You are king of your senses

Relaxation, the five kośas, and the king of the senses.

Lie down, relax the whole body. Relax the thoughts, let them be free. Feel fresh oxygen and the beauty of trees. Feel as if in the lap of parents and with friends. Close eyes and see the vision in the park. Move and sit up. Look around in nature for five minutes. Remember your five elements: the kośas. Annamaya, Prāṇamaya, Manomaya, Vigyanamaya, Kṛiyānmaya, Ānandamaya. Chant Om eleven times with four letters, focusing on Nabi, Anāhat, Vakalkot, saṃsāra chakra. Feel oneness with the Supreme. Children, you are the king of your senses. The body is a kingdom, the ātmā is the king. The indriyas are citizens; do not be their slave. If the ātmā leaves, all is finished. Through devotion, the Guru's thread holds the pearls together.

"Feel as if you are in the lap of your parents, with your friends."

"Man indriya terī prajā, tū nā kar inki gulāmī."

Lie down on your back, relax your whole body. Relax your legs, your hands, your arms, your hip joints. Relax your back, relax your stomach, relax your hands and arms and shoulders, relax your elbows, relax your neck, relax your jaw, relax your tongue, relax your face muscles. Try to relax your thoughts, or your head. I mean, to relax the head means all your thoughts; let them be free. From the toes to the top of the head, and from the top of the head to the toes, relax completely. You relax comfortably, and then you wake up. You finished your bathrooms. With mantras you came to the program, the prayer. Not a prayer. And Satguru Charisa. A Satguru Carisa. Āsanas, Prāṇāyāma. Āsanas, Prāṇāyāma. Kriyā. Kriyā. From the morning until now, you have been completely relaxed, but how many activities were there, including now? Did it create stress for you? Are you more and more relaxed? Relax. Let’s relax. And now, think of your nostrils. And feel this very fresh, very clean, beautiful oxygen. And beautiful, beautiful, big, our mother trees. You can, without movements, open your eyes and just see the beauty of the trees, the colors, the leaves. Beautiful. Close your eyes and feel as if you are in the lap of your parents, with your friends. Feel your lungs, feel your abdomen. There have been many activities since you woke up. Velice pohodlné. Uvolníme se. Just relax, don’t think about anything outside or about technology. Any chemicals? Just be with Mother Nature. Relax. Relax. Let it recharge this beautiful, comfortable, happy, pleasant nature for us. With closed eyes, see the whole picture, the vision in our park. Are you aware of this? Where are you? In our ashram, count how many orange-dressed people are here. How many black dresses? Have you an orange dress? A yellow dress? Move your hands and legs. Turn left and right, and sit up. How many of you are in the Anuṣṭhāna program? Thank you. Děkuji. And who is only for āsanas and prāṇāyāms? And who is only on āsanas and prāṇāyāma? Thank you. And who is for the karma yogīs? Who is for karma yoga? Thank you. Děkuji. And who doesn’t do anything? She is doing nothing, and the children. And children. All right, thank you. Thank you. I give you three minutes. It is a practice. It is a program. It is a program. And this program, I give you: whatever you look at through the nature here, and what do you feel, what do you think? Relax. And as a program for these three minutes, I give you the opportunity to look around in nature, wherever you are, so that you can feel it and release yourself. And what thoughts do you have about it? How many minutes? Five, five minutes. So, five minutes. Five elements. Five elements, five minutes. Take two minutes to think: what is your aim in life? Don’t tell me it’s only for you. And how can I achieve it? We all should be, including myself, we are in one thread. With this beauty, you are the pearls. And this string, it is Guru Kṛpā. When we practice our mantra, then we cross each and every pearl. So we are all bhaktas, and Guru Dev is always taking care of all. And the mantra, name of our Guru Dev: Alakh Purījī, Devpurījī, Mahāprabhujī, Holy Gurujī, my Lord, Guru Dev, this thread should not break. Anything can break. But by this thread of devotion, respect, happiness, clarity, peace, harmony, and divine light, on that peace, to my achievement. Harmony. No one should force us. No one should tell us good or bad, yes or no. It is only thy ātmā and your heart. No one should tell you, not even myself. Force you to tell. We imagine that we have, on the whole of our palm, one beautiful drop of pure water. And under our hand is the ocean. It is you. If you drop in the ocean, and the subject is very clearly: remember or know your five elements. Very clearly remember or know your five elements: Annamaya Kośa, Prāṇamaya Kośa, Manomaya Kośa, Vigyanamaya Kośa, Kṛiyānmaya Kośa, and Ānandamaya Kośa: the physical body, the energy, the mind, your knowledge, your thinking, your subject, what you have, and what is the one day’s divine happiness. Ānandamaya Kośa. Chant Om eleven times with the four letters. Nabi, Anāhat, Vakalkot, and the saṃsāra, chakra, the whole brain. Chant Om eleven times with the four letters. And we shall chant now a little bit about this mantra, which we did yesterday. Again, lie down, head to my side, relaxed. Just relax. Feel oneness. We are one; only the body is different. Feel oneness with the Supreme. So, Hari Om, slowly sit up. And for a few minutes, we have a program for the children. So all children can come to me and sit here. And you make some good postures. That is called, what we call, Ātmā Sandraśana. It is said to Manindriyoka Swami Nijatam Antaryāmī. This is a beautiful bhajan from Swāmījī called Achvaranamjī from Jodhpur. You are the king of your senses. You are your Ātmā, your soul. You are the king of your senses. Five Jñānendriyas and five Karmendriyas. Sit down, children. Sit down after. To Manindriyoka Rājā, you are the king of your senses. If you can, protect or take care of the whole kingdom. And the king said, “They are all my children, because a king is a father.” So, not a father like from every woman, but all is my king. And the king said, “All my children.” I am feeding them, protecting them, everything. Similarly, our body is our kingdom, and all that is in this kingdom is governed by that king, which is our jīvā, ātmā, etc. To man indriyoka Swami, Swami means the master, leader, that is good to know, king or leader. Nijātam antarjāmī, O my Ātmā, you are Nijaswāmī. Nijātam nijaswāmī, so you are Nijātam. Nij means your own Ātman. And you are the governor of all, so you should know. So don’t run out of the kingdom, and don’t do wrong things in the kingdom. Our whole body, and when we think of our body, we have all. We have doctors, we have engineers, we have masters, we have everything. But masters, engineers, they are nothing. If the ātmā has gone out, neither engineer nor master, all is finished. So, who is your master, your engineer, all? It is yourself, your ātmā. So who is the master, who is the engineer? That is your “I”, your ātmā. Antar Jami, you are the Lord within myself. Tu Kāyā Nāgrikā Rājā, you are this body’s king. Tu Kāyā Nagarī Kāyā means the body. Nagrī means the whole citizen of the world. Nāgrī means the inhabitant of that great city or land, so kāya nāgrīka rājā, you are the king of that man. Indriyak andriyat terī prajā, your indriyas are your citizens. All indriyas are working in your body. It’s a beautiful saint. Man indriya terī prajā, tū nā kar inki gulāmī. O king, O rājā, you are not the slave of the indriyas. If you are the slave of your senses, you can’t govern your kingdom. Very soon, the whole kingdom will fall apart. How long can we keep ourselves? Our body sooner or later, the body will just shed it. Tuna Kariski Gulami, don’t be the slave of that. Nij Ātmā Antar Jāmī, O my inner God, Lord, know thyself. This is your kingdom. Further, vecher, and the evening will continue. The evening will continue. The evening will continue.
