Don't be Afraid

The true guru is one who knows past, present, and future. All beings possess the same divine Ātmā. The self is God. Life consumes life, yet the human heart is intended to avoid harming creatures. In Ayurveda, plants are classified, and using roots can destroy the plant. Shiva and Shakti are inseparable unity. When Shakti entered the fire, Shiva carried her body. Vishnu performed an austerity, pledging a thousand lotuses to Shiva. One flower was missing, so Vishnu offered his eye, named Kamal Nayan. Shiva then granted Vishnu the Sudarśana discus. Vishnu used it to cut Shakti's body into fifty-two pieces, which fell as sacred sites. The Guru's power is immense; a mere spark from the Guru ignites widespread light.

"All jīvātmās in each and everyone are only one."

"Shakti will not separate, and when separated, it will cut it in pieces."

Many greetings from Jhadan Ashram. We are pleased to sing some bhajans this evening, and afterwards, Gurujī, Vishwagurujī, will give a lecture. It is nice to see you all, and I hope everybody here is healthy and happy. We are looking forward to daily satsaṅg. I also hope that you are protecting your health and following the guidelines from your individual governments. Today is Tuesday, and usually on Tuesday we sing the Hanumān Chālīsā. It is forty verses written by Saint Tulsī Dās in the Hindi language, and it helps with relieving or removing fear. Kanchan varṇa vīrācha suveśa, kāna kuṇḍana kuñchita keśa. Hātha vajra aura dvārāja vīrāje, kāṇḍe mūnji jāniyo sāje. Śaṅkara śuvaṇa kya, śrī nandana teja pratāpa mā, āja gavandana. Vīdyavānā guṇī ati chātur, rāmakāja karibeku ātur. Śiśidīpna Rāmaprabhājī kī jai. Satguru Deva kī jai. How to say good for our Pushpa in my telephone? Everyone likes it very much. Very good. Thank you. Therefore, we have to chant now, "Bhagavān Rām." Śrī Rām Jaya Rām Jaya Jaya Rām, Śrī Rām Jaya Jaya... Rām, Śrī Rām Jaya Rām Jaya Jaya Rām, Śrī Rām Jaya Rām Jaya Jaya Rām... Śrī Rām Jaya Jaya... Rām Śrī Sītā Rām Sītā Sītā... Om Śānti, Śānti,... Om, Om. Viśva Guru Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara, Svāmī Maheśvara and Yogī Rāja, Kī Jaya. All blessed self, all bhaktas, all yogīs, all brothers and sisters, and all our creatures on our earth, all our beautiful, beautiful life, the forest, all vegetation, and the beauty of all different creatures, many, many different kinds of animals. And they are giving balance on our earth. And every creature is created by God for a different purpose, one who is for whom. And it is said, it is said: Life eats life. It is a long story. When Bhagavān Śiva said, "Ekohaṁ bahusyām," then all the elements, the whole space, and the conscious, the light, everything, it was created. And from that is what I am always saying in my lecture: the five elements. And that is the very first, the light, fire, sūrya, prakāś. Prakāś puñjam rittake sāgar, śrīdīpaharī mahādānī hai, sāre viśru meṅ guñj rahī, Prabhu kī amar kahānī, vohī hai, that is that. And so, first, Prakash. You see that if it is a real guru, if it is one sent, if one knows all three things—past, present, and future—that is called the real guru. Rest is the vest. Everywhere is shit on one side, and therefore it is said that in Sanskrit and certain languages, they are balanced in the two hemispheres of the humans and also other animals. And the animals have not only one brain; we have also one brain, but we have... The meaning of both balanced together, but they have only limited it, and humans have the more. But we are one side. But God gave us. God gave us. Now I will give you, and that’s why you are myself. Myself means God. Myself means Śiva. But if you will not follow the principles, then you will go down again into the other path. And what is that? Jīva Jīva Bhakṣate. The life eats the life. But the heart of humans is given so that they do not eat any other creatures. Fruits. Fruits. Even don’t break the trees and this and that, but it’s giving the fruit. And why do we not call it the fruit? The fruit gives the fruit. That’s it. And therefore, the fruit is giving the fruit to the fruit, again to the fruit. But that tree, that plant, that bush, they will not destroy it. They will give the fruits. In Ayurveda, we are calling the jadī, bhūtī, and vanaspatī. In Ayurveda, there are three: jaḍī, bhūtī, and vanaspatī. Now, what do we get in that? Jādī. Jadi means the roots, and in Ayurveda, we need the roots. Now, what can we destroy? The root, then the tree is gone. Say no. Because there is a certain plant that, once it grows, gives fruit and dies. Therefore, the roots have that power inside. But that plant that we call, that plant that is given thousands of seeds, and the seeds again will give the bhūti. Bhūti means a small plant. Jada, jari, bhutti. Bhutti means also the leaves of the tree, of the plant. Also, the branches a little bit. The wood from this, and what we call the roots, we are saying in this Āyurveda, jaḍī and buṭī. Now, on our whole earth, everywhere, in any countries, there is a jaḍī buṭī. But who knows that? Others do not. Otherwise, everywhere, there is one story. And this story is from the story of a ṛṣi, and someone said this story once. I don’t know if it is true or not, but I can tell, even if it is not, it is good. So, see, what is a guru? And when a guru comes, then the guru gives you one job. So, one guru... Which guru is from the past? He or she is from the past and knows everything. Also, in between, I want to put one point: that male and female is only the gender; otherwise, it is a human. That’s why we worship with great, we call Śakti, Devī, Pūjā. That’s it. And this is in that tradition, not a tradition, the spirituality that we worship the woman. But many other countries, I don’t know. And even somebody in India, in some literatures, they are saying women have no soul. The women have no soul? Then how are they living? What is that? This is, I don’t agree. Great sense doesn’t agree, but someone rots inside. And if on that day, Kālī, Śakti, Devī, many—how many Śaktis are there? Fifty-two from the Śakti. And you know the story of the Śakti. And when the Shakti sits in the fire, Shiva’s Shakti. But there was a whole story; next time you will know. And when they saw that Shiva got that, the Shakti went into the fire and died. Shiva knew everything, so Shiva was angry. Or, everyone, God is also crying many times. Krishna, Bhagavān Kṛṣṇa to Tṛṣṇā me hai. You know what is a Tṛṣṇā? Bhagwan Krishna was a lot, and a lot was making troubles, but that is God. He was showing only at the end they shoot the Krishna, and similarly, Bhagwan Ram, how much Ram had the troubles, etc., etc. So, Bhagwan Shiva... That was the first Shakti, and he took the Shakti on his shoulder. And Bhagavān Śiva took all away, and only the triśūla remained, and he went into the universe. Don’t know where it is, Śiva and Śakti. If you are a real friend, if you are a real one, then Śiva and Śakti are one. You cannot separate yourself. Even you will die. Shakti will die first, or Shiva will die. They will not die, but I am telling you like this. Bed, both are all the times, all the two parts of the body. So, Ātmā is that. Ātmā is so Paramātmā. Paramātmā is so Ātmā. Śrī Guru Ātmā Paramātmā Ātmā Puruṣottama Sakal Jag ke Anta Jāmī Cāracara Kī Ātmā Prabhu Cāracara Kī Ātmā Nabh Rūpa Vyāpo Satyayāpo Vimala Cetanā Ātmā Prabhu Vimala Cetanā Ātmā Dhār Dhyānay. Agam agay nīgama-śetana-ātma, prabhu-vīgama-śetana-ātma, śrī-guru-ātma-paramātma, mahū-mahātma-puruṣyota-mādhu, mātma-puruṣyota-mādhu Chakra, Chakra... Ch. So, it is said, finally, that the ātmā of all creatures. So, there are many creatures with Him that have the Ātmā in them. Only one, not from my side. I am not telling, but some are telling. I said, and Sivanandajī, the disciple of Mahāprabhujī, all jīvātmās in each and everyone are only one. I think the humans, women have no soul? Oh my God, what a stupid thing. It doesn’t matter who is from which country or this country, what is that? Now, it is said in Vājaṇ properly, and so Śiva and Śakti, and so Śiva took, though she was dead, the dead body. He didn’t want to make, how do you call it, the funeral. He went with her on his shoulder in his maze. Ākāśa, ākāśa, ākāśa. Don’t know anywhere. You should read. It is written in the Mahāśiv Purāṇa. I am not telling myself. I only know what is written in our structure, Mahāprabhujī’s, all great saints, and Śiva itself. When Shiva is not there and Shakti is not there, the whole universe becomes śūnyakāśa, śūnyatā. This is happening. All Brahma, Viṣṇu, all Devas, Devīs, all—what to do? What will we do? There is nobody. Many days passed. Then Brahmā went, and other ṛṣis all went to Viṣṇu and said, "Bhagavān Viṣṇu, please do something." Shiva is not here. Shakti went away far somewhere, and Shiva took her on his shoulder because she is his Shakti. It will not. Shakti will not separate, and when separated, it will cut it in pieces. And so he said, "Please, please, Vishnu Bhagavān, take your Sudarśana cakra." And why? Who gave you the cakra? Śiva gave. Śivajī gave. Sudarshan chakra, you know that, everybody? I told everybody. And that, it was one thousand lotus flowers, and Bhagavān Viṣṇu made anuṣṭhāna, anuṣṭhāna for Bhagavān Śiva, and Viṣṇu said, "I want to get some siddhi more, give me something, but I will make an anuṣṭhāna." And so Bhagavān Viṣṇu made a beautiful Anuṣṭhāna. Anushtān, you said your saṅkalpa. It means I gave my word. That’s it. That is an Anuṣṭhān. Your word when you said, "Yes, I will be," and it is mine, and you are thine. My and thy is only I. Nobody is thy. So Bhagavān, Viṣṇu Bhagavān, when his Anuṣṭhāna is completed, Saṅkalpa—if you give your Saṅkalpa and you don’t complete your Saṅkalpa, then it is finished and it will be negative. Therefore, you said, "I give you my word, and this word should remain." Now, Bhagavān Viṣṇu, Bhagavān Viṣṇu, ek hajār, flowers, lotus, lotus ko kyā kahatā hai? Kamal. Now, Bhagavān Viṣṇu said, "O Bhagavān Śiva, one thousand flowers, Kamal, at each one Kamal I will give you, surrender to you, or donate you. Whatever you give, one flower on you, on my Anuṣṭhāna which I did." With this, I, Lord Śiva, will give you a thousand names; you are called Lord Viṣṇu. Lord Vishnu said, "O Lord Shiva, I will give you a thousand names. I will give you a name with the name of this flower." Then Lord Viṣṇu gives the name of Lord Śiva and plants a lotus flower. He can plant a thousand of them. But Lord Viṣṇu is so happy that his wish has been fulfilled. He is going and going. Lord Śiva also sometimes makes fun of him. This is not always done by Śrī Gurujī. Shree Gurujī says to hide, do this and that. This is the game of the Gods. What is this? This is the game. Gurujī has written a very good bhajan. And Holī Gurujī has also written a very good bhajan. What is in it? See. So, 999. And when he was giving dīkṣā, Śaṅkar Bhagavān kā to hath bahut lambā hotā hai. Voh phūl le gayī udhar. And Bhagavān Viṣṇu, where did he go? He was cut into pieces. Khaṇḍa kā matlab woh ṭūṭ gayā. Is not complete. Is kā matlab, this means that my saṅkalpa is not complete. And when my saṅkalpa is not complete, I give my permission. And my permission doesn’t matter. I gave the words, and that will remain forever, or you are broken, finished. Now Bhagavān Viṣṇu is looking here and there. My anuṣṭhāna? How many times? I did not know. One month or two months or one year or ten years, I cannot say. So please, Bhagavān Śiva and Viṣṇu, forgive me. I don’t know how long the Anuṣṭhān was. Now Lord Viṣṇu was sweating, "My God, my Deva, my Śiva, I promised him a thousand Kamal flowers, and I lost it." One, but I counted myself, then Bhagavān Śiva said, "Viṣṇu, I know that you want to have your anuṣṭhāna completed, but your one flower is not there." But Vishnu, you know, I give you the name. A. Krishna or Vishnu, you are Kamal Nayan. Kamal Nayan means that God Vishṇu’s eyes are so beautiful. This is what we say in India, that this flower is like Kamal Nayan eyes. That’s it. And so, Viṣṇu, you are Kamal Nayan. Doesn’t matter, give it to me one. Ek Kamal Nayan tumhara hai, woh toh reyega. And one, you give it to me instead of a Kamal flower. Dekhiye, heart chahiye, aadmī woh chahiye. And shakti bhi woh chahiye, shakti ki yes. And Śhiv bhi kata ki yes. Vo āpke hṛday ke andar hai. The other one is just walking, walking, walking. Then a voice comes, "Vishnu, don’t delay. Give me Kamal Nayan. Take it out." God Vishnu, see, the one who gives, who is the giver, they can give. But those who are not like that, they are nothing. God Vishnu looks and says, "Hey Prabhu, Śiv, give me one arrow." And a golden arrow came into his, Vishnu’s, hand. And Vishnu Bhagavān, aise dālā, uskā kiskā, ek āṅkh kā polā. Itne to, nikkal to gaya, hua, kiya, jaan ke. Phir Bhagvān, Śiv ne pāt pakar diyā, kiskā, Viṣṇu Bhagvān. That’s why, how long does this flower, kamal, kaise khultā hai? Hey Vishnu, terā kamal hameshā khulegā, aur terā anuṣṭhān complete. But I give you the prasāda of your anuṣṭhāna. What do I give? Prasad. Something. And so, Bhagavān Śiva gave the Sudarśana Cakra. Hey Vishnu, don’t use this Sudarśan Cakra for everything. Only when it happens can no other thing work. Then this Sudarśana Cakra will come as soon as you do Aṅgulī like this. And whatever you want will go there, everything will happen. Lord Shiva left. Lord Vishnu became happy. Both were good. But in our Śiv Āśram, in Om Āśram, in the temple of Dvādaś Jyotirliṅga, that’s why, so the Brahmā and all Devī, Devatās, and Gyātā, Bhagavān, Viṣṇu, please, eṣ śiv kaṁb, eṣ śiv kaṁb, and Śakti kai bhī patā nahīṁ kahā hai pahāḍav meṁ hai, samundar. Mein hai, ākāś mein hai, kahā hai? Tab Viṣṇu Bhagavān Sudarśan liya, voī hāth jo Bhagavān Viṣṇu ne pakadā, voī, voī aṅgulī, aur us aṅgulī ke andar mein kyā ā gayā? Sudarśan cakra, agni kī tarah, jaisā āg cal rahā hai. krinti karta jo aag aate na, chingari, And Sudarśan ko chhoḍā jā ākāś mein. Voh pata hai nahīṅ gayā. Vishnu dekh rahe hain, mere angulī me kus nahī hai. Sabī kērā, kahā gayā ye? Bolā, vohī jāyegā, jahān, āp sab kī, wish, to bring Lord Śiva. So, what happened then? Sudarśana Cakra, Lord Śiva didn’t get to know, and he cut it into pieces. He cut it into pieces. Whose? Śakti’s 52 pieces, and from there, all the pieces of the Śakti fell on those divine, holy places, nowhere else. And they are everywhere in the Himalayas, also here nearby, our ashrams here. Abhu, a little far from Abhu. So here, what is there? Its heart. The heart of Śakti is there. You bring stones from there, Ammājī. You can go and see. I went once, I think, or twice, and I will take you one day there. So similarly, many, many different parts of the body, which we have, one part in our Khaṭṭū Āśram, Śivbāgh, Mahāprabhujī jān, mandir banāyā humne wahāṁ, so there are all these Śaktis. So, therefore, it’s coming, and so, that is again, Śiv came, and Śiv ākār ke, sabhī, pūrā, whole world, everything, this came, and then, afterwards, many, many things happen by Śivjī, but then comes Pārvatī Jī. And after Pārvatījī, now wait, wait,... wait. That is why, in one word, Gurudev can do everything. Who? The one who is the seeker of the three worlds. The one who is the seeker of the three worlds, he is the Sadguru. He is the Mahātma. The other one is fine. He is fine. He is fine. The car is fine, but the one who is the Mahāpuruṣa. You don’t know the power of our Sadguru Swami Mādhavānandajī Bhagavān. His power was such that even if he said it, it would have been done, no matter what it was. And that was of Bābājī and Mahāprabhujī. Mahāprabhujī said that, Tukyāk jholo mehakā. Meaning, in this much only, what? Chuṭkī. This is what we call in our India, chuṭkī. This is also said in the masjid, right? It is said in many places. In this much chutki, Guru Dev gives you everything. That is why it is said, so that is what Gurudev has, that is what Śakti is. The Shakti that Shiva has given, and that Shakti that is not there in the future, if Shakti is not there, then one day it will burn. And it will be broken into pieces, but still it is broken. We will worship that piece too. That is why mother and father are so good. Shabib Sahib, it is not a matter of link, it is not the weight of a woman and a man, it is not the weight of the body, it is in the soul and the light in it. What do you know? I will tell you that I have one thing like this; you will be scared. Yes, I have it with me. So, Sajjano, all my dear brothers, all my dear sisters, all my Bhaktas, all my brothers and sisters everywhere in the whole world. Why are you afraid? Only you are you. Don’t you believe in that, Gurudev? Otherwise, it all will be okay. All will be okay. Even you will go and clean the people, make the people, because you have that śakti. O śakti, tumhare andar mein hai wo. Jo bhī hai, nahīṁ hai, infection, ye bhī śakti hai. Yes, that’s why slowly, in front of the love force, you should bow down, in front of the power, you should bow down, you should bow down, then the power will say, "Mā, what will it say? Mā, Mother," that is it. Mother, or not that, then the other one says, "Be careful." "Careful" means be altered. It is going on, it is going on in the whole world. That is why devotion is power, and in power is devotion. That is the Guru, and that is the disciple. The other is that you keep saying that I am so big, I am so big. What is it? You don’t understand the Guru. And after that, there are some people who have become Mahāmaṇḍaleśvaras. So their Guru, Guru, just sit next to me. He knows that I have become Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara, and my Guru is not a thing. That is why everything is spreading. Guru is Guru. Guru is Guru, and the disciple is the disciple only. And he goes to Parabrahmā, Paramātmā, that otherwise they are somewhere. That’s why, so, Mahāprabhujī, why did Gurujī go to sing a bhajan? Gurujī didn’t know where all this was done. He didn’t even know this. He threw me from where to where. One sparkle, just a little sparkle, Gurujī has saved. And now it sparkles everywhere: fire, light, and light, and light. That light has come. And how much was that pool earlier? Just like a little spark, the light. Gurujī sat there. Gurujī sat in our Nippal Ashram. Gurujī sat in that room and wrote this bhajan. Gurujī wrote this bhajan. Prakāś puñjaṁ hṛt kisāgara śrī-dīpahārī mahādhānī... Sare Viśvam Guñjarāiye Prabhukī Amarata Prakāś Puñjāy Amarata Ye Sāgar Siddhipā Arimatānī Prakāś Puñjāy Amarata.
