person. It’s not good to misuse, and yoga is universal. And a yogī will never accept to misuse someone. So, that’s my point, my statement. If one is doing, it is wrong. In his or her level, that is not yoga, nor does yoga tell them to do that. Question 11: Question to you: Are you a happy person, and what makes you happy? Thank you. And it makes me happy that I can help some people. Thank you. My biggest intention is to help the people and other creatures. God bless you. I’m happy when I’m helping people. I’m sorry, I’m not concentrated. Okay, now, yes, I’m happy when I can help people. Thank you. Děkuji. Question 12: The next question... So this is the last question, please, okay? Okay, so this will be the last question. This one is very secretive. Okay. If it is secret, we will not answer. If it is too secret, if it is secret, we cannot answer to the public? Give it to me. Okay. And you should answer that one. Very secret. So, is it possible to decrease the pain while giving life to the children? Yeah. And how to predict the complications by yoga? Okay. Which exercises should I use? Thank you. Yes, there are exercises for pregnant women. And for easy birth, there are mostly exercises, pranayama, and we have one posture called Khaṇḍrāsana. But there is one book existing, I hope it is in Czech or Slovak language available, written by one of the famous yogīs, who... Wrote the book, what is his name, "Science of Yoga"? Iyengar, Mr. Iyengar, and his daughter wrote about this very nice book, and about how to give a gentle, soft birth to the child to avoid the complications. From the Iyengar, for pregnant women or mothers. So please look. You will find it somewhere, but it is mostly exercises for breath. Thank you. Thank you. Well, very interesting questions. And this is very private, so I will keep it private. But I will read from someone’s translation. I wish you a very good evening, and God bless you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We would like to thank you for this beautiful evening, and I think you all... We’re feeling this beautiful light penetrating through the hall this evening. Thank you very much. And thank you for the good translation.
