Developing good qualities

The oneness of prāṇa is realized through inner purification. Different bodies share the same vital life force. This five-day gathering cultivates peace and harmony through practice and community. The quality of the environment and food supports deeper meditation. Spiritual qualities are nurtured from childhood through family, community, and education, influenced by past lives. In a gathering, one should expand awareness from within rather than seeking external position. True seeing comes from inner vision. Meditation unites all in oneness through the body and breath, guided by mantra.

"Feel in oneness. One, as our Gurudeva said, our holy Gurūjī, one in all and all in one."

"All is yours. And we have our beautiful skin. The same skin that covers your ātmā."

Hari Om, Devādideva, Alagpurījī, Devādideva, Deveśvara Mahādeva, Ārādhibhagavān, Śrīdīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī, and our holy Gurujī. We all are in oneness. We have different bodies, but that prāṇa is the same. In these four days, the fifth day is inner purification. It has brought immense peace and harmony. For this, we are giving our salutation. We shall fold our hands. We shall try to sit straight. Five times. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhupāda. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīpanārāyaṇam. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīpanārāyaṇam. Haṁsabhādāsa Prabhu Śaraṇ Parāyaṇam. Oṁ namaḥ śrī prabhu dīpanārāyaṇ. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhudīpanam. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhudīpanam. Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān Kī Devādhi Deva, Deveśvara Mahādeva Satguru Svāmī Mādhvanājī Bhagavān Kī Alak Purī Jī Mahādeva Kī Satya Sanātana Dharma Kī Jai. Hari Om. Good evening. Dobrý večer. You had a beautiful day. Today was another beautiful day. Yesterday was Bhagavān Śrī Kṛṣṇa, and today we have Guru Day, and we had very nice prasāda. So, you like this prasāda? Someone said I should not eat sweet. But my tongue did not remain back. So I also was eating that halvā. This halva today was very tasty, very good. I don’t know who made it. But it was good. I hope that next seminar we will get such a halvā. Thank you, cook. It was very good. Since I am here this year, and now I think we are one month, one month and three, six weeks. And your lunch was very good. I didn’t taste there. Nobody brought me anything. But people were saying it was very good, very good. So I’m very thankful to the cook. And I’m very happy all who are here are getting food. In such ceremonies, and in such seminars, one needs the quality. Then we will meditate better. And if we don’t like one day practicing in the hall, but they are waiting for when it will be the meal, so that’s called bhojana, bhoja. This is like a ceremony, it’s like a prasāda, and then everything is in the body, our each and every cell. They are very happy and healthy, so that is very good. I was thinking today, and I did not know what I would tell you today. And you know, these two children, they were running beside me, and this little child, she always said, "Tady volala předtím satsaṅg," and when we were leaving here from the little house, so the children were looking for something here, they wanted something. And yes, yes, satsaṅg, satsaṅg. This is what we call our knowledge, that each parent gives a beautiful knowledge. So what we put in our mind, in our feelings, then they will have lifelong spiritual feelings. But it is said, as we were listening from Holī Gurujī, it can be the cool bed habit. Therefore, from the beginning, as parents wanted to have a child, they have a child, they are very happy, they give everything for the children, etc. This is the parents, families. Then, second is the saṅgha of other children and other parents. The different kinds of eating. So it is coming to children, to children. So, there again, changing. But if the parents, and other parents, they are good parents, then they bring the children into a good community. Then the third step is the school’s learning. There, we don’t know which child will come from which families. Maybe you don’t know this child now; it’s your first time. The teachers, so this is the third. And how will it be there? And then, you know, after a certain age, and then after a certain age, it is another quality. There are other feelings. Sometimes they are in such a community or society that others are fighting. That your father, your mother, your brothers, they will not do. But other people, they’re fighting each other. Habit, other habit. That is the most dangerous. But if you have been educated from childhood and have good friends, then you will not go to the bad community. Then after that, you come out. So one part is very hard. Like we have to climb up the hill, and then again we go down. Then the flat garden land. So, this is how many of you have gone through. But somehow in your inner self, you may have from the past life, and we don’t know, that we’ve always been in the human body. Maybe we came from other creatures to the human, and from human we can go again into the others. But when at once this soul comes to the human qualities, they are all towards the human. The fish in the fish, the birds in the birds, reptiles are in reptiles, animals to animals, and what we call the humans to him. We cannot say that my last life was human. Who knows? You may think, but that is within ourself. And parents are giving us knowledge, education, and then we don’t know if we go again into another creature. Who knows? Who knows. They, for them, this soul, there are... they don’t think, and they don’t... there are animals, and there are humans, and no. This is pure, the souls. But it is then we call our goodness. Ale je v tom naše dobrota, that we will come in good quality. And we hope that we will get to those good qualities, so from the children, children’s end of this life, many they have in their mind qualities, those qualities which are from childhood. And when we come into good company, it is due to past lives. And so, like these five days, your qualities, definitely from your past life, are good. You are watching me, everyone, and many are thinking differently. But again and again, they are coming to some quality. And similarly, me also. I am observing all. Maybe sitting far distance, or here in the front. You should know one thing. When you see also the other, some big conference, and there are thousands of people. Don’t touch. Okay, don’t touch. Only leave it on. Put away. Otherwise, everything is destroyed. Very thin. So, when we are sitting in the big hall, or like this in a big place, and someone is talking, so, mostly, people are thinking, "I want to be sitting in the front." So, everybody, they said, "I want to be in the front, I was in the front, I was in the front." Do you know how many lectures I had? When I came to the western side in 1970. And before, in India, a few years also. And before that, with Gurujī’s listening, now I’m always surprising. Who is always sitting in the front? But you know, when a person is talking, all good speakers, or ministers, or some other kind of people, I know I have heard everything. And so about one, two, three, four, five lines. From there, to further our weasel goes. Of course, sometimes it comes that she is sitting, Pārvatī, or sitting. Sitting here, some other person. You can come and stand and talk here. You will always think that they are far away. It means your vision is wide. So, those who want to see more, the person, the speaker, and that one always look your eyes to you, that’s the qualities in the front. It is something, please don’t be angry or something. Let’s say banana, we have a banana, we pull it from the front, so that’s gone, but what was the fruit? It was inside. Similarly, our vision, our feelings, our happiness, and I’m smiling to all, and they smile to all. The second, those who are sitting in the front, you know, they are sitting like this. But others are relaxed, and they are laughing, saying like this. So it means that we should not withdraw from inside. We should expand from the inside to the outside. This is, in this seminar, in these five days, I was exactly everywhere I was looking there. And of course, there were too many people laughing and talking. And one concentrated on that side. When he’s doing like this, that was the Corona mouth finished, so that it’s really peaceful. It’s very good, but I hope soon, in our next seminar here, I want to have our whole face open. That’s it. So in this, even our children are very peaceful. So now I was thinking I would give you a little meditation. There are many things here, but again, watch in my hand to read something, but that’s again out. Dobře. This curtain. Because there are two groups, maybe; otherwise, only one group has meditation. So today should be all meditation in oneness. Those who are in Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna. And they think that I have the best, I have the best. And I will now do today, but better than now. That will be very far from the Anuṣṭhāna. Then they will think tomorrow, "This Swamījī never taught us." Good idea? Okay. So whenever we meditate or practice, always our Gurudeva. What you are doing, which you see as divine, that you should know. But now we are together, so it will be like that, but still, you can, if you are another guru or another god or other things, you can feel now. Wind comes from the north or the south, the west or the east. It is the air, or the water is coming. Left, or from which side? But rain is coming. Raining. So that water will fall from this side, it doesn’t matter. It is the water, so let’s open our hearts. That all our gods, our minds, our fathers, our mothers, my guru, your guru, all, we should feel happiness, good. Even now, when you have... we are going for lunch. Only dry, few-day-old bread. And nothing else, neither butter, neither honey, nothing. But hunger is hunger, so we will eat something. Other things. We come for lunch, and there are very nice vegetables, a salad, some sweets, some milk, some nice water, many things. Our tongue is so happy. Our gums are very tasteful. Stomach is also tasty. It was good. Similarly, like this, the best dish. Very, very different kind of dish. So, like this also, this guru or that guru or that, great in this satsaṅg. But don’t, how to say that, critique. This is not good, and that is the pattern of the guru, and this is not good. No, who are you that you give the judgment, my dear? This is very humble, clear, and good. But don’t run here and there. That is then not good. Takže? I’ve forgotten what I should give: meditation. Okay, thank you. But what kind of meditation? That I’m thinking. But I’m sure you will say whatever Swamījī said is good. And sure, whatever I say, I know that you will be happy. Posaďte se pohodlně, relaxed and comfortable, and gently close your eyes. Of course, if you need to open your eyes, no problem. But eyes are open or closed, we should be in that satsaṅg. Feel in oneness. One, as our Gurudeva said, our holy Gurūjī, one in all and all in one. Then we are one. Let’s chant five times that Oṁ from Nābhi till Sahasrāra. Hluboký nádech. Naslouchejte rezonanci tohoto OṂ. A ta resonance expanding our body far and far. But we are within. Feel your whole body from outside and inside. We know that our body has immense, beautiful glory in our body. It’s like that beautiful big cherry tree. Many birds, and many are taking this seed, fruit, cherry. Similarly, within ourselves, there are many qualities, many good things. And they are all what they want, they will, or you can enjoy within your body. From the toes to the top of the head, and from the top of the head to the toes, in thyself. Jeste to vy. rozšiřte se No duality is in the body. All is yours. And we have our beautiful skin. The same skin that covers your ātmā. Hearing what I said, one in all and all in one. So we will give a very easy mantra, but it is for all of us, in one day. And we cannot look at all the differences in our body. A tato mantra: Oṁ Guru Dīp, Oṁ Guru Dīp,... Oṁ Guru Dīp. Go ahead, very relaxed, without any tension. You become one through this. What we call the very big or far divisions, but it is in our body. If you have fear, this mantra will remove it. If you have some difficulties, they will be cured. Just be, just give all away, and only one point in the heart. Oṁ Guru Dīp. Oṁ Guru Dīp.... Oṁ Guru Dīp. Oṁ Guru Dīp. Go ahead with your mālā. Go ahead. When very pure light feelings, feelings through the whole body, and so feel from the toes. These are the roots, and this root is our feet. Balance. This prāṇa is one of the best powers, controls, standings, and feelings for our whole body, our foot soles, and toes. Ankle joints. Máme kotníky. Feel that immense, immense energy, strength, and clear control from the toes to our knees. Finally, you have to come inside. Outside is the space, the air, the light, moon, and sun, but it is you, thyself, above the knees, till the hour wrist. Hip joints, yeah? The trunk of the body. We proceed through the trunk. Oṁ Guru Dīp. Oṁ Guru Dīp.... Your fingers, your palm, your wrist. Palms, wrists. Both hands. Shoulders, our head, the spine relax. Vajranāḍī, very powerful strength, it is that power. Which is what we are standing on, on this earth. And this prāṇa, this Vajranāḍī, it is bringing the prāṇa, power, and energy from both sides, up and down. And that which you do in your Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna. Your Kriyā, how to do it inside the body. Relax and contract. Mūlādhāra. Contract and relax your anus. Go ahead with this. In feelings. Contracting and expanding. But let us raise up energy with this mantra. Oṁ Gurudeva. Oṁ GURU DĪP Oṁ GURU DĪP, EXPANDING AND CONTRACTING THE ENERGY, INHALATION AND EXHALATION, PRĀṆAS. Like inhalation and exhalation, what we are listening? These prāṇas. Guru Dīp Namaha. Oṁ Guru Dīp. Oṁ Guru Dīp... But inhale long inhalation and exhalation. It says, "I am loudly bringing this breath so that you can hear, understand, and you do." But you don’t do it with the sound. In those roots... As in the nerves, which are very important, and there the prāṇa is going through the kuṇḍalinī, as prāṇa is not physical. For some time, bring the prāṇa up and down from the mūlādhāra to sahasrāra and from sahasrāra to mūlādhāra. Mūlādhāra, Svādhiṣṭhāna, Maṇipūra, Anāhata, Viśuddhi, etc. And ascending, descending. After seven times this breath, again come to your heart within your body. Don’t imagine anything from outside. When you have finished seven times, then feel in your heart, "I am relaxed." I feel present. Relax. I inhale. I exhale. I feel the breath. And my ātmā, my heartbeat, and that heartbeat is the prāṇa which God has given. Go ahead. Very relaxed. Mantra constantly: Oṁ Gurudeva. Oṁ Gurudeva, Oṁ Gurudeva,... Oṁ Gurudeva,... Go ahead, expand thy body, relax your body, make your body comfortable. Feel healthy in your body. It’s a divine body. O my Lord, Mahāprabhujī, let me be within Thyself. Into the Mahā Prabhujī. Oṁ Prabhupāda, Oṁ Prabhupāda,... Oṁ... Prabhupāda. Each and every limb of the body, and feel your body from inside and out. We know that we cannot realize everything, but we have from outside our prāṇa, breath, inhalation and exhalation. práṇu a máme dech, máme nádech a výdech. Relax, relax, relax. Whatever you want to ask to Mahāprabhujī. Don’t tell anyone. It’s only you and he, Mahāprabhujī and you. Sankalpa. And now we mentally again, oṁ prabhudīp nirañjana sabdhuk bhañjana. Again, oṁ prabhudīp nirañjana sabdhuk bhañjana. Five times mentally. Oṁ prabhudīp nirañjana sabdhuk bhañjana. Oṁ śānti. Five times. You finished? Then, rub your palms and place the hands on the face, and see your palms and your face in your hands, the face of Guru Deva. Hari Om. You can open your eyes.
