Awakening of real kundalini

9:20 - 10:29|Recorded on 1 Aug 2008
Kuṇḍalinī Śakti is the universal energy present in every atom of the cosmos, inseparable from universal consciousness. This divine energy animates all existence, from stars to every creature. Within each being, it manifests as the vital force flowing through 72,000 channels, with major energy centers called cakras. A genuine awakening brings profound harmony, happiness, and balance to body and mind. Misguided techniques produce only physical symptoms, not true awakening. This energy can guide one toward higher awareness or toward negative states like anger, depending on the environment and one's discipline. Faithful practice, mantra, and positive company purify and direct this energy. The goal is a balanced union of cosmic energy and cosmic consciousness within. "Śiva and Śakti are not understood in terms of physical form, nor in the sense of male-female attraction, but as pure consciousness and pure energy." "The awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī is like a beautiful, pleasant, harmonious, steady feeling." Filming location: Vép, Hungary DVD 475

Morning Yoga practice, Umag, Croatia (6/9)

12:00 - 13:56 | From: 30 Sep 2010
A guided practice integrates relaxation, breath awareness, and physical postures. Begin by relaxing the entire body and observing the natural breath without influence. Gently deepen the inhalation, allowing exhalation to happen automatically, imagining the body expanding and contracting with each breath. Use the exhalation to dispel any tension. Inhale light to purify and nourish the body and mind; exhale all unwanted qualities. Feel this light surrounding the body, then focus it at the heart center. Reside there, observing and allowing the heart to open. Let this light spread through the entire being and beyond. Practice Agnisāra Kriyā and Nauli to purify and strengthen the vital energies. Perform āsanas with correct alignment, focusing on relaxation and the breath. Practice Viparītakaraṇī Mudrā to harmonize the glandular system. Sit with a straight spine for prāṇāyāma, such as Nāḍī Śodhana, maintaining a gentle, loving breath without force. Chant Oṁ and conclude with complete relaxation. "With inhalation, inhale light. With exhalation, you dispel all the used energy, all tension, all your unwanted qualities." "All the time, be aware of the Guru Gītā. If we force the prāṇa, we will not gain anything, only maybe illnesses." Filming location: Umag, Croatia

Listening to Shiv Mahapuran Uplifts the Soul

14:00 - 15:42 | From: 11 May 2016
The Śiva Purāṇa reveals how ego and desire obstruct truth and peace. Brahmā and Viṣṇu debated supremacy until Śiva directed them to meditate, where the eternal truth is found within. Ego arises with "I," and desire with "want"; cutting both yields peace. Dakṣa Prajāpati, filled with pride, insulted Śiva by excluding him from a sacrifice. His devoted daughter Satī attended despite Śiva's silent warning. Hearing her father's insults, she immolated herself in the sacred fire. Śiva, though omniscient, manifested fury and sent Vīrabhadra, who destroyed the sacrifice and beheaded Dakṣa. Upon his wife's pleas, Śiva restored Dakṣa's life with a goat's head, teaching that one must bear the consequences of personal karma. The story symbolizes that ignorance and ego make one animal-like, while meditation restores purity. All pain and gain are temporary; be a witness without attachment. True education is physical fitness, mental strength, and spiritual elevation, not mere academic degrees. Divine knowledge brings lasting enjoyment, making worldly addictions unnecessary. "When you cut 'I' and 'want,' then only say 'peace,' then you will get it." "Everything has to go. It will go away." Filming locations: Siprā riverbank, Ujjain, India.

A Journey of Remembrance and Reverence

15:50 - 15:57 | From: 10 Jan 2026
I recently traveled to pay respects at the samādhi of a revered female ascetic. She was the first female Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara in our tradition, renowned for memorizing sacred texts from a very young age and receiving a title for it. She had a large spiritual family of disciples managing various ashrams. We shared a good connection from past meetings at gatherings and when she visited our Guru. Upon learning of her passing, I journeyed through the night to attend the funeral procession in Ahmedabad, which culminated in her burial at a chosen site outside the city alongside other senior ascetics. It was a full 24-hour journey of remembrance. "She was the first female Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara in our Akhāṛā." "Her wish was to have her samādhi in Hargośālā." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Awakening within a human body

20:05 - 21:02 | From 1 Dec 2008
The heart is central to spiritual development and the awakening of divine joy through Kundalini. Destiny is the fruit of karma; every situation has meaning. Face destiny to be free from it. The heart feels everything quicker than the intellect. A divine light resides within it, the light of the Ātmā. Every creature with a heart carries God's manifestation. Negative energy produces desires and fear, while desirelessness brings true happiness and richness. This body is a wondrous creation where God resides and speaks. No heart is empty of the divine presence. Harsh words wound the heart, and only love and mantra can heal it. When Kundalini awakens and touches the heart, it overflows with devotion and happiness, leading to bhāva samādhi. This state is the highest joy and a healing process for the body. Understanding the meaning of words in prayer or song allows them to penetrate the consciousness and induce this samādhi. Sound, light, and energy from mantras have a healing effect, traveling through the nāḍīs to awaken divine love. "When there is a problem, everyone remembers God." "The happiest and richest person is one who has no desires, neither physically nor materially." Filming location: Vép, Hungary DVD 502

You Need Strength

21:10 - 21:59 | From 1 Oct 2008
Yoga is the universal path for human health, harmony, and happiness, serving all creatures. It is the most ancient divine work, described in the Vedas, designed to remove negative energy and elevate consciousness. All divine incarnations and saints realized divinity through yogic techniques like meditation, prayer, and universal love. To believe in and know God are yogic principles. Religions later developed from the teachings of saints, but yoga existed before any were named. All religions aim for the one God and contain yogic techniques. The practice leads to self-realization by freeing one from negative karma. Actions are your choice, but their results are your unchangeable destiny. Desire causes trouble and illness. The path requires tolerance, respect, understanding, trust, and harmony. Support the young generation and live with love, helping others and practicing conscious renunciation. Work to harmonize with all, respecting every place of worship and removing ego. Practice leads to happiness and the merging of individual consciousness into the cosmic. "Karma is in your hands; you can do what you want. It is your decision. But the result, the fruit of your action, is not in your hands." "Tolerance for T, respect for R, U for understanding, T again for trust in God, and H for harmony. That is the truth." Filming location: Vienna, Austria DVD 491
