Feel the energy of Mother Earth

The primordial sound is the supreme reality, manifesting as form and pervading all creation. This sound, emerging first from the cosmic ocean, is eternal and present in every age through divine manifestations. All beings, from humans to trees and insects, contain this inner sound, which is their connection to the divine source. The Earth is the universal mother, unconditionally nurturing all her children. One must cultivate a direct relationship with her by touching clean soil and keeping earth in the home. Physical connection to the mother, such as sitting directly on the ground, balances the body's energies and prepares one for meditation. The mother's love is the foundation of life, knowledge, and family harmony, reflecting the inseparable unity of the divine masculine and feminine principles.

"Nāda rūpa parabrahma. That sound is God."

"Mother Earth said, 'My child, don’t touch me.' I will be completely burned."

Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

This conch is the very first to emerge from the ocean. It is the first among all things. Therefore, the timing does not matter. First, we will blow this conch. Everyone should learn how to do it. I think I will bring my prāṇa into my room here. So, let us come to this sound: Nāda-rūpa parabrahma. Nāda rūpa parabrahma. Nāda rūpa parabrahma. That sound, this is coming from the conch. Nāḍ. We call it nāḍ, and you call it sound. So, nāda rūpa—when the sound comes from the conch, the rūpa (form) becomes such a beautiful sound. It is for the whole universe, not only in the ocean. On the earth, in our space, it is everywhere. This conch should also be in our meditation place. That is very important. Then, Śiva, at that time in the Satya Yuga, also gave sound when it was brought out from the ocean. In the Tretā Yuga, Bhagavān Rāma also had that sound. And in the Dvāpara Yuga, Bhagavān Viṣṇu always has the conch in his hand. You will see he always holds it like this. Śiva, Viṣṇu, Rāma, etc. If one understands, then they understand. But there are billions of those in the ocean, many different psyches. And little babies—little ones, not babies, but little—also, in our winter, when the new year comes, what is it called? After the very cold, then comes what we call the... What is coming? No, nobody. It’s praying. They said praying, praying. I don’t know what praying is. Yes, if you speak them properly. So, it’s good, thank you. And other things? Our self is with the sound. When that ātmā comes from the paramātmā—from paramātmā comes the ātmā—and it comes to this earth, that comes then from the sound and the mothers. This is a different kind of soul coming. Some are only in the sky, in its sky. They are born, they remain, and they die. It is written in our books. Some are only on the trees, and some only in the earth. But all have sound inside. Which kind of sound, we don’t know, but sound is there. If there is no sound, for example, we cannot hear anymore. If we cannot listen to anything, we can’t hear the person, and the person cannot hear us. Then the tongue will not give language. And then the tongue is only going to go... Sound is not the root. Not the sound. Root means beauty. When you have a nice dress, then oh, it’s very nice. When you go in the ocean or somewhere, washing yourself. Many things, Rube, Rube. Now you are all Rube. Rube, he said, "Oh, how beautiful this boy." Oh, a very beautiful child is born. Oh, it’s a boy. Even the mother said, "Yeah, I have a son." I don’t know why they are thinking of the man; they are beautiful. Then comes the female. So, a boy is not like this. The beautiful women are so beautiful, they can make everything they want in the whole world. Yes, then comes the man, sound. So, this is our life, but also cows, buffaloes, even the ants, they are speaking to each other. And so this is our life, but it is also the life of animals. The cow in Búvolu, even the little ants, communicate with each other; they talk to each other. Nāda, nāda rūpa, nāda rūpa parabrahma, nāda rūpa parabrahma. That parabrahma is God. The sound is God. And our sound is from our birth till our death; our sound is in the space. This sound is not going. It is going in the space like a vial in the waves, unlike the waves. This tree is born beautiful, with beautiful leaves and many, many things. They are talking to each other. Yes, and some, they don’t like the other tree. And they are pulling the other side. Yes, they are near there, but this one will push them down like this. Because that sound is not proper, and Mother Earth, Earth is the Earth. When a child is crying or not good, Father will be angry and say this and that. But the mother, it doesn’t matter how the child is not so good and talking and this and that, but the mother will take it to heart. That’s why the Earth is mother. And we should, it is written in many books, every day, two or three times, touch the Earth. Take Earth in your house. On the twentieth building height of twenty stairs. And you have then something in the pot, and we put there some kind of vegetables or something. Where there is no mother in your room, in your house, it is like only something like this. Yes, Earth must be in our house. And everyone, nearly many people, they bring some little pot and then some vegetables, or not vegetables, but some flowers or something. Now, if you bring only, let’s say, the cement in your pot, and in cement you give the water, this is a dead mother. Cement is dead. So you put cement inside, put a seed, and give water inside, and the mother comes out. But mother, earth, and therefore in your house, on the staircase case near your kitchen maybe, then it’s two: the mother, the earth, flowers. Then is the father there? But only mother can take care of it when his wife is going for one month. Somewhere for company or something. Husband is at home. But when she comes after one week or month, all the plants are broken. And when they come there, first they go and put the water, the woman’s. And before, or the husband, your dog jumps. Yes. So, mother, keep Mother Earth in you. You know that Bhagavān Rāma? He went from his palace to further, you know the stories? He went to other countries or elsewhere. So Bhagavān Rāma, he took one kilo of earth in the cloth. And that whole time, still he came back; this was this earth from his village. And wherever he would step in, Bhagavān Rāma would take this earth, because he is a mother, and he would put it there on the altar. And he was making a prayer to Mother. And wherever he went, yes, it was there. And he said to Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa, "Mother is here." Don’t worry, nothing will happen. That day they were worshipping the Mother Earth. So, if you understand, we are sitting now on earth here. We sit comfortably, with energies. And if we are sitting on the chair, and one leg like this, and one leg like this, right? You are sitting on the tables, Iḍā and Piṅgalā, in our yoga. So when we are sitting in the chair, then one time we put one leg on the other leg, or the other from there to there, or they are standing there. How long? They cannot relax like this. So this is with the left nostril. Then he used this power to relax. And when the left leg is not active, then the leg is a little bit not comfortable. So what we do is we put our left leg on the right thigh. And again, from the left nostril, the prāṇa is washing by walking. Or, right one. See that time, how one is sitting on a chair, how we are going left and then right and then left and then right. But when we sit like this, then both prāṇas are so comfortably going and coming. Then we can meditate. Will you put one leg over the other and meditate there in the chair? After some time, you put your leg on the other side. So prāṇa is from the mother, vibration. Sitting with the mother, and we come from the earth mother, and we again go to the mother’s inside. So, if we can, every day, hold in our hands the Earth, with the water, not only the dry. If there is no water in this, okay, dry is also okay. We will say, "Mother, we will give you water then." Now, if we can touch everywhere, there are so many chemicals everywhere. Mother Earth said, "My child, don’t touch me." I will be completely burned. Please, my children, take care. I will take you very nicely, but now. But nice, bring good earth from somewhere and keep it in your house. But don’t take anything chemically, water inside. So bring some river water. There is also chemical, but not so much. Otherwise, when the rain comes, we are somewhere, get the water and put it for your, you will see all the flowers. And you will see all the flowers. When this water comes from there, this flower, after a few minutes, it smells, it laughs, mother, father, my father. My father is here, and my mother is very happy now. Every year I say to you that you should work with the Earth. You can clean here, something, or in our garden somewhere. Beautiful. But our Jayā Devī will be angry if we all go in now. But some can go in a little distance and work there on something. Or, on the other side, where we embellish our portraiture, fruit gardens. Go there, sit down, clean it. Something there? Sit there twenty minutes. Twenty minutes. Touch with the earth. Soot’s also out, please. Mother being said, "I don’t want your soots here, my child. My child, how beautiful my child!" And the mother is taking him into her lap. And the child is drinking milk, and then after, the mother is there, and the child is sleeping in the lap of the mother. And what mother said, "Doing? Don’t tell anybody." If they are my child. Mother! Yes, and when you are grown up, and you don’t do anything for Mother. So, mother, I don’t want this and this and that. Though one is very naughty, mother will not be angry. When we are not very good to our mother, what comes from above the eyes? Tears. Yeah? And in which way? That my child should be healthy, happy, everywhere, doesn’t matter, happens, but he should not be into the wrong way. Because she still thinks that her child should be healthy, happy, and not get lost in the way. If I could become a mother, I would do the same, and a niece as well. But my mother was always taking care of me. Until five, six, seven, eight months, I was sleeping in my mother’s bed. And always I was falling together like this. Oh, my God. Again, she said, "Legs straight." And so, up there, I was sleeping very deep. She slipped down. This is a mother. Mother came from the earth. And she was with me and will come again on my earth. So there is a mother and a father. Without the father, the mother can do nothing. That’s it. So, after, before eating, go five minutes, ten minutes, to the Gap of Gītā. We have to have the first permission from Jayā Devī. Or you can clean something. Or sitting there anywhere on Earth, sitting only like that. There is no rain, feel. How many days have you been here now? Three times a day now. With the earth. Okay, so we have a garden, we have a farm, do it everywhere. And without shoes, that’s it. But careful, maybe there is a needle. Why not? But it will not be like this. Since we have this ashram here, no chemicals are here. We can eat the earth. Very nice, clean. Feel it, and this and that, yes, Māta, Mother. Tameva bhavatā tvameva, tvameva sākṣī tvameva, dātā draviṇam tvameva, This is all about mother. Yes, if sound is mother, everything that is written, and Vidyā, knowledge, is a mother. Don’t think that the father said, "Yeah, I am the knowledge." The mother was speaking all the time. When the child, this sad, came in the body. That time she had feelings: warmth, lovelessness, peace, niceness. Many, many things. From that it begins, what a mother. She was talking every day. After some days, or a month, she told her husband, "My child is in my body, yes, she is learning from there till here." My son is very good, my daughter is very good, the father is very good, the mother is very good. And then, because they are both one, and that’s, you know, in the beginning, Bhagavān Śiva. So there was only one Śiva. Some say, Śivjī, there is nothing, we need Śakti. He said, "Yes, she’s in me." What? And so Śiva was standing, half Pārvatī and this side Śiva. Or the Śakti. So both are together. Without him, nothing can happen. And where about the sea is also nothing, there we have to be one, peaceful. That’s what is always coming, the sound knows that it is noise, not a noise, the sound. And everything that is happening is only from the sound. Peaceful is also, and anger is also. Sound is everywhere. Sound is sound for all. And only sound can go far. Others cannot go there. Nāda rūpa parabrahma. So Parabrahma, that comes, so there. But if there are some negative things, not this and that, not this and that. Then you have destroyed all there, all distractions. There is sound, but destructive sound. So, did you understand what I told you today? Yeah. So, Matajī, you come this side, it’s more shadow. There will come a sun. Here, you can come. Little more, little more. Very good. Now the sun is going, I think. So, therefore, sometimes, of course, the mother is... you think that my mother is not good, and this and that. They are mentally not good. Or, father also. So this is, we cannot tell. Otherwise, who is spiritual and very good and peaceful, and this then is a very, very joyful family. And those mothers and their fathers, they are not from here. Then they take the children to others, and their other husband goes away, or the wife goes to the others, and the child is with the father. This is not good for the brain. Beauty is inside, beauty is within families, beauty is within our people, our neighbors. We take everybody as good. That is very important. Then we go further. Otherwise, negatively, these are not good, that is not good, my neighbor is not good. Neighbor is very good, you are not good. Sometimes they need something, and they can help you with this and that. Neighbors are brothers, neighbors are family. Like this is this, about that. So I will have this, learn sometimes, I will think, maybe I have chapati there, right? This should be on an empty stomach. Yeah. So what is that? Nāda. Nāda rūpa. Rūpa. Beauty. Oh my God, it is said already. Thank you. Stop. Okay. So, maybe why will this one come? You know, instrument. Yeah, it is very, very good. This is holy, this is very holy. Before any was, before first, this it was. Yes, ocean. In the ocean. Prāṇa. Thank you, thank you. I thought today I will say prr. I told, "Don’t make prr." Three times, it has to be done three times. Of course, if someone has a heart, then you should be very careful. So while I was with the doctor tomorrow, yesterday, and the doctor said, "Your heart is the best." I can’t see that so good, anybody. Yes, yes. The doctor Martin is here, no? Where is Martin? Come, please. Before he says no, I will put it. Now you tell, "Water, be clean." Yes, it has to be clean. You must tell your friend, the doctor, how much I was blowing. What did the doctor say? It’s completely true what Swamījī said before. I was wondering how the heart is completely healthy. So you can tell something about yoga, because you are the president of our whole yoga team. And where is your mother? Jayā Devī, come here, please. Jayā Devī, come, come. Come. Yes. In Czech or English? Pranam Vishwagurujī, it’s really so, so, so nice to be together here with our Master. We spent such a beautiful time during Guru Pūrṇimā. It was like a great blessing for all of us. And together we remember the time spent here with Holy Gurujī during the Guru Pūrṇimā in 1999. It revived, not only in me, but in all of us, the great time with both Masters. And we are really blessed ones to spend this time together. Swamiji beautifully, today nicely spoke about the Mother Earth. And I was thinking about the miracle that we can be here in Střílky. For me, it’s like an absolutely nice place and time for us. I cannot imagine a more beautiful place and a more beautiful presence than what we are just enjoying together. And also, the weather is so fine, and we are sitting together and just listening to our Master. What more can we imagine? I would like to attract a little more people to come. I’m trying to be with Swamiji each and every time, also by online webcast, but to be here to feel everything together, this is something more beautiful. Also, I am really very happy to be with all friends here. Because to share these, not only emotions, but to share our feelings together, it is much more easy to do something here than to be just only in the home. And once again, very, very, very many thanks to Swāmījī that we can spend such nice time during this summer time. Thank you so much, Swamiji. We are here in a large group, not only the Czech people. But it’s great that we can meet the friends not only from Europe, but from the whole world. And this sharing, which goes beyond all the borders, makes us strong. It’s not just about being here now in Střílky. But the wisdom and the joy which we are experiencing are spreading throughout the globe. It is spreading via our webcasting, Swamijī TV. But it is spreading also through you, what you bring with you when you go home. And this way we can say that yoga in daily life has spread all over the world. We are lucky that it is in the Czech Republic. It’s quite near to us. But those who had to travel a little longer, they somehow appreciated it much more. And it is amazing how we are able to draw in this beautiful, positive, spiritual energy here. So it’s great how we are able to get this beautiful spiritual energy here. But it’s more important to take it with you and to share it with your friends wherever you are. So please enjoy this program, because it’s a unique opportunity for your own development. This morning, during Anuṣṭhāna, I realized how difficult it is sometimes just to sit. And then I realized what a really unique opportunity it is, that such an opportunity may not come again. What the lesson of COVID is, is that we have learned that what is today may not be true tomorrow. So please let us consider the vastness of this great gift which we are given. And with great respect to Viśwa Gurujī, let’s express our thanks inwardly and outwardly. Thank you so much. Thank you very much. Dr. Martin, it is like this: because of the corona, many people should come from other countries, and also here from Czech people, they are waiting long, they will come. But we said, only that much, this country, this, this, like this. So, there are many, many. The majority of the people in Yoga in Daily Life is in the Czech Republic. Because always, when we see, then it is: who is that? The Czech are first, and Croatia and others, and you. And one of you, thank you, have a nice lunch. And here, Dayā Mātājī, she will pay. Jayā Devī, can they come to your park and touch the earth? Yeah, all will go, then I have no more wish, no more wish to talk about it. So, let’s say you can tell about 80 people can go. And evening, others. Okay? We have a place here also; we touch the earth. We go to the apple farmers there also. Anyway, our earth is very clean. We have so many vegetables, and we cannot take them out. And then it becomes yellow and that, and they throw it away. So I thought today, I said, "Oh my God, what is that?" So nice, good vegetables, and after three, four days, it becomes yellow. I said to her, "Grandfathers are best." So, this salad, green, yellow. Yellow is grandfather and said, but they are a little bit too hard, because the bones are very strong, so then cut it little, little, little. And you can eat more salad and vegetables, the good measure, but which vegetable, how are we to put it? And these yellow vegetables and these others, nicely cut little by little, and then after, put the yogurt. My little pool is, and then a little of what you call lemon. And no, no, not citron, you know. That’s yogurt. A little salt, and a little chili. A little, not so much. Yes. The spices are very important. Chili must not be. But what kind of food is worth it like this? If you do everything, everything involved in one space, then it’s not good. Now, for example, that you have some kind of... other... we had vegetable, not vegetable, we were eating. What was that? From Slovakia, halušky, oh my god, but it was not done well that day. It was not done well, so the Austrian, they were not good because the spices were not done very well. Everybody is doing very good, and you think so, but every vegetable needs different spices. Then everything is perfect and tasteful. Our tongue, the tongue is very precious. Sorry to say, 80% of you don’t know how to cook. In this 50 years, or more, yes. That’s why we are ill. And which vegetables we have, and what spices, yes or no, and this, that’s it. Anyhow, Mother Earth is okay. Go and work. Help it, okay? Please let them. So everybody should give one Austrian money. What do they get? One euro. Okay, to go to mother’s garden, one. Yes. No. And we don’t let you eat anything. You must not nibble on anything. Because she is sitting there. When she is not there, I go into the bag, when I take something and go. If it’s not there, I’ll go in there and pull something out.
