Practise faithfully and continuously

The daily sādhanā is your foundational and constant path, containing the essence of all techniques. Begin at the Mūlādhāra Chakra, where Gaṇeśa resides as the ruler of everything. This practice is for all, regardless of life situation, but requires pure living free from harm. Consistent practice leads to the heart and brings peace, while abandoning it leads to a fall. The knowledge comes from many great sages, not from one source. A detailed book maps the centers within. The ultimate reality is the union of Śiva and Śakti. Practice this core technique once daily.

"He is the Lord of all lords, present everywhere."

"This knowledge is not from my book alone. It is from many ṛṣis who have composed everything."

This practice, which you have experienced here in seminars, is now available to you every day. You can integrate it into your daily life. While we gather monthly for different exercises, this foundational sādhanā is your constant path. It contains the essence of all beautiful techniques. You may supplement it on weekends, but by going through this core practice completely, you will become great yogīs among yogīs. We teach this same essence everywhere, and you will learn everything more profoundly. We begin at the Mūlādhāra Chakra. Here resides Gaṇeśa—not Śiva or Lakṣmaṇa or Viṣṇu, but Gaṇeśa. Why is Gaṇeśa at the base? People may think, "Oh, this is in the buttock," but he is the ruler of everything. You know he holds the root of the stomach—three, and three, and one makes nine. All that exists is within this, and he is that. He is the Lord of all lords, present everywhere. We have chanted many things, but now we come to the very essence. It does not matter if you are sannyāsīs or householders, husbands, wives, or friends; all can become the greatest of the great through these exercises and practices. However, one must ascend from certain conditions: no meat, pure living, and so on. When we are free from harming and joking frivolously, we become completely peaceful, as if in the protection of Lakṣmī herself. But if you learn for a while and then give up, you will fall down again. You have been practicing very well these past days, and where has it brought you? To the heart. In our heart, everything will come. There is more to convey, which we have in our books. After three months or a year, you will attain it. You can try to see it now, but it will not yet be. So, we begin anew from the start. I know many of you are pure, very pure, for many years. But if someone has strayed, begun to eat this and that, you must come back. If you give up, the river that flows so nicely may instead turn towards dirty water. This chart is very good and beautiful. We do not have many left, but we can request more. It is very important. We will see by that time. We know what we are building with yoga. We have many centers, much yoga in Delhi, with many yogīs and students, and also in London, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Canada. Everywhere there are our lectures and ashrams. This knowledge is not from my book alone. There are many great sādhus. All that has been done is not by me. It is from many ṛṣis who have composed everything. Some make slight variations, but this was very nicely done in Slovenia. He made this beautiful work for me. I remember the whole region—Slovakia, Yugoslavia. I was there from a far distance. It would be nice to know how big that country was. They even said to me, "It will be Yogaslavia." Anyway, this book is beautiful, and we must obtain it again. Does everyone have this book? Good. We bought about a thousand books or more, so everything was there. It is not mine; it is from many sādhus, I think South Indian. It is very beautiful. The person who made it detailed each and every nerve very well. It shows exactly where your centers are, in every way, in the hands and elsewhere. Do you have this clearly? Now, where is it in our heart? We were in the heart, and then we moved to points on the side of the head, tracing how the energy travels. You have not learned all of this. I will tell someone; if a very great person can, we will have this translated into English. It is written there, but the lines were not drawn because there are too many, and it cannot be made clear like this. We have to come from here, where there is the sun, moon, and so on, and place it here. Is there anybody who can write very nicely? We will pay them. We must take this light. This is very great, my dears. We have to proceed. You know what we do? We did it a few years ago always. We come, we jump, we say hello, and Swami Ji says, and Swami Ji says. Now we have to go. Even all three of us will be here. But it has to be like that. You have seen this already. It is about Śiva and Śakti. This Śiva and Śakti are one. You, too, are half man and half woman. But this is not a real, not a real man... I must drink water, please. Woman and man—this has been depicted with the male on the left and the female on the left, and we have seen it many times in cinema in a beautiful way. But the best male? Yes, I told them. The horse, the beautiful one horse, he is the man. Others, like cows and creatures, are different. But, of course, we are beautiful, and we like it very much. If Śiva is not here, what would we do? Or if Śiva is here but only sees, then what? So that was okay, happy. Many, many things have been written. It is not simply, "Do you not feel?" Of course, we are men, and we are very good. But the man likes more of a woman’s feeling, and the woman, she is nice and good, but does she feel the man? Yes, very good. No... there are many other things that are inside, I think, or outside. So "other" is not that male. They put it, but in our book it is there. So that is all for today. I tell you that now you can practice only once a day, not twice. And this is only one technique. All right, thank you. Understand? Technically, we did this in the morning. I will give it to you completely; we will bring it inside and tell you again, short and clear. Good. Now we will sing. Best bhajans. First is this: Yoga, Jñāna, Kriyā, Yoga, Nandana. No books. No letters. Not an instrument. Do not open your books, do not read, do not sing, and we will not play the harmonium either.
