Real yoga is the science of body, mind, and soul, to be integrated humbly into daily life.

We are all here in this hall of ours. This hall is very spiritual. First, you know, we have been here many times in winter. And here, for how many years, our Anuṣṭhāna, our Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna, has taken place in this hall. Many, many years before, this hall was used for all kinds of wheat. There were one, two, three, and four doors, and all the crops they brought were stored here. They also made it warm, cold, nicely. So, Andevta—the crops that we have are themselves God, Andeva. If we have to make a seed, we have to buy it. And that will only grow once. It will be grass, but no seeds. Unfortunately, now around the world they destroy all the seeds, everything—fruit seeds, everything. Only the thorny bush they did not make it, and all the... the thorn hooks, they didn’t—that is unfortunately not good. But many people like you all, you were taking care, and we were protecting many, many seeds. And that is what we call the seed bank.
