After death, we shall see the reality. Do not meditate on the past or the future we should be in the present. Our dreams are memories of the past. Thinking and speaking negative things for others causes many problems for us. At present, we can do good or bad things. Past is gone and our distance from the past increasing in every minute. Forget the past and think about your path to the future. The story about a wild dog who was hungry and got a chapati from a farmer.
