Om, Dīhī, Śānti, Śānti, peace, meram, peace, meram… great, holy, Alagpurījī. Alagpurījī is from very, very old times, but still, it is his energy, and he is there. And so our paramparā, our holy tradition, begins from there. It means millions of years. And that’s what time is about, Śiva. You have heard about Śiva, or you have not heard about Śiva. It is one of the oldest paramparās. Gurus, meditations, etc., are only that one Śiva, who just appeared through the five elements. As you all know, I have been in these countries for many years—all of Croatia now, very nice, and all others, Austria, and so on, and, of course, our country. But that time was not. There was nothing but only the grace. And, time to time, very long, many years. So first is called the Śiva, and after that comes the Satyugas. Satya Yuga: Yuga means changing. Again, after many, many thousands of years, then changing something, like about God coming. So it is called the ages. So Śiva, then Dvāpara Yuga, Tretā Yuga, and now is the fifth, Kali Yuga. And many gods and religions, and what is coming is not from so far. There are all the big scriptures, and so we are here now. We learned a lot, we became great, everything, many months, but slowly, slowly, the humans came so far. And science, many sciences, but negative things are appearing. For example, many scientists, and many others, then they said, "No, there is no God and nothing." They lost it. And that’s why, yuga to yuga, the gods appear. So one is God, who is coming time to time. And when the humans, we are all… Then we have in our humans, we don’t know who is dead, but they are all the time gods, religions, living, living gods. And therefore we believe and we worship all that are called the gods. Like we have our grandparents. Now grandparents died, but we have our parents and our children, and we are continuing. It means living life, and this living is not only human, but all creatures. We cannot count. And Jalchar, Thalchar, Nabchar, Śivachar, in this, everywhere are the gods. So, like our grandfathers died, our fathers died, our mothers died, our children died, and our children will also have children. And if we say there is only one God, He is gone. But His God still has our energy, blessings for us, everything. But the body is gone, and in that, we have lost everything. But it is because we think there is only our God, and there is no other God. Then, if the human is not there anymore, die. Hurry up. Our water is living. Our earth is living. Our air is living. Our fire is living. It is in that, and that we are in the same thing. So we are the inns of that God. The ocean is full of water, the ocean, but there is also one drop of the water here also. This is also living, the ocean is living. There is more, but still water is here. And because this drop is, let’s say, a child of the ocean, water will remain all the time water. Water is living, which in your countries many times you are making something about life is a living. We are all living, all, and in this we have everything what God has, and there is no anywhere God you can see. Anywhere when we go to an aeroplane, we go very high up, we don’t see any house of God, no, anywhere. God, we go to the moon and far, we don’t see God. And that’s why many people, they are studying so much, and they say there is no God. Because they are blind. They are blind; they don’t know there is no God. Because God is here, but we say, "Do we not have?" And not only you, in yourself, there are many, many lives, God’s cells. Nowadays, what they ask people, they are taking the eggs for the hospitals. So it is in the bank. The eggs. And you know, nowadays, some women cannot get a child. Or their husband has no eggs at this proper age. And she doesn’t want to be with other men, but I want to have a child. So what we said, there are eggs. So we have kept them now. And so we go to the hospital somewhere, they have them everywhere, and they give them. How old is the egg? Problem, because living life and living will always be living. What dies is our body, but our ātmā, our soul, our life inside, will never die. So, like this ocean water, very big. But this one drop is also living. And when this, under mummy, there is an ocean, and here the drop is there. This is only a drop, but that will drop. It will drop; it is in the ocean. I can show you more in my hand, and this is one. What is that? Glass. There is more water, but I have some in my palm also. There is only distance between my hand. And when this goes to the ocean like this, now the same drop cannot come into my hand. But all is all in one. The whole universe, whole God, and here also God there. So, my dears, we worship that God which was and there are with us in our body, and they will be further, and so sometimes it will again become God, very high God. But humans still don’t understand, and we don’t want to. "It’s my religion, my country, my religion." They will say, "Our religions." Only the best is our God. The Jews said, "Our God." They know. They said yes. And the Indians, the Indians are from the ages and ages, and they also have religion, God. So you think that there is no other God, only my God? I tell you once more, in this village, here it is. And in this village, now it’s a city, but it’s a village, okay, doesn’t matter. And today, one lady, our mother, gives birth to a baby, a child. And the whole family was happy, and all our friends from this city or our village said, "Oh, one, he got a baby, he got a baby." Next month, another lady gave the baby. The third one gives a double. Now, one lady who got a child, it is her child. And we all said very happily, "This is a good child." Oh, in our village, here in our village, we got one of our children. So it means that the one God is the one God. And in that, it is like this: God is many and not many, only one. What does that mean? Because we are all human, it doesn’t matter how many children we are; we are only one human. So we have many children, we have students, and like this. Similarly, my dear, learn yourself, and now what will you change in this life? And your life becomes now that it’s all different. All different, but the soul of the human is life. From your cow is also happy and is life. You have your dog, you have cat, etc. The ants, that all is alive. And so, everywhere, because all we are an ocean, or we are one sun, and all light everywhere is sunlight. And so many stars. So, my dear, we cannot say only my God and my wife, only nothing else. Only my husband and nothing else. Or my wife, if the wife is only this wife, no other wife. Now open both eyes. Oh, it’s like this. And when you have a little baby, we take him all the time. Yes, this child is so nice, beautiful husband, wife, grandmother, like this. We have to understand to become in our inner self. So in that way, it’s like this. I told you today, I didn’t tell, in such a way, I did not tell anyone. So God is with us. God is in us. God is with us, and God is in my temple. And God is in my coffee chair. Yes, God is everywhere. Just we have to change a little. Suddenly, we said, "All is God." All will be one. Another, I would tell you one thing. It was with the water. Now, second, the fire. And the fire, we know all. There’s a big fire. Everything is burning, and there is one fire, and only we are sticking to the one light. Also, fire, like five. Big fire and just tiny is a fire. This tiny fire can, a whole village can be burned, a whole forest can burn only from this little fire. And a big fire with water we can put it down. So don’t think that I have a big fire and you say another fire. No, no. Fire is a fire. And fire cannot live without water, so fire is living in the water, ocean. And the ocean is not only the ocean, it is in the water and the fire. So fire and ocean together, water and fire. But he said, "No, earth is there. Without earth, nothing can happen." So there is suddenly coming air, and the air is so strong, very much power of air, and it can burn everything. Or when air will be nothing at all, then nothing will burn further. So, you, I myself, I am telling, and you are also. You are God, my boys and girls. Don’t think that I am not good. I am a God. Nobody is mine. This is only body. Okay? You will say that I am a human. I am God. My God is in my heart, and that is my "I". I will die, the body will die, but my life will be with me. And you see sometimes, at night, very late at night, stars falling. And how quickly, like that’s all. Going from your here to far, that’s all. Similarly, when we die, then from the body we go so quickly, because I don’t want to come again in the body. I don’t want to be in this body. I am again happy. But our body, we should take care. Our soul says, our ātmā says, protect your body. Eat properly, not too much. Do not drink something which is not good for your body. No drugs, many things. Ātmā, you are God. You are God, and it said, "I gave you this, but all will go away when I will go out. It will not be in you again." So, no one can do anything. Only you can do. Only you do. You said, "Please, can you do something?" I said, "Yes, that we will do." But how long? We are in our body. We should do everything for our body. So you should know how I will take care of my body. Why? Because of the five elements. This body, and without this body, I will not come to God, because now I go through this body. Otherwise, we are going down again. Then we can become a cat, cow, buffalo, mosquitoes, scorpion, cobras, mosquitoes, you don’t think, please, negative to me. It can become you, mosquito. And a mosquito will come in your night, in your room, and it begins and says, "My blood, I want your blood." How is that mosquito so? I told you one tiny water drop, and this is the same. Some ideas, you are, and myself also, we became human, and we have the knowledge, and we can do great things, and we will say now, "Where is a God?" We are going to that God. There is a light, and if we press a button, all light is gone. Where are we? Where is the light? And this light? So that light is in our body, inside. And one day our light will go. But then it will say, "What have you done?" Then it will be counting. All will go in one door, and in that, automatically comes the supreme highest, or it goes down. My dear, you are great. You are a great human. And you have everything. Please try to look: if it is you, how is it? Eat good, live good, health good, and live good to God. So we have a connection with God. Electricity, from where is it coming? And from there, it is coming here through the cables. And that one day, suddenly, there is something that happens: all light is gone. And one day, something will happen, and all the light will disappear. So hold your hands. Live long, long so that you will become the cosmic God. So we all will be like the same water, maybe alcohol, but it is also liquid, or the milk. Or the fruit juice, liquid water, and all we are in that. That means now. What to do? Eat good. Don’t eat too much, and for two days, don’t eat. Friday, don’t eat, and Sunday, don’t eat. Sunday. So, because on Friday, don’t eat. Because Saturday and Sunday, you will eat too much. So this at least makes a very nice day, and we ate so much. So Monday, Sunday, Sunday we do not eat. So then you will have a long and healthy life. Then, exercises. Our body needs, everyone needs, even the animals, they are running, working, everything. So, how to move our bodies? There are some very strong body exercises, OK, but all the time, then it will not be good. So, very fine things, these fine things in the body, that we should take care of it. And therefore, yoga is not that kind of running and exercise, big and like this. Very fine, like. Like what? When the embryo is in the mother’s body, then we don’t know. The men don’t know. He knows, but he doesn’t know. But the woman, the mother, the embryo is inside, and she knows the feeling, how she should lie down, everything. That’s it. Similarly, our whole body works very well, that’s called Sarva-Hita-Āsana. And this is for example now, you all, everybody, look: first of them, now look, we do like this, yeah? Is nothing. When you have water going from the toilet, going out, everything, then you know how we are making it go. So this is how you can see many things that are like this. Sarvahitāsana, yoga in daily life. Yoga means yoga exercise, everything. But sarva, sarva means all. All, whole body. All different problems in the body. Sarva-hita, for that we need to have something, Sarva-hita-āsana. So this is Sarvahittāsana to become. Make your body, and don’t say, "I will run and sit at home." Sit down, sit on the table, and also you can do while this. So in this way, many things that we are doing, we can make our body again, healthy. It will take you about 20 days. Sometimes it begins immediately, but you will feel it completely in 10 days, 20 days. And one year, you will say, "I’m young, I’m healthy." I have so much energy in me. I will be happy. One year, but you do it every day. And after two years, you will be more healthy, very good. So yoga in daily life in your countries has been for many years. Practice that, and then a little meditation, relaxing. And then, every day before sleeping and when you wake up, or sometimes after waking, one exercise is very good for you. All many, many things, problems, mental things will go away. And so, there are two fingers, and your needles should not be very strong. So, line them up like this: elbows and shoulders in the same direction. Then black the ear, and then hands down. How do you feel your brain? How is the energy and everything? And both hemispheres relaxed. Once more. Three times, it is said also. You can, when the females, when they want to have a child, then they should, about four, five months or four, five half year or half year, these sarvahitāsan for the mothers. All systems will come very clear and very healthy and very good. And about one month after, with this Sarvitasana and these Brahmari Pranayams, the whole brain and all systems become so good that you will see your child will be one of the best in everything. So this is very important, very, very good. And what kind of food will it be? We have in India, and we have, when the lady is going to have a baby, then they are doing this all Sarvahitāsana and such things, all exercises. And after, when the child is born, then for one year, that different kind of food is very important. There are certain seeds and coconuts and many things, and ghee, not butter. So there is, and we make, we made. An experiment now, and we have this one little child, and these parents, they are very happy, and the child is, you can’t imagine how great. It means you can have, but you should have that type of food, not only to the hospital. Let it be one day or two days or three days, and then take it home, and you can say, "Eat this or that." That’s all. So, anyone here who wants to have a child, then tell me, and we will bring it from India or from there. Now people are bringing that kind of food. You will see the mother and child will be great, and it’s very tasteful. Oh my God, but it’s only for the wife, mother. Yes. Because the mother eats, milk comes to the child. Like they will not run to the drug, and like this and like this. So, there are many good things. So, this power, hold it again once more, everybody. Five times like this, and then hold it. Come on down, hold it very strong so that blood doesn’t go through, and then like this, because there is no blood, and now relax. Immediately, all your health will be good. Many people are working all day, every day, all the time. And they say the home, oh my God. So this is very good.
