We don't know where we will go

This is a holy place where purity is maintained and prayers are offered three times daily.

Here, no meat, alcohol, or chemicals are allowed. The world faces a disease; many die each day, so we protect ourselves carefully. Animals and the forest are untouched, so we examine our food, water, and lifestyle. Meat and alcohol are harmful, but we can only pray and send good thoughts. A fourth disease is predicted, spreading like perfume, its origin unknown. A young boy, Ivo Skoczek, died in a bicycle accident at midnight. We pray for him to enter the cosmic light. We are born to reach Parabrahma Paramātmā in this life. Only each one knows their own thoughts and deeds. No one admits negativity, but do not assume goodness. Before death, the highest reveals if one goes to Parabrahma or returns. The ātmā and jīva are equal in all—the elephant and ant, ocean and drop, all like one sun. Practice meditation in the heart; thinking outside is not meditation. Life is like a bird’s nest: eggs fall to crows and snakes. The boy’s death shows that even the strong meet death; death is death. A lamp is prepared for him.

"What is meditation? Meditation is only in your heart, that is all, within your body. When we think outside, then it is outside."

"The elephant is big, the ant is very small, but the ātmā and the jīva are equal."

My dears, my sisters, my brothers, you have all come from different parts of the world. I wish you all the best. You must be very tired after your long journey, but I have been waiting for you, and here we are at this holy place. This is a very, very holy place. Ever since we established this āśram, there has been no meat, no alcohol, no chemicals, and we have prayers three times a day. Many of our bhaktas stay here throughout the year, and you will see and feel how it is. So we should all be like brothers and sisters. You are most welcome. There will be many programs and practices—you probably know more about them than I do. The whole world, not only here, is facing this disease. In big cities, many people die every day—the old, those with health problems, or from accidents. With Corona it is not that so many have died, yet people are still dying every day. This situation deeply affects us, and we do not want to catch this Corona. That is why we are taking such care. Now, there is one thing I am unsure about—many of you may know. There have already been three different kinds of disease, and now a fourth one is coming. How do they know one or two months in advance that it will come? I do not want to know. We wish—because other creatures and this forest have no problem with this disease. Not only animals, all kinds of animals are fine; why only we? We have to examine our food and water, how we live, when and how we work, when we eat—many things: a great deal of meat, alcohol, and much else. Yes, these are very harmful for us, very harmful. But we cannot tell anyone. If I tell, many will say, “Yes, thank you,” but many will say, “Ah, like this.” So we can only pray to God. That is all. We need not speak, but we can send something good to them mentally. And this kind of disease is coming. I do not know how they predict it, but now it is coming like that. Maybe it is something like a perfume. We apply a little perfume on the ears, or a little on the cheek, and then we enjoy the beautiful fragrance. So maybe some are doing this. And the smell spreads through whole countries, all ministers, everything—they do not know, but they are instructing that we should be protected. Yet they tell us we should protect ourselves. Similarly, here in our āśram. And I hope you have brought good perfumes—not the harmful kind, but the good. Do you know your own mouth? You have nothing with you, but we do not know, so protection is good. We are here and we were very happy to be here. Yet something happened: at midnight our yoga teachers, a couple who live outside the village, their son went out. He was on a bicycle, and as he returned at midnight, a car crashed into him and he died. Ivo Skoczek, a very young boy. So we shall pray for him. We can do nothing; his life was only that long. Perhaps he suffered pain, but he passed away. We are very unhappy. So we will have a prayer, and in this prayer we hold him, praying that Mahāprabhujī brings him into the cosmic light. Mahāprabhujī Karatā He Kevalam… And we try to keep comfortable and healthy in our bodies. We are all born here so that in this life we may reach Parabrahma Paramātmā. We all wish to attain Parabrahma, Paramātmā in this life. No one can tell us. Only you. Only you yourself. So, whether our thoughts, actions, and deeds are good or bad, only we ourselves know. It is mostly like this: we think negatively about others. But no one says, “Yes, I am very negative; I am not good.” Nobody says that. But I do not know. You do not do any bad things; you do only good things. From now on, in our yoga life, we can say Alakhpurījī’s. Who will be there? How will it be? Do not say, “Now I am very good,” or, “I am good.” When death comes, some hours or a day before, it is made known by the highest one. You are going to Parabrahma Paramātmā, and the rest will return again. They are not there to tell us, but they are doing things we do not see. It is not that they will always plead with us. No, we do not know where anyone is. As long as we have our body, we can touch everything—feel anger, hate, jealousy, pain. But when the ātmā, the jīva, comes out, then it is just like a shooting star. It may be the ocean, huge oceans; the clouds, very heavy; and there is one very fine drop falling on us, or very strong rain. All is equal: ocean, clouds, strong rain, or a single drop. All is the same, not more or less. It is only that one. We are all sitting here, and we see the sun. So, whether animals, creatures, these trees, all birds, and we humans—we are all full of that which I told: tiny drops, or clouds, or rivers, or the ocean. The elephant is big, the ant is very small, but the ātmā and the jīva are equal. That is why we practice yoga in daily life—not only postures and exercises. A little concentration, a little meditation. What is meditation? Meditation. Meditation is only in your heart, that is all, within your body. When we think outside, then it is outside. So you are all God’s children. You are doing very well yourself. But, my dear, suddenly things can change. Imagine a nest on a tree; there was a tree, and there is a little bird. In the nest on the tree is a little bird, and she has five eggs. Suddenly one falls down. Another crow takes it. Then a snake comes. And the mother bird comes and sits—this is saṃsāra. So the bird gives the babies—not the babies, but the eggs. But afterwards, one does not know where or how they will be. We are going this way, that way. So it is up to you. I cannot tell you. Just one day, this boy, a very nice boy, a young man—it does not matter if he is old—fell down. So we think we are very strong, we are young, we know. But how did this happen? Accident is accident, but Maraṇa—death is death. So that is how he has gone. No one can harm us. Even our Gurujī, Mahāprabhujī, will say, “Do this,” and that is all. And we have to hold onto that. So you are all very great. I am so happy today. My eyes are not so good, but I see so many. I have two eyes, but I see so many of you. So, welcome, please, thank you. And before I talk about prayers, did you all have your dinner? Everyone? Okay. If someone has not, please go and have your dinner; it is still there. Then we will have many things to drink. So for this flame, I have prepared a lamp for him. That boy has gone. And we will place a candle in our ashram for him.
