Practicing with Vishwaguruji

The oneness of earth, breath, and self is realized through connection and purification. Connect to Mother Earth with your palms, feeling the love and support. You walk upon her, a child of the earth. Practice breath, inhaling through the nostrils and exhaling through the mouth for purification. The prāṇa, the life force, unites everything. The entire universe, including the cosmic Self, is within you. You need not search elsewhere. All five vital energies are within the body. Keep the body comfortable and full of respect, for the whole being enjoys this connection. Feel the oneness of Mother Earth and the cosmic expanse.

"One in all, all in one."

"Everything is in me. The whole space is touching the earth."

Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Feel our lungs. It is truly very purifying, very, very much so. In the vast ocean, there are no trees, and we are very far. Yet from the ocean, with its water and oxygen, there is also very much, very strong oxygen there. And when there are only so many chemicals, then we say, "I will come home and I will make praṇām." We offer praṇām to Mātā Bhagavān, and then... Now you can turn to my side again. With both our hands, with the palms of our hands, we connect to Mother Earth, with grace. You can go to the front, or you can go to the side like this. We can be sideways, but feel the love, happiness, and joy as mother and child. We are children of Mother Earth. At the same time, look with your whole being, nicely, very nicely, at my Mother Earth. This Earth, Mother, gives us that we may walk. But it doesn’t matter where we are going; we are going on Mother Earth. We can run, but still we have to put our foot on the earth. Yes, sometimes we think that we can become also like birds, we can fly, but Mother said, "Be here, yes, and now." With our palms, we rub them as the whole energy of Mother Earth comes to us. Again, place our hands a little bit beside our body, a little back. And now, look at the cosmic Self. This is the prāṇa, and all becomes oneness when I go into this beautiful earth and heaven. You were practicing today, very nice, Sarvajitāsana prānāyāma, Barikatu prānāyāma, and also our Anuṣṭhāna. Again, look to the greenery of Mother Earth. With both nostrils, inhale and exhale. The hands are on the earth, comfortable, relaxed. Body straight and lungs very much in the front. Inhale and exhale. Comfortable, deep inhale with both nostrils, and exhale from the mouth. Don’t raise up too much. Just off the earth and heaven. And when there it is that we are second mother. This is our mother, with our body. Everything, many, many things on this earth; similarly in the body, many, many, many things. And inside is the cosmic. I want to be like oneness. Let myself, my ātmā, my soul, be very clean, very pure, happy, healthy, and my being self with this boat, mother, and earth, heavens. Now, place our hands on the thighs or knees, with this mudra. Either you want to go to the sky, get that energy, or put our palms on the thigh, get energy from the earth, mother, or from the mother, father. Inhaling and exhaling through the mouth. Inhalation through the nostrils. Now, close your eyes and be thyself, with oneness with the cosmic and the earth, Mother. In front of both, we are in oneness in our body. We need not look for distance somewhere. Feel thyself with earth and heaven. Are cosmic. I am beautiful. I am beautiful of myself. I am with this boat, our earth and cosmic. My life from the nipple, the seed, and space while inhaling and exhaling from out, but do not inhale too strong, but also not quickly. Just take through the nostrils. Automatically, it will go to the navel, and from there, the prāṇas, the real fathers and mothers, from the navel to our whole being. Everything is within our self, that our self has made. The whole universe is ours. Prāṇa. The whole prāṇa, everything, ātmā, paramātmā, all, the soul, ātmā, everything is that one. There are different kinds of prāṇas, and that only we can understand, or see, or source, or search; all is in our body. Eyes are closed. Being in you, you are within Mother Earth, Father Space, Cosmic, whatever we think, He is who. But we need not go anywhere. Everything is in me. The whole space is touching the earth. And the whole earth is touched round and round as cosmic, and we can feel two into one: Mother Earth and Cosmic. Enjoy, feel, touch energy. As our Gurudev, Shri Swami Madhavānandjī said, "One in all, all in one." We will become the whole universe. It’s like: Who is who? My body and my ātmā, is this ātmā or this body? We are one, but still we don’t know. Mother Earth, you know that you are still. Inhaling with both nostrils, and you are exhaling finally, nicely, breath through the mouth. The best purification means the whole body. It is the best way to purify the whole body. We take the oxygen through the nostrils, and we exhale through the mouth. From where is it coming like that? We take pure, pure oxygen into the body, and immediately we are exhaling through the mouth. How is it possible, so much, so much, that kind of energy which is not clean? There are so many trees, many greeneries. There are so many trees, so much greenery that gives oxygen all day long. But there are some that give almost no oxygen. And some give day and night. That is one, what we have, the banyan tree. And there is a peepal, and peepal, day and night, gives off the best oxygen. You know that Buddha mostly was living there under the peepal. And that, people, is still that very big, very big farm from the Buddha’s time. Buddha never ate meat, no alcohol, no ego, but it’s the aṇḍa. Buddha never ate meat, no alcohol, no eggs. Inhale through the nostrils and exhale through the mouth. There are two things where you can know the outcome. Getting in and taking out through the mouth. Others are all within our being, in and out. On our skin, beautiful, beautiful prāṇa, controlling, it lets go out and it comes in. Five prāṇas, every one of them is very important, very important. But water is the very strongest and good and first. Five elements. When all five elements, if one becomes very weak, it means Hari Om Tat Sat. And so it is said, if we are taking, like, drugs and something, we are killing our five elements. In the Czech Republic, Strilky, Mahāprabhū Deep Ashram, it is for millions and millions and... millions of creatures here. Under the earth, in the greenery, the air, the water, everything stays here, where you are. Material is nothing. Life is that which you are now learning. Understanding, if you feel discomfort, move it, change it, but happy, joy, comfortable, relaxed. Why are you moving? It is your ātmā. If your life is moving, why not make it comfortable and happy? The most enjoyment is when we keep our body very happy, comfortable, and full of respect. Our whole body enjoys, the whole body, the love of our whole body. When little animals come from the cows, from buffaloes, from anyone, a little baby comes, they’re always running, they’re falling on the earth and touching the mother. They are running, they are coming because they have just come to this earth, and how and what a joy it is, it was very hard. In the mother’s womb, when I came out, I was running. Prāṇa, prāṇa, prāṇas and ātmās, jīvātmās, paramātmās, beautiful. It is said from in and out, up, everywhere, front, back, left, right, up, down, everything. Bhagavān Śrīdīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī’s disciple, beautiful like a prayer, Śrī Guru Ātmā, Ātmā, Ātmā... Close your eyes and now, being within thyself, listen to this. Shrī Guru Ātmā. Shrī Guru is the ātmā. Ātmā is the Paramātmā. Paramātmā is Mahātmā, etc. But do not listen as a song, not like a sound, but listen and touch inside. Perfect. Close eyes. You can make yourself comfortable if you want to stretch your other thing, just five minutes, two minutes. Yantrayāmi cetanātmā bhuvimala cetanātmā. dhūna-dhyāna-vāgya-vāgyam-jāgya-nīga-masenitya-vāgyam-masenitya
