Eat well and practice

If you use too many chemical things for your make-up, it is not healthy. We need natural food, otherwise the body will produce the missing constituent. When you are practicing yoga in a proper way all parts of the body will benefit.

We all will come to oneness
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Vienna, Austria. Everybody can do puja at the altar. There is God on the altar. We are equal but we should give respect newcomers also. We should give something to eat to the people to come to our ashram. Satsang is for everyone. Only God feed everyone, not us. We should respect every creature of God. Many years ago people gave food to sadhus in India but now not. After our death, there is only one light so we become one. Our religion is only the surface. We are only one drop but we all go to the ocean.
