Advice for practising Anusthan

We will participate in various programs during this seminar. Some people practice intensive meditation called anusthan. Don't eat too much, you will be well and you won't fall asleep while practicing. Go for a walk twice a day for half an hour. How, when, how much to eat for successful practice? How to concentrate on Manipur, Anahat and Visuddhi chakras? Practise the right techniques for a month, a year, then you will do well.
