Everything is yoga

The individual soul is the same in all beings, from human to ant. The ocean and a drop from it are not separate; the drop is the ocean. All beings pass through one door, not separate doors for different religions or species. Heaven and hell are dualities within coming and going, but Sanatana Dharma is the eternal principle, with Śiva as its source, having no familial relations. God is within each soul. Humans have created many religious forms, but there is only one God. The living guru is a principle beyond the deities Śiva, Brahmā, and Viṣṇu. Yoga originates from Śiva, encompassing postures and the unity of all action. The roots of this knowledge lie with the eternal Saptaṛṣis. Ultimately, space, consciousness, and all elements arise from and are controlled within Śiva.

"Anywhere, that drop is the ocean."

"Yoga means what we are doing."

Alak Purījī Mahādeva Kī Jai, Śivadhī Dev, Dev Purīṣa Mahādeva Kī Jai, Dev Purīṣa Mahādeva, Bhagavān Dīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī Kī Jai. Good evening, dear sisters and brothers in all the yoga centers, and in the yoga and daily life practiced around the whole world. To all yoga centers, schools, and ashrams, and to the many who are practicing, I say, "Om Namo Nārāyaṇa." I also offer worship to all in the world who are on the spiritual path. There are many practices. The physical body is not everything, yet without the body, there is nothing. Therefore, God has given us 8.4 million different kinds of creatures: fish, water animals, birds, and so on. There are many, many creatures, but they are all made by God. Whether it is a human or a tiny ant, the jīvā (individual soul) is the same. We know the ocean is on the earth. A single drop arises from the water. Anywhere, that drop is the ocean. If we take one drop in our palm and hold it above the ocean, when that drop falls back, there is no more separate drop. It is the whole ocean. Oh man, do not be so proud that we are human and can do everything. Of course, we can do all, but what? It is not easy. One may think, "We are human, we have different religions," and so on. It is nothing. There are two paths in one; it is only one door. That door does not say, "Bring the Hindus, bring the Muslims," nor the cows, buffaloes, elephants, or ants. The ant will also go through that same door. It is one door for humans as well. After that, automatically, those who are going towards that ocean—whether through human form or another—reach what is called Brahmaloka, or what they call heaven and hell. These are two, and they come and go. Many Hindus also speak of going there, but they will come back. But Sanātana Dharma, Śiva—Śiva has no father, no mother, no brothers, no sisters. Yet He is, and He gave this to all. That is Śiva. Now, many people talk of this and that: Satyugas, Dvāparayugas, Tretā Yugas. In the middle of these yugas, people began to create their own religions and their own gods. Why not? Okay. But then they said they have only one God. We cannot say there are two gods or three gods. Of course, you have only one, and that is finished. You may say, "My God is that space." Okay, that is all right, but where will it be then? So there are two. One God is what we are doing: Satyug, Dvāda Guru, Tretā Yuga, all like this. Even Brahmā will come again in another life, in a different form. Yes, but that which is Sanātana is such that each and every soul has God within himself, and they are the humans. If humans realize this, they will not kill anyone. It is not easy. Now they say, "Yes, we can eat meat, we can cut animals." Then, okay, you can think, "Afterwards, we will go down, and others will go to the Supreme." Therefore, we have to come to Parabrahma Sarvatra, which is everywhere. From that comes yoga, which comes from Śiva. Shiva, and there are 84 postures—that's yoga. But now, slowly, we humans have created very nice exercises; that is called yoga. And like this, there is physical yoga, mental yoga, concentration yoga, many, many things. There are many gurus. One is that Shiva, or whatever is called—Rama, Krishna, and all twelve. But there is that living guru, the living guru, which is beyond the gods Shiva, Brahma, Vishnu. They are also changing, but that guru—guru does not mean this body. Everyone says okay, but there is inside a living life. That is the living guru, God, the living gurus. Maybe one sādhu has only one or two disciples; he does not want more. One has many disciples. They are like this. But that guru who comes from yuga to yuga—now many become many things. They learned many things and said, "I am a guru, and I can teach," and so on, okay. But where are your roots? From where are the roots? That is the Saptaṛṣis. Through the Saptaṛṣis—and the Saptaṛṣis are still there—from those Saptaṛṣis, we have many... what we have. In our... all this long... India is Australia, beach, Indian Ocean, coming to Australia. Yes, you know, many... I have an ashram there. When I come there, they said, "Yes." The Indian Ocean, on Australia, everywhere. But now we have lost many, many things, but still it will be there because the living is the living, and therefore, yoga. Yoga is that. Finally, it is said there are space and consciousness. Controlled within that, then comes Śiva. So there are many elements, then slowly, slowly coming. It is a long thing, but all came through Śiva. Believe it or not, and He created it in that way. We should control all the ṛṣis. And from all the ṛṣis... I am a Gṛhasthācārya. And Graghācārya, Graghācārya—Śivjī and Pārvatī were married by Graghācārya. That is my way. Similarly, we are all in this seed, which are the seeds, as in human seeds. But now everything is going confused, okay? So, yoga: the physical body, to keep your body healthy and happy, everything—concentration, breath—further comes to the master's guru, whatever we come to. So, thank you. Yoga, yoga, everything is yoga. What we are cooking is yoga. What we are cleaning is yoga. Yoga means what we are doing. That's it. Kuṇḍalinī is many things in our books. Anyhow, now we have two very nice new yogīs. I will have a lecture in another country. But we will now start and switch. Thank you. You can take your mask off so you can have a little distance.
