"Holī Gurujī said, 'One in all and all in one.' ... if one from one religion criticizes others, then this is not a true recipient, not a spiritual person."
Swami Ji addresses the assembly, describing the great, invisible ṛṣis (sages) who protect humanity from hidden places like Himalayan glaciers. He emphasizes universal oneness, warning that criticizing others reveals one's own negativity, and shares a parable about a guru repeatedly saving a scorpion to illustrate maintaining one's compassionate nature regardless of others' actions.

He discusses the journey of the soul, the nature of heavenly realms, and the unique responsibility of human life, emphasizing purification through spiritual practice and the guidance of a Master. He shares a story of disciples fighting over a guru's legs to illustrate non-duality, and concludes with a guided Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma technique.

"We are all like one drop. We know we are on this earth. We are individual, our body, everything. What it is, but we want to become one with that, so that I will not come again back."
The speaker addresses a gathering, using the metaphor of a single drop of water to explore the journey of the individual soul (ātman) toward merging with the infinite ocean of the divine. He discusses the temporary nature of earthly life, relationships, and identity, emphasizing the ultimate desire to transcend individuality and become one with the cosmic whole. A teacher guides students through a visualization exercise in a park, using observation of a tree to discuss concentration and memory. He expands the analogy, comparing the tree's structure to the human body and spine, and discusses the multitude of life within a single body. He emphasizes storing beautiful memories, like winter landscapes, to aid meditation, sharing personal anecdotes from snowy environments to illustrate his points.

The speaker continues a discourse from the previous day, focusing on the Mūlādhāra Cakra as the seat of destiny (prārabdha) and divine energy. The talk connects these concepts to Kuṇḍalinī Śakti, the role of Kriyā Yoga, and concludes with a symbolic discussion of the tilak mark.
