Meditation on Om

A guided meditation on chanting Aum to connect with the divine teacher and inner resonance.

Sit straight and relax the entire body. Chant Aum from the navel to the crown chakra. Collect the presence of the merciful teacher. Feel the navel and breathe comfortably. The living teacher has given the immortal ocean of nectar and endless light. This light resonates throughout the whole universe. Concentrate on the teacher, as no other guide exists in this age. The foundational sound is Aum, resonating in the whole head and brain. Listen to the inner sound and dedicate all actions to the teacher. The peak within all space is the single point, the bindu, which is Aum. One is to expand as that Aum. Outside the body is the whole universe, and one is that unity.

"Only in our body, outside is nothing. As soon as it goes out of our body, it’s the whole universe."

"One in all, and all in one."

Sit straight in a meditation posture and relax. Be very comfortable. Feel, after the prayers, how you have felt with the whole body of the prayers. Again, three times from the Nābhi to the Sahasrāra. Oṁ, three times. Close your eyes. Be comfortable. Your shoulders are very relaxed. Your neck should be very comfortable. Let your abdomen be very relaxed. Feel your back very comfortable, also your legs and fingers. Keep your jaw comfortable. Do not bite your teeth. Relax. Beautiful. Relax. Relax. Now we will chant the Aum from the Nābhi. Take a deep inhale and be relaxed. Once more, breathe in and out, and feel your body comfortable. Your fingers are comfortable and relaxed. Your palm is very relaxed. Do not stretch your palm upwards too much, no. Just half, touch towards your body. You know that from the whole day, now you collect your merciful Gurudev, Bhagavān, Dīp Nārāyaṇa, Mahāprabhujī, Devpurījī, Alakpurījī, Holy Gurujī. Understand and feel what is the Gurudev. Inhale and exhale. I know that I am inhaling, and I know that I am exhaling. I will be in my ātmā, I will be in my soul, I will be in my eternal being. You are the light; we are with folded hands mentally. Gurudev, thy Guru means all the holy saints; all are one. And we are now in this generation, in this lokas, only for we know that our Gurudev. Don’t run left and right, and so feel your navel. Feel your navel. Abdomen expanding and contracting very comfortably. Relax. I am, I am that light. I am in your light, which our Gurudev gave us. Our Gurudev gave us all, all the prāṇas, all the happiness, joy, and light. Amar eternal, the eternal stories. Once more, our Satguru Dev Swami Madhavānandajī Bhagavān gave us this light, Prakāśapuñj, Prakāś, endless light from Mahāprabhujī. There is no one more than Mahāprabhujī. He blesses us, gives to us, and worships for us. That is merciful. We don’t know any gods or any saints. In the past, definitely it was, maybe, but we know that the living Gurudev has given this immortal Amṛtaka Sāgara, the ocean of the nectar. What means that our whole body, all that is in our body, but we call the liquid or water or whatever, that is Amṛt, Amṛt Prakāś, Puñj, Amṛtak Sāgar, Śrīdīp, Harī Mahādānī, Sāre Viśvame, in the whole world, in the whole world, whole. The whole universe, prakāśa, puñjāmṛta, keśāgara, śrīdīpa, harimahādānī hai, sāre viśvame gūñj rahī hai. Gūñj means resonance, light, prakāśa, puñjāmṛta, keśāgara, dīpa, harimahādānī, sāre viśvame gūñj rahī, Prabhu kī amarā kahānī. Mahāprabhujī’s story is eternal, and ever and ever it is and it will be. Nābhi. Therefore, be that one. Don’t jump here and there. Don’t jump like a monkey. Remain peaceful. Nābhi. Deep inhale, and then it comes to the sahasrāra. Nabhi, Anāhad, Viśwa, from these three, Nabhi, Anāhad, Viśuddhi, Ājñā Chakra, and Viśuddhi, after that, then Sahasrāra Chakra, Bindu. Bindu is not a chakra, but nectar. We are going through that. Inhale. Concentrate on the resonance from the navel to the chest. The whole being, thyself. Concentrate on Gurudev. No one will lead us in this Kali Yuga except the Gurudev. And that is the bīja mantra, only that bindu, bindu. And that bindu is—today we will all be chanting, but first listen, and then you follow me. Go ahead, Aum, Aum... Nābhi to Sahasrāra, go ahead, Aum, from the navel to the Sahasrāra, Aum, resonance, go ahead. Gurujī has given us Prakāś Puṇḍ, Amṛt Kī Sāgar, Sare Viśvamī, Gūñj Rahī Hai, Prabhukī, Amar Kahānī. Through the mantras, only and only the Aum resonates in the whole brain, in the whole head. Close your eyes and listen to the inner sound. You can bring your upper arms towards your chest that you are feeling. Your ears, just close them. Place your hands on the hips. Try to concentrate on the Gurudev, Devapurījī, Mahāprabhujī, Holy Gurujī, all at once or any of them. Peace. Try to gaze on the Gurudev. There will be prakāśa, prema-prakāśa, that you will have through the Gurudev’s gazing. And mentally you have Aum. Feel relaxed, the whole body. You know that whole day, whatever you have done, good, not good, half, complete, heart, all dedicate to the Gurudev. Let it be very clean, pure, filled within thyself. Once, loud Aum. The highest, the peak within, in the whole center of the whole space, There is only one bindu, Nāda, Nāḍī, or only that one Oṁ. Always we write Om. Om Śānti, Om Hari, Om Tri, Om Kṛīm, Kṛīm Plīm, Om Kṛīm, Kṛīm Chlīm, Rām, Ding Dong. But first is the Aum. And therefore, you should all know, we have put the foundation of that needle in the center of the earth and in the center of the universe. And that’s only Aum. And therefore, it is said first. Om Shanti. Om, this is the last. But when we have this, and therefore, around the whole world, all yoga and their life and all other yogīs and this, everyone, all they are saying "Aum," and all are saying "Aum, Hari Aum, Hari Rām, Hari Rām." We are that Aum, and therefore, now expand ourselves, this Aum: Aum Prakāśa Bindu Mahāprabhujī. That’s it, so this one is called the resonance which is outside. Outside means the vision of our body. Only in our body, outside is nothing. As soon as it goes out of our body, it’s the whole universe. But then you or we are that one in this, and there are different Bindus. So today is this. Tomorrow I will explain to you again another point. Then we will say, "Yes, all." As our Gurudev said, "One in all, and all in one." Oṁ Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ... O Shanti, there is no any more Shanti. If your name is Shanti, or you have Shanti, then why are you angry? Why are you writing this and that and that? You are not a Shanti, asanti, and we don’t want asanti, that’s it. So, let it leave it out. "Śāntiḥ" finished. That is the joy, okay? Peace, joy. And there are another bindu in this, and that is which I said already: "Oṁkāra bindu saṁyuktaṁ nityaṁ dhyāyanti." That’s it. Yogī, we are yogī. We are not a bhogī. You know what is a bhogī? Ah, running there and... There and there, I want to have this. I will write this. I am good. I’m doing that. That’s what is that? Finished, you know? There is a green grass, very nice on the, and that is a very good salad. I’m looking for that salad, and so, and that, that. Gives a beautiful flower, and that is just flowering, and that’s called, we call, we call... The old woman’s, yes, Premānājī, yes, yes, the old woman’s hair. But this is not, not a... but this is not this woman’s hair. It is best hair, you must know, the beautiful hair. That you should ask, this hair, to your great-great-mother. Mother, how many years were these hairs with you, blowing out everywhere? Yeah? So it is said, what is said, Premananji? Huh? Yeah, it’s good. Umbāpurī will write, I know. Well, so tomorrow be ready, okay? And therefore you should write a powerful bhajan, okay? Come on. Kī, Jai. Shri Devāśvara Mahādeva, kī jai. Oh, bravo. Śrī Satguru Svāmī Madhavānjī Bhagavān, kī jai. Vishwaguru Mahāmaṇḍaleśvar Swāmī Maheśvarānjī Mahārāj, kī jai. Oṁ kīrtana śarīre, oṁ kīrtana śarīre. Gyāne jāne bheda soi, jāna rahe sukhi ārīre. Oṁ kī racanā sārī re, Oṁ kī racanā sārī re. Jñāna jāne paidā sūhī, jan rakhi sukhī ārī re. Oṁ kī racanā sārī re, Oṁ kī racanā sārī re. Oṁ kār par brahma rūpāhe, Oṁ kī chāyā nahīṁ dhūpāhe. Oṁ kār par brahma rūpāhe, Oṁ kī chāyā nahīṁ dhūpāhe. Oṁ kār niraṅjan rūpāhe. ...... ...... ...... ... God bless you.
