Clear nourishment is very important

Pure nourishment is essential for spiritual and physical health. Traditional foods and methods are superior. Begin meals with natural sweets like cane sugar or jaggery for good digestion. Consume a variety of raw nuts, prepared by hand to preserve oils. Pure ghee from specific cows is highly beneficial. For expectant mothers, special organic foods ensure a strong child and mother. Modern processed foods and hospital practices are inadequate. Manuka honey is recommended for its purity. Eating meat creates karmic debt, requiring rebirth as those animals. Adopt a clean, vegetarian diet for one year with practices like Śaṅkaprakṣālana to purify the body. This clarity leads to health and spiritual progress.

"Live healthy, spiritual, and eat very clean food."

"According to what we do in this life, we go back to the space, to God."

We anticipated strong wind and rain, but it moved into the distance. Yet, it may return. Why not? We need two things: water and coolness. It was hot everywhere, was it not? It was good that today you did not eat anything, so we drank more water. Then good food came. The sweet halvā is good. We like it, as always—our taste. Good taste should be there. In India, the village people still make all these things. In big cities, people have moved more towards European ways—how to dress, where to eat, when to have coffee, and so on. Yet, how we are eating now is also like in Europe. Sweet is good, and we are all eating sweets. According to yoga, or let us say all Indians, if they have something sweet, they should eat the sweet first. Then they digest it well, and afterwards they can have something like bread or any other food. In this way, we digest our meal very well. First, the sweet should be made with ghee or butter or something similar. Mostly it was, and still is, very good—you know, sugar. Not just sugar, but good sugar from the cane. The cane grows everywhere in those countries that are a little dry, not like here. We also get juice from it, which is very sweet. We can drink it; it is very good and excellent for digestion. It does not affect the body like much sugar does. How does this happen? They sometimes put a little lemon juice inside. This is one of the best things for our health, for sweetening. We have that here too, but the roots are sugars. I have just seen it sometimes but did not touch it. Once I tried to pull it out and bite a little, but I did not have time to bite. So, this root sugar and the other cane sugar—try that. After ten days, you will have a very good taste, excellent and very healthy. But now, many things are made in a way that is not so good. And so, the gur. In English, the gur is called jaggery, and "jāgrī" in the Indian language means "go away." So the real name is gur. But anyhow, try it yourself now. I will tell you something to keep your body strong so that you do not get fatigued—the best things. What is that? We need lots of nuts. There are different kinds of nuts. For example, mostly here we have walnuts. It is said that walnuts are like our head. Almonds are powerful. So there are many of these nuts. All are very, very powerful for us and very important. They are also important for animals. Of course, they are expensive, and you can do it if you want. Let us say about five kilos of different kinds of nuts. There is one white one, not too much, which is… not macadamia, yes, para… no, no, yes, white cashew, cashew. And there is one more—what did you say? Peanut? Is it peanuts? No, macadamia. These two. Take, for example, cashew nuts and macadamia nuts. But we should not take too much. We should take about ten different kinds of nuts. Also, there is a little part of the coconut. So, clean them nicely with water once, twice, three times, and then dry them. Then try to break them, not with a machine. Because when it goes through the machine, the oil is gone, as if in a fire. It is gone, as if in a fire. So we should cut them with our fingers. Then we shall take some different kind of food other than nuts, like bajrī, for which we have our laddūs. So there are two or three kinds, because some people now cannot eat wheat. There are other things which I will tell you. That also we should not process in a machine. With some machines that grind slowly but not very fine, it is acceptable. Then, if you can get it, there are certain cows—not all cows—and those cows have the best for our health because of ghee. Milk is very good. Yogurt is better. And then from yogurt we bring the ghee. So that is… it is nearby Badīkhāṭū’s, Mahāprabhujī’s Nagar. The scent of it… so it is called from the Badīkhāṭū, and there it is all Nagar. Nagar is one district, and this is a little more than Czechoslovakia. And there are cows; they have mostly. They are very strong, very good. They do not give so much ghee and milk, but that ghee is very healthy, very, very. When you have a pregnant woman and the child is born, then there is a special preparation of some food items for this mother. She should drink, and that milk comes to the child. Three months ago—three years ago—someone was pregnant from here. Then I told how we are getting nourishment and what you are having now as nourishment. There are many, many things. We have here all written, and if you are pregnant or next time your children will have children, you can give them this food. Here in the hospital, when they are giving to pregnant women, when the wife comes to give birth to the child, then they give some kind of food or something, some tablets or something. Yes, eat your food and this and that, and mother’s milk. How many days are they in the hospital? Then they come home, and how long is the mother there, and then going to work in the office again? So that is a very big difference, and you should know, try that. Your children will be the best—very healthy, very intelligent, everything. For one week or two weeks, the mother has to give a certain kind of food. It is only about, let us say, one hand like this. But this mother, one day she will eat; the second time, she cannot. But the grandmother said, "Please eat for my child." Please, eat it for my child, for my granddaughter. And it is about five, at least five months. So, like that, all those stories on this. And someone here from us can give you all right, but if you want to give me for your child, your good father and good mother, then I will give you everything you want to read for yourself and eat. And that we can get from India, definitely. Definitely, and they will give you instructions on how to use it. So this child, when you are born, in about five minutes—not five hours, two hours—the children open their eyes already. Yes, very clear, very good. And many people, you know, they cannot open their eyes completely, you know, like this. We have this child here, and the child had all that I have told you now. And how the mother also became very strong because she was eating good things. Her husband should not touch; he is only looking. He said, "Can I taste?" She said it is for only women. So it is a very, it is something very great. But also now in India they have gone to the hospitals, and these doctors, what they are telling, and they have all forgotten what we are doing—the best things. So, is there anybody who is going to be pregnant now? Do you want to have a child? Alter husband, okay, should we? And we bring from India. This is not a joke. I was talking about how we were here from the Tilak. And I said to Tilak that from India I will bring, that he should bring all this speech, how to do it, and what he should bring, that is very great. It is good, and that child will be powerful, good, healthy, and you should not spoil the child. Then also, people have good, they give the milk and this and that, of course. Then they are giving something, eggs inside and something. Now you will see that them and this. We have from Croatia one disciple; his name is Hanuman. And he is only vegetarian, only. And he is lifting very strong, and he is fit. He is, how to call, a bodybuilder, and he willed it. He willed it; many things he willed. And he is a culturist, a great culturist who won many awards. So this is, if you think you want to tell your daughter—because you are old now, but your daughter is there—you want her there, his children would like to have like this, let us come like this. We will turn Europe into India, and India will come here. Our spirituality is everything, because the Indians will say, "No, this is not like this." So, do you think someone would, for yourself or your mother, tell for your children, mother, is her sister or daughter? And if the parents both, then we can bring this here. There are many things: gums, tree gums, and many, many things. So, hands up, who would like that kind of nourishment? Are you so old? You want a baby again? Does not matter; you have 60 years, no problem. Yes, that can. This nourishment can, yes. But if you can wear so many tablets and tablets and tablets, then it is finished. So, not a joke, but how do you think, hand up? One, two, for whom? For your daughter. Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen. Very good. Then I think I will be saying that, please, we will ask him; we will request the Tilak. Because it should be original and organic—that is also interesting—and that ghee is very important, your ghee. And that ghee is many different; for example, in New Zealand there is honey. Do you know about that? There is somebody who can tell us. Mila, where is Mila? Mila. Come, mother, Mila’s mother, come here. Usha, yes. She will tell about who knows about this honey. I am using one teaspoon of that Manuka honey every day. She is over from Czechoslovakia, Slovenia, Yugoslavia, and now she is living in New Zealand. And now, she is her husband, and they are in Sri Lanka because he is an ambassador. But they said about honey, so what is the honey good for? Stand up and give the mic very clearly. So, Manuka honey is more and more known because of the antibacterial properties and Manuka. A bush is one plant, like a bush size, growing in New Zealand with beautiful white flowers. And it is, I believe, related to the tea tree. So they are making the honey out of this Manuka. And then there is also a little factor: how good is it? There are some grades of this honey, and I saw now that in Europe, they also, from New Zealand, are exporting all throughout the world. Maybe you can buy it also in Europe. Yes, the price is quite high. Thank you. But now they said in Slovakia, in Slovakia there is some part they said that was better than in New Zealand. Days ago, someone told me, so we will research that, OK? So that is also because of the… especially because of organic. And there is no kind of any pesticides. All is very pure, very clean, very good. When I came here, the honey was very tasty and very good. And here, once a year, two or three times, one spoon. Because all this is not clean, because now nothing is clean. So we should try to come now more and more again to nature. Organic, organic, organic. So this is what we are coming for, that we are coming for our children, our men, women, our grandfathers, grandmothers, great-grandfathers, mothers—they are still healthy and very happy and very good. And we should do it for our health, for our children, our wives, our husbands, our grandfathers, our grandmothers, so that we are really healthy. So what we are doing, we have to purify ourselves—one year, really very clean and good food, and Śaṅkaprakṣālana. Anuloma, viloma, everything. Lungs, everything clean for us. And then we come to such a pure nourishment. Then, maybe a baby will come from somewhere. That I cannot tell you. I do not know. Yes. So the mother and father, I mean, and so that comes, God’s energy. Every life is one, but where the soul goes, that is according to what is in the body. Because that soul, that jīvā, has to leave what one has done, and in which life one should go. Long ago in New Zealand, in Fiji, and in Fiji, above 60% or 70% are Indians. Mostly, you can say all are Indians there. All Brahmins, Hindus, Muslims, all, they are like brothers. There are Brahmins, Hindus, Muslims, and they live there like brothers. I was there, and people came there. They talked about these things there. They also have āśrams there. They are about five or six generations. They have not come to India. They are only there. But they speak the Hindi language. They have all mantras. They have all, like in India, what we call the Dīvālī, Sviatki, Dīvālī, Pūjā, Poojā, everything, and so they are there. So there was one yogī there, in Sri Lanka—not Sri Lanka, in Fiji—and so when I came there, in one village, they said, "Please, Swāmījī, come and give a satsaṅg." And there was one other yogī there, and he was above 100 years, or more. And so, but I have this Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara, me as it is. So that very old man, but he did not let me sit down here on down. He said, "Swāmījī, please sit up." And he went down. I told him, "No, I am like your son." He said, "I know. But now you are in the position of Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara, therefore I cannot sit on this seat; I will sit down, and you will sit here. But you have the position of Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara, and therefore I will not sit up there; you sit there, and I will sit down." From Guru Paramparā. So, I spoke something. And before me, he… I said, "You speak, please, Swamiji." Then he said, "Live healthy, spiritual, and eat very clean food." Life. He talked about life. So, when we will die, where the soul will go. So it is said, what we have done in this life. It is said that according to what we do in this life, we go back to the space, to God, and it will come back for whom what you have done. First, you should give there or clean everything, and then go up further. How many goats you were eating, killing, that many goats you will remain in the life, and you have to cut, and you will be cut, then you will go further. How many cows are you eating? With cows, you have to first give them back, and then comes another point. How many chickens? That must you become a chicken and then kill you. Also, the fish, how many times will you be in the water as a fish? Likewise, when you have given up everything, then you come again into the human, and then do not do these things, and then you can come to Brahmaloka. He is telling, and he was sitting like this there, and one old man was sitting like this. All were sitting on the floor. So, one old man like this, and his Swāmījī was talking. Then this old man, about seventy or eighty years, he said, "Gurujī said, ‘I will not eat anymore.’" Gurujī said, "I will not eat chicken, nothing like this." He said, "Well, I cannot do anything. It is your karma." You gave someone your money, give back the money. So, because we are human, if we are animals, then we are in animals, we are animals. So this was, it was in where I was there. And Fiji, if you come with me, I do not know whether Swāmījī is still here or not, but the āśram is there. So, it is like karma. So, karma is in humans, coming. But when we go to the animals, then we have not like this karma, only that they have to go through. Again, when we come in the humans, then what are we doing or not? And that is why we said we are good people, we are good friends, we are good countries. Everything, we are happy. You know, we go to the church, we go to the temples, we go many times. And so, what kind of nourishment we are having, that we will be. And you know, yesterday or day before yesterday, our friend from Hungary, the doctor, yeah, now he has got a number, Nṛsiṁha Purī, yes, and he was telling about how many thousand doctors and nurses were researching, they themselves were eating like this, all within normal food. So, in that way, really, I can, maybe, that from Tilak, that is here or not, Sevapurī. Name, so, so I, of course, we will bring them, bring the good, good quality, and how to make. So when they will give and make this, there is everything, it is okay, very happy. So that is how one can do, and we should do. People are giving children eggs. And eggs are not for children and not for people. And you know, many, many diseases are there. Of course, the doctors will say, "No, it is good." Now is the doctor’s life. This is the doctor’s world now. But many come to India; many, many doctors say, "No, no eggs." But many come to India; many, many doctors said, "No, no eggs." So we do not say yes or no. And so, you know, even the biscuit, and if there is egg, we are not eating, you know, in an aeroplane even. So, what we are eating, and this we should know, what it is. So this is purification, and comes more and more clarity in the whole body, in the thoughts, in the thinking, everything. We can become more healthy now, so not only for the children, but also for the elderly. Maximum one month. And if it is like in Europe, here cold, maximum two months, not more. Maximum, maximum two months, not more. But it was so sweet. Not sweet, but very tasteful. And they want to have, okay, one liter more. Then it is not. One month is the best, and you get that. We call it the laddū, you know that? And different kinds of laddus. So, of course, a pregnant woman is only this, but it is time, everything. After one year or two years, she can also have laddus for one month. After one year or two years, she can have laddus for one month. So if we have taste and we take more and more, then again our inner system of the body will not be good. Because if we eat it because of the taste and we eat a lot of it, then again it will not work for the internal systems in the body. It is like when you get an injection, and after one hour you say, "Oh, you can give me also once more tomorrow. I need another." I am going to a yoga seminar, so I will take all injections, and then my husband will be happy. So is that. So this is that Āyurveda. Ayurveda is this all, it is all in Ayurveda: when, how, and where it is. And now we have come to this allopathic. And in allopathy, when we take one, now we have to go for life. But of course, other medicines or doctors, they are very great, and they are doing great things. They give us life. So, nourishment is very good. So, think it over, and then it takes time to get all these things, to see how they come. For one person it is okay, but if we have to move more, then of course we have to get more. Of course, we have to get permissions. Or you all come to the Jadana, the pregnant woman. When she is now, she will be eight months, she should come to Jadana. Okay, and then delivery should be there, and nice time. So, ten months be there. Then we come back. We can do this too. We have a beautiful hospital. We have 111 beds. So we will give all pregnant women there. Yes, of course, husbands can go with us for some time. Because he should come home and give money. So this is a very good joke, and the best, both, I told you. So practicing yoga is for our body, for our health, and really it is also for our ātmā. And further, we will be very into the Supreme God. You see that when they said in Muslims, the Allah. And he is in heaven, in Allah. But we have both. There and here, so do not worry. So if you want to do it, you can give the letter. Write yourself and give it here to someone: your name, your address, your country, and what you want. Then you can tell, and we will do Siddhi Nārabāghvānakī Jai.
