Practicing Mantra with Vishwaguruji

A practice for purification and peace is given. The internal heat and disease are acknowledged. Śiva's dance brings a cooling, purifying power from the mountains. The practice involves specific chanting. Hands are folded, and the body is prepared. The chant of Aum moves energy from the navel through the heart and throat to the brow and brain. This purifies physical and mental differences and the prevailing disease. The chanting is for the whole world and all creatures. Posture must be straight and intentional, not a mere empty motion. The practice continues with chants to Rām, Siddharām, and Hanumān. Vibration is felt in every cell of the body. The session concludes with universal peace mantras.

"With this OM, we shall pray for the purification of all physical and mental differences people have, that they should be calmed down."

"Feel the vibration in our own body, feel it in our whole body, in each and every cell."

Om Shanti. Today is a very hot day, and through this heat, the corona becomes toxic inside. I am sure it will go more and more down. When Śiva is peaceful, it is okay. But when Śiva begins dancing, then, my God, it is beautiful. Why? Because when Śiva dances with his hair, snow falls from the Himalayas and comes to all of Europe and every country. That is Śiva’s. Today we have our practice, and with this we must give our blessing. This means our blessing for God, not a blessing with prayers. Therefore, all together, fold your hands. We will chant Aum twenty-five times, from the nābhi (navel) to the Anāhata Chakra, from the Anāhata Chakra to the vocal cords at the Viśuddhi Chakra. Then from there to the Ājñā Chakra, from where there is unity, and then into the brain. This means into our Brahmaloka, which is also within our body. You have washed your hands and cleaned your mouth and face. Relax. Now make your hands like this. The chanting will be like this. First, I will do it one time: A-U-M, A. Then everybody, twenty-five times as I said. With this OM, we shall pray for the purification of all physical and mental differences people have, that they should be calmed down. Also, this disease which is there will, with our mantras, definitely be Śiva’s, and that will be purified. Do not change like this. Not like this. That is like in India when a woman has died, and she is shedding her head cloth, but she is not crying. She is only making the motion because the cloth is there. So, straight up. Yes, straight up. There is one, it is called… that one name of the Bengal spinal column goes that. I will tell you one day after. So now let’s go, please. Think peaceful, think happy, think spiritual. Think for the whole world and for all creatures and all humans. With this mantra, and you should know twenty-five, so you will chant all together. We shall chant about Bhagavān Śrī Rām. Peace, harmony, love for all creatures, for the humans, and for ourselves. Sītārām, Sītārām, Sītārām. Siddharām, Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām, Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām, Siddharām, Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām, Siddharām, Sītārām… Sītārām, Sītārām… Sītārām, Sītārām… Sītārām, Sītārām… Siddhārām, Siddhārām… Siddhārām, Siddhārām, Siddhārām, Siddhārām… Siddhārām… Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām, Siddharām… Sītā Rām, Sītā Rām… Sītā Rām… Bhagavān Kī. And now we shall bring all these negativities, these coronas, to get out of this with Hanumanjī. Okay? Jai Hanumān, Jai Hanumān… Jai Hanumān… Jai Hanumān. Jai Hanumān! Jai Hanumān!… Jai Hanumān, Jai Hanumān… Jai Hanumān. Sītārām, Sītārām… Sītārām. Jai Hanumān! Jai Hanumān!… Siddharām, Siddharām… Siddharām. Next, from Mahāprabhujī’s Parambhaguru… no, what is the bhajan? Gurujī’s Namostu. man man. Śrī rāī pā nirañjana, sabha dukha prabhu dīpa nirañjana, sabha dukha. Feel the vibration in our own body, feel it in our whole body, in each and every cell. The body, each and every muscle in the body, in the heart, everything. Om Namah Siddhi Prabhu Deepanarayanam. Om Namah Siddhi Prabhu Deepanarayanam. Deepanarayan Bhagavan Jaya! Sarveṣāṃ Maṅgalam Bhavatu, Sarveṣāṃ Pūrṇam Bhavatu, Lokāḥ Samastāḥ Sukhino Bhavantu. Oṃ Śāntiḥ, Śāntiḥ, Śāntiḥ. Oṁ tryambhakaṁ yajāmahe sugaṁdhiṁ puṣṭi vardhanam… Now everyone will do five mālās here. Make your own mantra. Five minutes. Adios.
