The Flow of Breath and Mantra
Connect breath and mantra in meditation.
Allow the breath to move freely, linking the inhalation through the nostrils to the stomach's movement. Find where the breath touches the center of the chest. Practice with a personal mantra and mālā. Without a personal mantra, listen to the sound of the breath inside; this sound is So Ham. 'So' is the inhalation, 'Ham' the exhalation. Be aware of the mantra's meaning, as it is the connection to the divine. Mantra is fulfilled by realizing its meaning, helping to understand the inner and outer worlds. This repetition makes one strong, filling the being with divine vibration. What hinders will pass. This time is for prayer to remove ignorance and become one.
"Repeat this mantra when you have no personal one."
"A mantra is fulfilled by realizing its meaning."
