Prana in food
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Summer Retreat in Vep, Hungary. In fresh fruits there is an immense amount of prana, while old food has very little. Regular practicing of yoga asanas and pranayam with proper diet gives us good health, as well as the six exercises or kriyas of hatha yoga.

How to overcome the obstacles of practicing
