Educate your children spiritualy

The foundation of practice is discipline in diet and lifestyle to support spiritual awakening. Eating lightly in the evening prevents sleepiness during morning meditation. A cold bath generates heat and dispels laziness, while warm water induces comfort and sleep. The primary principle is to eat only half of one's capacity; this promotes health and longevity. Overeating leads to heaviness, disease, and a shortened life. The body generates ample energy from minimal, pure food. The practice of Sarvahitāsana begins with the parents' intention to have a child, requiring purification through sāttvic food for one to two years prior. Parents' pure nourishment and harmonious union invite a holy soul into the embryo. This practice is for the good of all, fostering health from conception onward. Families should rear their own children with this conscious foundation.

"Eating half is very good, very healthy, and very good for your life."

"Sarvahitāsana begins from when husband and wife, these two couples, want to marry; that time begins for the child."

Did I mention to this group or the previous one that if we eat lightly, we will not fall into sleep? It is not that you need a long time to sleep. Because we are attending the seminar here and practicing various techniques, many people fell asleep during the morning Anuṣṭhān. They liked the practice very much, had a nice place to sit, and a good teacher was present. Yet, while meditating or using the mālā, they went to sleep. That is because we are very comfortable and relaxed, and we sleep. Also, we cannot understand what our teacher tells us. Therefore, if we eat our dinner in the evening at the right time, that is certain. But if we eat something after that, then we sleep. Of course, everyone wants to eat to a full stomach, and that is okay. But our practice here in the morning is a little bit hard, so the best is to eat little at night. If it is comfortable for you, then take a bath with cold water. Then our body brings the heat out, laziness goes away, and we become awakened. That is very good. If we use warm water, it is very comfortable, and we use more water. But when we sit in meditation at the seminar, this warm water brings sleepiness again. However, if we take warm water and go somewhere to work, then it is no problem. So, it is very important to know what we can do. Truly, the first principle is to eat half. Eating half is very good, very healthy, and very good for your life. After these seminars, we should bring the people who are overweight, and there we will give you very good techniques: working, working... and eating leads. When you are hungry, just take one apple or a little bit of candy. One candy is okay. So when I am hungry, I have only that much. And merely by looking at it, one says, "No, I don’t need anything." So many people are overeating. If you reduce your food, that life will be a longer life. If you have eaten very much and are very heavy, then you will sleep and die earlier, and not comfortably, but with different kinds of diseases. When one is very heavy, or if you are heavy and die in bed, it is also difficult to bring you out of the bed. Half of the lecture is already finished. I was giving a lecture, so in that is that, but I am not telling you all here—they are all best, perfect. But when I am talking for all, there are others who are listening. That is: how to keep ourselves healthy. And how can we be healthy? Only eat what we need. Many yogīs, many other people, eat very little, but the energy inside is very much. Our body brings the energy inside. In this way, we should come here from time to time, to our center, to Mahāprabhū Deep Āśram center. You can come—only one person for ten days, one week, five people, ten people—and there you can get energy, peace, harmony, and comfort. So, I ask, what have we done or been doing yesterday and night and till this morning? Yes. Ah. Do you feel? Yeah, very good. Now, I know that we all want to make high practice. And because you had breakfast now, we want to be comfortable. But how to digest what we have been eating? That energy goes into the body, and other things go out. So that is already. They said, "Yes, exactly, ṭak, ṭik." So we will do now in our Yoga in Daily Life. In our yoga books, we have many years, and you know, again I want to tell, long ago, long, long ago, time goes. So we made this again. I tell you, in Czechoslovakia—that time was Czechoslovakia—and we created the system in Czechoslovakia at that time. How we put it together into the system and put it into the books is very important and excellent. It is like in the schools. So now, time is coming, the kindergarten. But kindergarten was not; it is a very little time that it came. It was about, let’s say, nine or ten years, or our grandparents' time. When they are now 90 years old, something like that. At that time, there was no kindergarten. Children—we have many—but not this kindergarten. There were not so many schools, and why? Because the children were always with the parents, and with the mother, mostly the mother was at home. It is good, very good. Now it is very good. The male and female are working very hard. They are learning, they are very good, and they also create a child. But now both husband and wife are working, and the child came out okay for two months, three months. Then you have to give the children somewhere, and so, kindergarten. So this began in kindergarten because families were working somewhere. Till university, and it’s very good. Both male and female, they are high. But the kindergarten begins from that time. Yes, it’s good. Children play with the children. But many times, from a very little age, children learn not good things... until about the fifth or sixth age, then they can go to school... until that one of our families, our father, mother, or grandparents should be with the children. It was, but now it is not. So, many things and habits come out differently. Now it is beginning that, as I told last time, the primary school. And then there is the second grade, high school, etc. And so it is very nicely done, and there is another school. And they are all happy, and you know all. I don’t need to ask you. But where did the children go? So how is it with those children? Children, young children, many people cannot understand their parents, and they are not so close to their parents because they go to other friends and other things, and like this. And often it leads to the fact that children do not understand their parents, and rather, they are friends and so on. But now we have the systems, and the whole system is very good. But how they will go, that we do not know. We are controlling very much teachers, professors, everything. They are taking very good care of the children or the elderly. So that was when I came to Czechoslovakia. Of course, in India also, the same systems. But I did not think about yoga. So people came to yoga in Czechoslovakia, in Austria, in India, everywhere. So, that was, you can come to yoga practice. So new people come, they are also learning or practicing. There are ten years of practicing also at the same time. So that was not, people thought, "Whenever I have time, I will go to the yoga," that’s all. So then we made a very nice system, and that’s called our Yoga in Daily Life. And then we begin with the systematic. And the very first one, but it is for all. Now, everybody would like to have this first one. And there we got the name, our Sarva Hita Āsana. Sarva means for all, everything. Hita means for everyone’s good, for their health, for their life. Sarva, Hita, Āsana, and that Āsana yoga, three points. Sarva, Hita, Āsana. And now Sarvahitāsana from when the child is in the mother’s womb. There begins Sarvahitāsana. The mother is practicing. And embryo also, so it is like this. That, when you know more, all you hear, many of our sisters, that they have children, and how they feel about the child in the stomach. This is the work of the mother. And when the child comes out, then the father will take care. But the mother is the mother, and the father is the father, great. That he worked, he only lived. So from that, it is said that when the father and mother come together, they want to marry and they want to have children. So, every child, of course, now also, all they want to get a child, and they want to have a good child, and we will be very loved and very healthy, and we will do good for our children. And it has always been so, and even now it is so, that people want their child to be in good health, to sing well. So Sarvahitā āsana begins from when husband and wife, these two couples, want to marry; that time begins for the child. So sarvahitāsanas start when a man and a woman take each other and want to have a child, and then they do it for the child. And at that time, it is said differently. First, we want to marry. Our good parents, both parents, their parents and their parents, are nice, good, healthy, everything. And so, the couple, they want to marry, they are very happy, the family is very happy. We are going to the sub-temple or church or anywhere, very nice, divine thinking. Mostly everyone is very happy, and they say, "No, my children, we will have this and that." Some, they don’t want to have any more children, that’s all. Then they begin, "How will we live life?" And how we will work, and in which way we should work, and come some nice child. So from that time, before the embryo is in the mother’s body, we should eat sāttvic food. Very sāttvic. Sāttvic means very pure, very clean, very good. Very healthy. All different kinds of nourishment in the body. My self is because I want to talk. This is not about alcohol, meat, eggs, etc. But there are many, many things in many countries that I don’t want to tell. But when we begin from there, now we are purifying. If we did something, drugs or anything, please, first we should clean our body. The body means both the mother and father, or boy and girl. Eat very clean. Eat enough. Go away from the alcohol and tobacco and so on. Meat as also. But I don’t want to tell, because now the world has become like that. So we have to purify, and that takes at least about one or two years. Then you think about getting married, to have children. And so, what we eat comes to the embryo, to the child. And that is what it is. Parents give that which comes to children. So parents are good, they are doing good, and according to them, they put their children very good, healthy of course. And there is this other soul that, at a certain time and place, a very holy soul comes into that embryo. And that comes to all the spiritualities. Others may be different. So, best, every parent wants to think that my children will be healthy, good, etc. And we are all doing this, everybody. But now, how did it begin? And now, in this world, time, the trade, children—it’s like it’s all gone. So in that way, when the child is coming, how the parents are eating, what the nurse is giving, many things like that. So when the child comes, what do the parents eat? What do they give to the child? Then the nourishment for the child, that if it’s possible, in families should rear children, not somewhere to give about 20 months or 2-3 months children and you give it to someone. So I’m telling you, many here are young, our young children or young yoga teachers, and I’m very happy that they should all give to the babies, the children. Yes, and it’s very good, why not? But if you give, then you give such a holy thing. Then their children will also be further. There is no more war there. No fighting. All are humans. So this is one way that Sarvahitāsan should go like that. And for that, you know, there is the Jyotiṣ. So Jyotiṣ will tell, exactly he will tell. When the couple want to marry, they want to know who will be my husband or my wife. And there is really, it is true, that if you look into the Jyotiṣa, and then we’ll ask, when this person was married or born. And when the girls also, and how from the parents, that they have to come. When this Jyotiṣī said, "Yes, but on that constellation." Or certain will say, "You can, but you will not be happy after husband and wife." Why? Because there are constellations that are not good. And still they say, "No, but I want to marry." Then it will look again in the jyotiṣ. When, how, and that many things. What kind of pūjā? And what makes the food when you are eating? Once a year or once a month. And once a week, we have to one day leave your food out and then look about parents, and how dare us. So with that certain constellation, that time you can say, "Yes, you can marry." And otherwise, you know, emotionally, we are loved and we marry, but then, again, men will go apart. And they will be children. When the parents are there, the parents, the mother and the father, must be together. At least until 25 years, parents should be together. Also, where you are, college, school, everywhere. And also, when they have finished their studies, because this is human life. And when we see these birds and all this, I see every day which birds are sitting together. And there are many animals also, when one friend dies, the other one will also die. He will not eat grass or anything and will also die. So like this we human, a tímhle způsobem jsme my lidé, and we should think now, what is this world now? That’s it. You see, a human cannot kill someone. Doesn’t matter what that is. Of course, we are unconscious; we can kill some animal. Of course, we can unconsciously kill an animal. Or the animals are killing the animals. But it is said the human cannot kill the animals. Because he is not an animal, so this is very hard, very hard to say no or yes. So then it will go to the next life; we don’t know what it will come as. Really, just see. Some of you have a dog. And how much we love that dog, because we want to have this dog. But there is a rabbit. Also, there is a nice rabbit. People are raking it home, but others, how will they kill it? So, humans cannot and should not kill. The word "kill." This word is not a good name. Or veganism. And in a vegan airplane, they said, "We want to have vegan," yes, they give you the vegan. Very, very much in Europe, in America, in many other countries. In India, it is very little. They said, "What is a vegan?" I said, "Come to Europe, I will show you." So, our dear, I tell you, the Europeans come to spiritualities very, very much, and on a very better side. So, sarvahitāsana, I want to tell about sarvahitāsana. We should practice sarvahitāsana, and we should, our children, we should make them practice now. We know what it is. And we should also teach our children, and then it will again come. It will take time. When I came here, many people said, "What? Cannot eat meat?" Even I cannot touch it. It is like that we cannot even kill and see the blood of other animals. And so, but now you know, not only myself, but I can tell you, so many years and how many people came, and healthy they became. So, it is three words: sarva, sarva means for all; hita, for their good; sarvahita; and āsanas. And that is practicing āsanas. It means lead healthy. Many are going for swimming, football, many other games, not gang, the games, so many things. There are many, many people in the world. I’m 100% more than me. It is a Kali Yuga; it is the end, and the corona is coming. The waves are going one after the other, but you can see that all those who are in that way are safe. But you see, the people who live, as I said, are safe. And if we did not know, and someone will come and they will tell you, "My friend, come and do this and this, it will be very good, it will be good." So now I know that you have digested. Sarvahitāsāni, your breakfast was at 8 o’clock? 8 or 8:30, so that is already Sarvahitāśāni. We will make it only Sarvahitāsāni. So, we can see it in standing. It can be sitting, but today we will do standing. And that is just Sarvajitāsana, you know that. So, all you want to do is sit. No, you were very cold, buttock, so we go up, stand up. And good, more distance, very good. So, you make your hands like this. Don’t touch others, okay, like this or like this. Yes, okay, that distance. Thank you. Very good. But, of course, the teacher also has to give instructions, and when we have instructions for a whole month or a whole year, we should concentrate and follow them. So, that one I told many, and they are following it very, very much. Me also. That’s called, what is that? Salad. Yes, so we should eat salad very, very much. And now, at this time, if you are not able to eat salad, then it is lost. But not only some grass like this, with very nice, many, many different kinds of very good, most powerful. Healthy, tasteful, and very strong. You see, there is one part in the body that is always comfortable, is it not? So, it’s like a football, stomach, and that is not good for Sarvahitāsana. So Sarvahitāsana said, "The stomach is so big, like a watermelon." Where should we go? Do you want to live a long life? Yes, we should live a long life, a very happy one. And of course, sometimes we can take our dress out and we will hang it. And after one year from Śaila Śālāt, and this and this and then, so this cloth and this cloth will be different. And sometimes we can take off our clothes, eat only salad for a year, and when you take it back, it will look different. So our clothes, our dress, you let it hang nicely somewhere. Every morning when you wake up, you say, "Oh my, this was my good." And every morning, when you wake up, you look at it and say, "Well, I had a beautiful size of that dress." So, my dears, so, hands like this. And thumb inside and close fist, and squeeze very much. This side, this side. Strong. And then relax. Now you know that we do like this quickly, we don’t feel anything. But we hold strong and release. We see blood circulation in the palm. But this is not only in the fingers and the palm. But it goes still, our whole body, our whole shoulders. So once more, one, two, three, strong. Go ahead, you should show them, not me. I’m sitting. Yes, look, they are great. Go ahead. Very good. And now, slowly, like this, from the pen. To see which kind of nerves and muscles you feel. Our hands are very strong, but this sarvādhītāsana will make us more healthy and strong. So we are like pushing something. Tip of the fingers, they’re feeling something like needles, and down now sidewards, the palms like this. And rolling this side. Sarva hita āsana. Sarva hita āsana. Very good. Palm looking up. Then bend the elbow, and the fingers touch the shoulder. The fingers go down like this, not like that, but like this. So again, the whole arm is stretching very nicely. So it is like this. Slowly. And remain there, don’t hurry, and let your elbows not go down, straight, otherwise no Sarvajitāsana. One, two, and sidewards elbows, knee, again straight, very nicely. Not head down, not too high, not like this, but one very good stretching. Elbows down to the side, thank you. Your chest should come straight. Yes, our whole chest will be strong, very good and healthy. Otherwise, we will go like this and like this. I’m going home. Okay, Sarva Hita Āsana, stretching very nicely, arm very. Stretch palms upwards and say, "Oh my God, oh my, what is the water there? Ocean." From there came water up. "Give me something, my Lord." Yes, just, you know, our holy Jesus was still standing like this. And then go like this, and then we will start to rotate our elbows slowly, or we can sit deep slowly. Inhale, inhale, hold up, inhale, and exhale slowly, slowly. Inhale, and exhale. Sarvajitāsana. Now, hands up. Stretch up. Legs together, stretching completely. And once more. And hands down. And stretching. This time, palms down, back side. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty,... twenty. Legs apart, and two, one, slowly. Was air very quickly, and slowly come middle. And down. Again, inhale. Right side. My side. It is the right side, but you see only the left, and up. Hands down, one, left two, three, four. It’s comfortable at home; everyone can do it. And for our spine, it’s very, very healthy for our back. Again, one. And then go back and... And one. One. Right side. Two. Three. Four, legs together. Now legs apart, a little, not too much. Hands on the thighs. Bend forward a little, and straight. No, no, no. Straight, go like this, and sit on the toilet. Knees, fold the knees, and now move, yes, go more down, yes, so the knees will not have problems. Yes, this is a little bit easy, okay? Again, come up slowly. So, we go like this, and then a little back, knees will not be the problem. So, go like this, like that, and sit there. Straight, yes. Go more down, yes. And, yes, I don’t know what I should tell you. You stay, sorry. Yeah, it is no problem. Yes, it was something I forgot, no? There is no problem. Stay. And again, stand like this. Now, legs apart, very good. And turn your feet like this. Okay. And turn, let’s say, to your left side. Legs up. And belt your knee. Yes, and hold the hands, legs on the back. More straight. Knee belt. Yes, if it is possible, then the body from up should be straight, and the knee should be down. Don’t fall down, but straight. Knee there, and slowly up. On the other side, you know how to do it? Yes, very good. This is very good for our leg muscles and good for our knees. If we can do it really properly, we are bending, there is no problems at all. Of course, it is those who have no problems, or have some problems with the knees, who should not do. Please, yeah. Come up, perfect. Little together, yes, and back. Again, forward, and down, then straight. Knees, bend the knees. Knees, head up, like before. Sit on the toilet. Yes, thank you. That was something good, ice cream. These three practices are a little bit not in the Sarvahitāsa, but to get a little more training to that. But it has to come inside. It’s good for our health. So please sit down. So it’s time for your lunch. And look how beautiful the day is here. We shall do all very nicely. We need to get the oxygen, and these trees, they are giving so much oxygen. So we inhale through both nostrils and exhale through the mouth. Try to sit straight, legs on thighs, body straight. Sitting, let oxygen come in, and then exhale through the nostrils. Inhale and exhale out. 10 times, peacefully, relaxed. According to your capacity, how much you can inhale and exhale. Now, stretch your hands up. Fold your hands. And come down. So, today we should learn something. And you will listen, and someone will come here, Paras, Poonam, and because we are going to have lunch, and there is a prathānā about food from Holy Mother from this path. Okay? So who is there? Who can come near? Brahmā Karma Samād Om Pūrṇamadaḥ Pūrṇamidaṁ Pūrṇāt Pūrṇamudacyate Pūrṇasya Pūrṇamādhāya Devāvaśiṣyate Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ Om Śāntiḥ, Śāntiḥ, Śāntiḥ.
