Practise and live disciplined

We can say for our program seminar or retreat. Everyone has a body and have nourishment. Every creature has pranamaya kosha and manamaya kosha. Some animals also have some intelligence. The first thing is the discipline in yoga. We have to learn ourselves but follow the words of the Master. There are different ways to reach our aim but all can be successful and unsuccessful also. Go always in a good way. Don't think about the miracles. Éive your normal life and practise spiritual sadhana. The reality is within you. During meditation, we can dive in it. Be with thyself you have everything. In anusthana should be disciplined between the programs also. Pranayamas are cleaning our body Don't change too often the different technics.
