Come here to practice yoga

The ashram's sanctity is preserved by its pure elements and dedicated practice. This land receives only divine water, ensuring the air, fruits, and vegetation remain uncontaminated and wholesome. It is a place for meditation, exercise, and walking among holy trees. One should visit often to partake in this purity, offer prayers, and enjoy the simple, good food. The environment is cool and refreshing, akin to the Himalayas outside of winter. A warm room is maintained for all who come to pray. Our collective work extends beyond the ashram through established councils and yoga programs, operating under United Nations principles to aid people, animals, and nature globally. This duty requires unified action, not individual effort alone.

"From the other side, water comes, but water is already flowing in the other direction, so it does not enter."

"The United Nations doesn’t give the money. But they gave us that we can do something."

How are you? Yakṣamātā. Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān kī Jai. Dev Puruṣa Mahādeva kī jai. Mādhavānandajī Bhagavān kī jai. Alak Puruṣa Mahādeva kī Jai. Satya Sanātana Dharma kī Jai. Oṃ Śāntiḥ. Oṃ Śāntiḥ. Jai. Yes, we had two beautiful days; we enjoyed a lot. It is especially beautiful here—very good air, very good. We can come out of this room. How good is the air? In our ashram, the whole land is such that no other water enters it. This means everything is good: our air, our fruits, everything. There are no chemicals. Cavity, yes. That water comes from God, falling as only pure water. It is unbelievable how good it is here. From the other side, water comes, but water is already flowing in the other direction, so it does not enter. Thus, all our fruits here are very good. Our vegetation is very good. And we can take a long, very good walk. This is truly beautiful, very good. We should keep this ashram very pure and clean. And we should do our sādhanā. What is our sādhanā here? We sit, meditate, and exercise. We are doing all the techniques, the very, very practical things here. After that, when we come out, it is beautiful, again beautiful. Each tree is a very, very holy tree. In that, we are all happy. It must not be only sometimes; whenever you have time, you should come here—for one Sunday, or else for these two days. Yes, come here. The food is very good, and the fruits are good. We do our yoga exercises, and especially, we have Bhagavān Dīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī and Holy Gurujī and Devpurījī in this temple. Come here and make a mālā. When it is not winter, it is a little bit cool. Yes, this is like in the Himalayas. We can sit with nice clothes, and then we feel very good. Or come, offer praṇāma, and go. There is one room that is warm. People from here also have prayers there. We should keep one room warm for them and for others who are coming as well. I hope very soon the countries will open. Then we will come to India too, and we will have a very nice program at that time. Now, there will be a very beautiful program about Holī, Gurujīs.
