We have to learn how to sing AUM properly. It will serve as a light in yoga sadhana and the path of the meditation will be very easy. When the nadis are crossing each other, they are forming a junction, the Visuddhi Chakra. Sometimes we are angry about little things, we should clear up even these small problems.
