Chakras and Nadis

The Mūlādhāra Chakra is the root foundation and the seat of the dormant Kuṇḍalinī energy. Three principal energy channels govern the system: Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and the central Suṣumṇā. The term 'haṭha yoga' originates from balancing the 'ha' of Iḍā and the 'ṭha' of Piṅgalā. True haṭha yoga embodies forceful willpower and relentless practice, never giving up. This willpower manifests in various forms: the king's resolve, a child's persistence, a woman's determination, and the yogi's ultimate renunciation for divine union. It also includes the six purification techniques for physical health. The awakened energy rises through the chakras—Svādhiṣṭhāna, Maṇipūra, Anāhata, Viśuddhi, Ājñā—toward Sahasrāra, merging individual consciousness with the divine. The entire universe exists within the human body; self-realization comes from inner exploration, not external seeking. "Practice, practice, practice. Have confidence and say, 'I know I will do it.'" "Renounce and enjoy. If you want to be happy, if you want to enjoy life, then renounce."

The rising of Kundalini

Mantras, elements, and spiritual science shape human destiny. Mantras are researched formulas of sound whose vibration originates at the navel. They purify the mind and protect one's energy. The singular, formless God distributes divine duties through the elements, which are living deities we must respect: Agni (fire), Jal (water), Prithvi (earth), Vayu (air), and Akash (space). Modern life lacks harmony because we neglect this reverence and the supporting sciences of astrology and Vastu for aligning actions and dwellings with cosmic energies. The human soul carries accumulated karma across lifetimes. The dormant Kundalini energy rests at the base of the spine; purifying the chakras through practice raises consciousness from animalistic tendencies. A true master's guidance is essential to cut through karmic destiny. Human life is a rare chance for this liberation. "Through mantra, we can gain a lot of positive energy and positive protection." "Your yoga practice will be successful through doing good karma."

Awakening of Kundalini

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Tbilisi, Georgia. Energy is circulating in the whole body and controlling our whole being. Manipura chakra is there where our life begins. The first human was born in the Himalayas and the whole Himalaya was the kingdom of Lord Shiva. To be born as a human is the last milestone in the development of consciousness.

Happiness is within you

Yoga and Ayurveda for wellbeing

The divine light of Bharat and Sanatana Dharma is the eternal truth. Bharat is the cradle of culture and spirituality, acknowledged as the motherland, Bhārat Mātā. It is the sacred center where divine incarnations manifest. Every atom of its soil carries divine energy. Sanatana Dharma is not a religion but the eternal principle of existence, the universal consciousness within all. It is the one Supreme Father in all. People are divine incarnations, yet a curtain of ignorance obscures this truth. This ignorance is removed through yoga and Āyurveda. Yoga is the union of the individual soul with the cosmic soul, supported by practices for health. Āyurveda is the ancient medical science that heals without side effects. Together, they are the two wings to fly to liberation. One must practice diligently and seek expert guidance. Do not be misled by superficial habits; recognize your divine nature. "Within you is an ocean of immortality. Within you is the fountain of joy, and within you is the immortal soul." "Yoga is called union: Jīvātmā to Paramātmā—the individual soul merges into the cosmic soul."

Discovering harmony and peace

A journey within begins by relaxing the body and observing the breath. Contemplate the five elements within. Space exists inside and outside; feel at ease within it. Air, or prāṇa, purifies the body and can remove illness with concentrated will. Inner fire, or agni, balances temperature and burns away toxins. The water element flows through tissues, supplying minerals and expelling impurities. The earth element, the bones, provides a frame. These elements within can become polluted by the external world. Purify them through sāttvic food, yoga postures, prāṇāyāma, and meditation. Body awareness is life awareness; health depends on clean, balanced elements. Bring awareness to any area of pain or illness. Direct breath and the elements—air, fire, space, water—to that area to balance and heal. This self-inquiry meditation can be done seated. Many bodily problems stem from personal mistakes like wrong diet or substances, but they can be repaired through yoga, meditation, and a balanced diet. Make a resolve to heal the body and mind through these elements and practices. Love and protect nature. Decide for a healthy, strong body and a long life. "Body awareness means life awareness. The body is here, you are here." "Strive to purify with sāttvic food... Pure quality gives more quality to your life." Filming location: Rijeka, Croatia

The Harmony of Yoga and Āyurveda

Yoga and Āyurveda are two wings for the soul's flight. This is a lifelong work of discipline. The first happiness is a healthy body, called niroga. A healthy family is the foundation; parents must remain together with children for harmony. Husband and wife require mutual understanding. Obedient children learn from parents who do not quarrel. Good neighbors are the fifth happiness. The sixth is having a milking animal and a kitchen garden. Āyurveda teaches that every plant has value, as shown in the story of Charaka. Discipline is essential: for medicine like chyavanprāś, follow strict dietary rules. Yoga begins with discipline; Āyurveda medicine begins with discipline. The cause of disease is eating constantly, which disrupts the digestive fire, Jāṭharāgni. Seek advice only from a trained Āyurvedic doctor who understands pulse diagnosis. These sciences make us healthy, grant long life, and aid spiritual achievement. The soul departs with speed, guided only by karma and spirituality. "The first happiness is a healthy body." "Yoga and Āyurveda will make us very healthy, happy, and give us a long life and spiritual achievement." Filming location: Rijeka, Croatia

Svargaloka

Yoga and Āyurveda are the sole foundation. All action—physical, mental, emotional—is karma. Kali Yuga is the age of karma yoga. Everyone is employed or searching for work. Work is slavery to money. Karma determines the resulting fruit. Skill in action brings yoga’s success. Yoga means union of the individual soul with the Supreme. The fire of yoga burns all karma. Positive karma leads to liberation. Nonviolence builds a free, peaceful society. The only hope in Kali Yuga is the name of God. Mantra repetition frees one from Kali Yuga’s prison. Gold symbolizes this bondage to money. Āyurveda prolongs life to realize yoga. It purifies without side effects. Heaven is temporary; the true goal is Brahmaloka. “Yogaḥ karmasu kauśalam.” “Kali Yuga kevala nāmādhāra.” Filming location: Rijeka, Croatia

How to prepare for meditation

Chin Mudrā meditation unites individual soul with Supreme and moves beyond the three guṇas. Sit in Sukhāsana or Padmāsana with back straight, thumb and index finger gently touching. The index finger and thumb joining signify Paramātmā and jīvātmā in oneness. Three other fingers represent sāttvic, rājasic, and tāmasic guṇas, which are obstacles. Spiritual development begins only after mastering these three guṇas. Without this mastery, practices are mere enjoyment without substance. The mudrā connects nerve points, signaling the brain to relax and balance emotions. It calms anxiety, restlessness, and depression while developing concentration. Energy recharges when fingers gently move, creating a sensation of electricity throughout the body. Hands palm-up intensify energy reception; hands on thighs create regenerative feedback. Energy flows when body is upright and comfortable; slouching disconnects the flow. The navel is the center from which energy and sound originate. Sound stages include parā at the navel, paśyantī at the throat, and vaikharī at tongue and lips. Unuttered resonance touches the heart, distributes through the body, and finally projects outward. With Chin Mudrā placed under the thighs, close eyes and relax all muscles from shoulders to eyebrows. Inhale deeply, feel abdomen expand, and envision chanting Oṃ to expand self into infinity. Chant Oṃ three times, feeling each cell resonate, then place hands on the face and open the eyes. “Triguṇarahitaṃ satguruṃ taṃ namāmi yaṃ.” “If there is petrol, the car will run. If there is no petrol, we push, but how long can we push?” Filming location: Rijeka, Croatia

Support the flame of life within you

The inner fire of tapasyā purifies the self through renunciation and steadfastness. All experiences—good and bad—arise from within our own consciousness, not from external sources. We project our inner negativity onto others, but blaming others only multiplies those negative qualities within our own awareness. True renunciation means letting go of attachment, anger, hate, and desire. Tapasyā is the inner fire that burns away all that is temporary and negative. This spiritual discipline does not require a remote location; it can be practiced wherever you live. Your consistent practice can make your own dwelling a holy place, radiating spiritual energy. The mind is restless and deceptive, like a reflection you cannot grasp directly; you must go beyond it. Your mantra and inner will are your supports. Ultimately, you alone must walk the path to quench your spiritual thirst; the source will not come to you. Happiness and divinity are already within you, given freely. "Everything is within us. Be happy with this. And if there is weakness, then pray for that energy." "Tapasyā is a fire which burns all negative qualities; everything burns. Fire is one of the best elements which purifies everything." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Detachment and Liberation

Life is obtained, but how should one live it? The human lifespan is divided into quarters for study, family, society, and final liberation. The ladder for this is Dharma, Artha, Kāma, and Mokṣa. The personality has perishable and immortal parts. The soul travels; the body has its lineage from five elements. We know only the physical body, but mind, intellect, and soul are reflected within it. The time in hand is always short. Only the present can be used. Be fully present with any task, such as eating. Concentrated eating alone can transform life and direct desires. The universe is made from Agni and Soma, a chain from the sun to rain to crops. The food we eat transforms through seven stages in the body, ultimately affecting desires and procreation. We have four components: body, mind, intellect, and soul. Everything is created from sound vibrations. Mantra practice moves from spoken sound to inner, formless repetition, a path to the soul. The mind is difficult to control as it is a reflection. Withdrawing from the world turns the senses inward. Detachment from all perishable things allows one to live in the present. In married life, man and woman are complementary halves, perfecting each other. Man is outwardly fiery, inwardly cool Soma; woman is outwardly cool, inwardly fiery. Their union is a stage of creation. Over 25 years, the wife shapes the husband, ultimately creating an aversion to turn him toward society and spiritual goals. The mother is the first teacher, shaping the soul in the womb. The final goal is enlightenment. "Today is the answer of life. I must use my present." "The woman is the creator of the world. She creates the man before she gives birth to the child." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Raja Yoga and Mantra

The limitless divine reality is the source and destination of all existence. From the silent, formless infinite arose the vibration of sound, the primal resonance that manifests as creation. All that appears—the cosmos, the myriad life forms—are waves upon that ocean of consciousness. These waves are not separate from the ocean; they emerge from it and will merge back into it. This mortal world is a temporary theater. All who are born will die, returning to the universal consciousness. Your present actions create future karma, stored within your own awareness. Therefore, live with humility and harm no creature. True meditation requires a mantra to focus the mind and dissolve restless thoughts, guiding the individual soul toward merging with the supreme. "Who came will go, and who went will come." "Yogaḥ citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ—Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

The cause of illnesses

The Satguru's name is the boat to cross the ocean of worldly existence. Satsang is the vehicle to heaven, like a boat crossing the ocean. Those who board the boat of the Guru's name with faith and service will be carried to the far shore. The mind is inherently restless, greedy, and thieving; it steals away good thoughts. Do not follow its desires. To control it, seek shelter at the Guru's divine feet. Worry is a disease that eats away at one's roots like a termite. We often blame others and do not accept our own mistakes, which creates mental illness. Guilt and hidden faults create fear that manifests as disease in the body. Surrender is essential. True devotion is an unbreakable attachment and purity. Hold fast to it to attain the divine vision. "Satguru nām jahāj hai, chaḍe sū utre pār, jo śraddhā kar sev de." "Man ke lagām lagāo... To śaraṇa. Come, seek the shelter at the divine feet or divine presence of the Gurudev." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

The Four Paths and the Nature of Siddhi

Yoga's path requires authentic practice, not imitation. The cycle of spiritual practice mirrors cosmic ages, with the current age relying on divine remembrance. A twelve-year commitment with firm resolve can lead toward perfection, yet unseen forces may test one's progress. The intellect, supported by positive qualities, is the pillar of sustained practice. When ego and negative tendencies arise, they corrupt this foundation. True spiritual power comes from grace, not mere mimicry of external actions. Imitating a master without inner realization leads to failure and potential harm. Spiritual attainment is a gradual inner ripening, demanding patience and surrender, not premature declaration. The name of the divine is the essential support in this age. "Kaliyuga kevala nāma ādhāra, sumira sumira nara hoi bhava pāra." "Guru Kṛpāhi Kevalam — solely the grace of the Guru." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Cultural tolerance

A nation must protect its culture and language, but large nations must not destroy small ones. True harmony requires adopting the ancient Vedic science, which speaks of unity, not a single God. India is the cradle of culture, hosting many languages without conflict, just as a garden holds many trees. Yet, we are destroying our environment, digging mountains and polluting our world. Yoga is not merely physical practice; it is the harmony of body, mind, and soul for inner peace. We must change ourselves first, as charity begins at home. Commercialization misuses yoga's true purpose, which is selfless action and simple living. Our culture is being lost to restless influences, while the ancient wisdom of peace is forgotten. We must control our negative energies and make a resolve for positive change, for anger destroys spiritual progress. True peace comes from within and through self-discipline. "Be the change you want to see." "Yoga in life is designed to bring peace, harmony, understanding, and happiness." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Tree planting in Khatu

The essence of yoga is the movement from sound to union, from mantra to silence. Mantra invokes peace, establishing a foundation of tranquility within and without. This repeated invocation of peace is the preparation, clearing the inner space. The practice then shifts to a singular, devotional repetition of the divine name. This repetition, or japa, is itself the core action. It is not an intellectual discourse but a direct, absorptive practice. The mind settles into the rhythm of the name, moving beyond thought. In this focused repetition, all doing is recognized as the doing of the divine principle alone. The separate sense of self dissolves into that recognition, which is union. "Śāntir Vidhve Deva Śāntir Brahma Śāntihi Sarvakoh Śāntihi." "Mahāprabhujī Karatā He Kevalam."

Mahashivaratri satsang from Khatu

This sacred Siddha Pīṭha is established by the grace of Śiva and the tapasyā of the lineage. The tradition continues from the Satya Yuga. A Siddha attains the highest spiritual state of samādhi and nirvāṇa. This place is a center of spiritual energy generated by the meditation of past masters. Śivarātri holds great significance, commemorating the original Yogi, Bhagavān Śiva, who consumed the world's poison for universal welfare. In such energy fields, even minimal sādhana has a powerful effect. This human life is a rare opportunity for spiritual welfare. Saints require only śraddhā and purity of mind; happiness is found in their company, not in wealth. This land of tapas was made fertile by sages for humanity's benefit. India is the hope of the world, the divine land where all sages are born. Yoga, rooted here, is a transformative practice for rising to a divine state. A resolve must be made to practice it integrally. "Either Bhagavān Śiva becomes pleased the fastest, or the saints and mahātmās do." "Saints require nothing; they only need śraddhā. Our minds must have purity." Filming locations: Nāgaur, Rajasthan, India.

Attributes of Shiva

The sacred ground of sādhanā is this very place where the worshipped Gurudev performed tapasyā. Svayambhū Śiva is the unborn creator and liberator, the highest Lord who self-manifests. The entire universe across countless ages is his body. He is among the merciful who bless even through short prayer. You witness the webcast from this holy spot where saints gather. A beloved devotee will now sing bhajans of the Gurujī and other saints. Listen and enjoy these divine voices. "Śiva is not born, neither of a father nor of a mother. He himself manifests." "He is one of the merciful ones who can bless with a little or a short prayer or sādhanā."

The mercy of Shiva

Śiva is the eternal, unborn consciousness from which all creation arises and into which it dissolves. He is both the creator and the liberator, not a destroyer but a renewing force. All manifested forms, from a hall to the cosmic cycles of yugas, are temporary. The law is Śiva, while the active roles of creation and preservation are undertaken by Brahmā and Viṣṇu, who change with each age. The individual soul researches through countless lifetimes, seeking to awaken from sleep. The human birth is a crucial opportunity; one must cultivate mercy and guard against negative thoughts that can pull consciousness back into lower states. Śiva is ever-present within, as the inner light and the energy in every heartbeat. Through devotion and awareness, the soul can realize its identity as Śiva. "Each and every heartbeat and each and every cell in our body is the energy of Śiva." "One day, Jīva becomes the Śiva."

Memories

Memory is a foundational aspect of life, yet dwelling on the past is a waste of precious time. The past is gone like water that has flowed down a river; you cannot catch it again. Excessive attachment to past memories or to the dead body of a loved one is a sorrow for unreality. To progress spiritually, one must overcome such attachments. The advanced state of Trikāldarśī, seeing past, present, and future, is not easily attained and requires mastering one's own mind and memories first. God has placed security on such knowledge to maintain peace. If gained, this sight must be used with great care and discretion. To develop and maintain good memory, practice yogic postures like Śīrṣāsana that increase blood circulation to the brain and senses. Complement this with concentration and Āyurvedic practices, such as chewing a few soaked almonds daily with milk. A brilliant memory, free from attachment, leads to true bliss. "To think about the past is a waste of time. And wasting time is a sin." "Trikāldarśī means knowing the past, present, and future." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Science of spirituality

Śivarātri reveals the self-manifest Śiva, the primal sound Oṁkāra, and the path of yoga and satsaṅga. Śiva is Svayambhū, self-made, the nādarūpa parabrahma. Bhajans carry the wisdom of Vedas and Upaniṣads. Yoga āsanas and prāṇāyāma balance body and mind but remain physical. True yoga demands surrender and discipline now—“Athaḥ” means just now, not tomorrow. Health is not everything, yet without it nothing matters. The human body is a rare vehicle for mokṣa. Karmas cannot be purified in one life; desires create pollution. Purity is required physically, mentally, socially, spiritually. Sāttvic nourishment from Āyurveda supports this. Yoga and Āyurveda are two wings to reach Brahmaloka. Satsaṅga grants peace and bliss; ku-saṅga destroys. Company colors character. Citta vṛtti nirodha—control thought waves. Selfless service makes yoga successful. Enter the kingdom of the Lord through sacrifice. “Athaḥ means just now. So don’t think, ‘Tomorrow I will begin my yoga exercise.’” “Enter the kingdom of the Lord through the gate of sacrifice.” Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Shiva has given us the human body

The glory of Śiva and the path to immortality are the theme. Śiva is Mahādeva, supreme, with endless glory, and our souls are His light. He balances divine and demonic forces, but Svargaloka is not immortal. The true aim is Amaraloka, Brahmaloka, our origin. In Mṛtyuloka, the jīva endlessly experiences transient happiness and sorrow. Kali Yuga intensifies pain, division, and ignorance through fighting over impermanent things. The human body is a rare chance; worldly desires are countless, but desire for Brahman is rare. Worldly love ends in pain, like a spider’s web that traps. True love is for Brahmaloka. Impurities from desires infect the subtle body, manifesting as disease. The mind’s spots from countless lives cannot be cleansed by ordinary means. Prayer, saṅkalpa, and guru’s shelter alone purify. Jñāna Agni, the fire of knowledge, burns past karma. Yoga Agni similarly turns karma to ashes. Yoga is not mere āsanas but sādhanā with śama, dama, tapasyā, vairāgya, jñāna, and tyāga. Without these qualities, one is lost. Śiva offers this chance; rise above animal nature and practice sādhanā. “Yoga agni karma dagdhani.” “From this Mṛtyuloka to Brahmaloka, all kinds of desires or joys we think of are just like dirt.” Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Heart and intellect

The discipline of vṛtti is the foundation of yoga. All sacred words are Vedavākya, sharing the same essence. Humans misuse divine gifts, becoming selfish. Two śaktis exist: positive devī śakti and negative āsurī śakti, which can awaken the positive. Vṛtti is your attention, thinking, and where your consciousness moves. Without vṛtti, you become depressed; with uncontrolled vṛtti, you are distracted. Intellect is pure, but greed confuses it. The heart is a bag of feelings like fear and love, but it is weak. Selfishness directs vṛtti toward personal desire. Your vṛtti can be elsewhere even while your body is present, causing restlessness. Therefore, do not merely think from the heart; the heart feels, but the intellect thinks. Discipline is required. Patañjali states yoga is calming the mind's fluctuations. Control your vṛttis; do not let them wander. Bring your vṛtti to rest in the heart, where devotion resides and qualities like mercy awaken. Begin with discipline to control the vṛttis. "Yogaḥ citta vṛtti nirodhaḥ: through practicing yoga, your mind's fluctuations are calmed, or without controlling them, your practice will not succeed." "My body is here, but my vṛtti is there where my beloved Kṛṣṇa is." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Yoga and Āyurveda: The Path to Health and Self-Realization

Yoga and Āyurveda are ancient sciences for health and self-realization. We exist in Kali Yuga, an age of suffering. The Vedas are the first scriptures, speaking of consciousness, space, and energy. The Supreme, without form, desired to multiply, beginning with sound and light. Humans were created with divine power, which was made dormant. Health is the primary wealth, achieved through proper nourishment and yogic movement, which unites body, mind, and soul. Āyurveda is the knowledge of life. Every plant has value for healing, as taught in the story of Charak Ṛṣi. One must eat to live, not live to eat. The food consumed affects the entire system. Practice is essential. Life consumes life, which creates karma. A diet of grains and fruits is advised. Yoga is for well-being, requiring no competition, only consistent practice. "Who am I? Not a human. Not an animal. Not a body. Not a mind... I am that Nirākār Ātmā." "Practice, practice, practice makes perfect." Filming location: Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic

The Power of Satsaṅg

Satsaṅg is the supreme purifying force. A quarter-hour in the company of a saint eradicates countless sins. In this age, satsaṅg is rare and unparalleled; no other practice compares. It transforms even a criminal. True satsaṅg is found in bhajan, which contains philosophy and knowledge, not merely in repetitive chanting. Mantra practice involves specific vibrations that purify the body's energy centers. Writing, chanting, and mental repetition are progressive stages. Collective chanting harmonizes individual minds into oneness, relieving stress and uniting consciousness. Society can uplift or degrade; satsaṅg leads to perfection by changing habits. Divine incarnations arise for selfless service, which is weighed as greater than liberation itself. Meeting a true guide dispels the darkness of accumulated karma. "Ek gāḍī me ādi gāḍī, ādi me punyād, tulasī saṅgat sādhu kī, hare koṭi aparādh." "Kali yuga keval nāma ādhāra, śumira śumira nara, hoi bhava pāra." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

How to find peace

The path to peace, memory, and fearlessness is found through yogic health. Peace begins within the heart and cannot be gained from outside. A primary cause of disease and nervousness is stress from an imbalanced nervous system. Health requires disciplined nourishment. Practice Alpāhāra, eating little. After a meal, eat nothing for six hours, only water. This gives the digestive system rest. A healthy body sleeps well, a sign of peace. Memory is connected to the Mūlādhāra cakra. Practice Aśvinī Mudrā to strengthen the nervous system and develop memory. Practice Kapālabhāti Prāṇāyāma to activate the brain. Perform Śaṅkhaprakṣālana for internal purification. Health is primarily in your hands through practice. Control the diet, reduce quantity, and peace will follow. "Śānti is within your heart. Peace begins from our heart." "Eat as much as you can. But then, for six hours, nothing to eat."

Discover peace and happiness within you

Vishwaguru Maheshwarananda Public Lecture, Kosice, Slovak Republic. Vishwaguruji reveals the secrets of our birth. We come from the beautiful Universe with peace and happiness within. This kind of realization is awakened by practicing meditation.

Meditation can help us

The Vedas are the most ancient science of life, containing mantras for peace and guidance. Mantras are sacred sounds found in all traditions, leading from darkness to light. The primordial sound Oṃ began creation. Regular mantra chanting brings vibrational harmony, reducing stress and fostering inner peace. Modern life, consumed by work and greed, creates imbalance and disease. Humans are born as protectors, not destroyers of nature. Time must be respected and allocated wisely for health and family. Daily yoga practice harmonizes body, mind, and soul. Food possesses three qualities: sattva brings health and peace, rajas brings agitation, and tamas brings laziness. Choosing sattvic nourishment is essential. Meditation is the path to inner peace, allowing one to withdraw from external chaos and realize the inner divine light, mercy, and joy. "Lead us from unreality to reality. Lead us from darkness to light, from mortality to immortality." "Meditation is a way to peace, to harmony, and to the spiritual path." Filming locations: Poprad, High Tatras, Slovakia.

The aim of human life

Yoga is the divine journey of life itself, beginning when the soul enters the mother's body. Life is a union of the five elements—space, air, fire, water, and earth—that form the physical vessel. The body's 72,000 nerves constantly receive and distribute cosmic energy, connecting all functions to a supreme power. No human science can replicate divine creation, such as a single drop of blood or the soul itself. Human life, one among 8.4 million creatures, is given for the soul to attain liberation from the cycle of birth and death. The soul departs the body at death, traveling far beyond worldly connections. Leading a spiritual life through tolerance, respect, and love perfects human existence. God is formless and nameless, realized within, akin to the soul which cannot be physically located or controlled. Humans create new karma through thoughts, words, and deeds, while animals bear karma from past lives. Prāṇāyāma, the purification of the nervous system through breath, is essential. Techniques like Nāḍī Śodhana harmonize the lunar and solar channels, balancing emotions and activities to foster inner health and happiness. "Yoga means uniting. Yoga means harmonizing, and yoga means balancing." "Humans create karma. Not the animals... Animals have enough karmas from past lives." Filming locations: Martin, Žilina Region, Slovakia.

Yoga and meditation

Meditation is a path to inner harmony through self-inquiry. A mantra purifies energy, creating positive vibration. Begin by chanting Aum, the cosmic resonance present before creation. Sit motionless, relax the body, and coordinate it with natural breath. Awareness moves to the heart, the seat of happiness, peace, and compassion. This inner love, akin to a parent's love, is a constant source. Positive energy emanates from the heart, coloring one's being. Consciousness is pure, but thoughts impart a color, shaping reality. Mastery over this determines a life of peace or sorrow. The individual soul experiences the world, while the eternal ātmā within is indestructible, like the sky. True security comes from cultivating universal love rooted in the lineage of life itself. Yoga harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. "Lead us from unreality to reality. Lead us from darkness to light." "Your heart is pure. Your consciousness is very pure. Your awareness is very alert. But what color are your thoughts?" Filming location: Banska Bystrica, Slovakia

Meditation in Anandasana

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Spisska Nova Ves. In Self-inquiry Meditation we are searching for the door to get out of this worldly cage.

Guru Tattva cleans everything

The essence of Guru Tattva is realized through the dual forms of the Guru. The manifest, personal Guru is the accessible form for worship and guidance. The unmanifest Guru is the same reality, present within. The personal form is the practical means to reach the impersonal truth. The Guru principle is transmitted through an ancient spiritual lineage, symbolized by earrings representing the union of masculine and feminine divine energies. Spiritual progress requires purifying the inner instrument. This is achieved by cultivating pure relationships, seeing all beings through the lens of kinship—as mother, father, sister, or brother. This equal vision purifies thoughts and dissolves ego. Surrender is not a physical act but an internal melting of the heart. The Guru's words are a nectar that cleanses negative energies and cuts through karma, bestowing liberation. "Through that, you will come automatically to nirguṇa." "In this way, we can purify our antaḥkaraṇa, mana, buddhi, citta, ahaṁkāra—the mind, intellect, our consciousness, and our ego." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

The Holy Land

Prayāgarāj is the king of holy places, where the Kumbh Melā is held. According to myth, it is where the nectar fell and three rivers, including the underground Sarasvatī, meet. The major festival occurs on a sacred constellation. While a melā happens annually, the sādhus recognize a major Pūrṇa Kumbha every four years. Millions attend to bathe, believing sins are washed away, and to discuss spiritual and societal governance. A system was established last century by the monastic akhāṛās. Following the tradition of the Śaṅkarācāryas, they created the title Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara. This honourable role is for caretaking—to solve problems and provide for sannyāsīs and ashrams. However, a committee with a constitution holds the authority. This committee selects one Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara to serve as the presiding Ācārya. All decisions are made by the committee. "Everyone knows the precise day, which we call Makar Saṅkrānti, when the sun begins moving north." "Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara is not a dominator but a caretaker who solves problems and provides assistance." Filming location: Maha Kumbha Mela, India

Develop your wisdom, do not steal

In Kali Yuga, imitation and stealing extend beyond money to spiritual works. People misappropriate scriptures, changing names, but holy words cannot be altered. The cow of wisdom is the intellect. Feed it with love and devotion, then the butter of discrimination arises. A man complained that past saints had taken all the butter, leaving only sour yogurt. The guru said: the cow remains; milk it with love and you will have enough butter. Those who merely copy from books are bookworms; they do not produce their own knowledge. True knowledge comes when wisdom seeds are placed in the intellect’s womb, born from knowledge and devotion together. Many become self-made masters, neglecting the guru, and wisdom lies in dust. The mind, once rich, loses everything through bad company. Leaving the shelter of the satguru, meditation and devotion are lost. Good deeds are forgotten, and one walks a wrong path. Patience, dharma, meditation vanish, replaced by tamasic desires. Keeping the eyes constantly at the master’s lotus feet restores all. “The cow is our buddhi, our intellect. And there, if we use prem—meaning love, meaning bhakti, devotion—then the butter of viveka will come.” “My concentration, my consciousness, my eyes are all the time in the holy feet of my Gurudeva.” Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

If you don’t accept, you will lose the chance

The disciple's inner purity determines their capacity to understand the Guru's message. This message is a true instruction for spiritual progress. The Guru's guidance, though sometimes difficult, is medicinal and tailored to the disciple's specific qualities. Impurities arise from a lack of social education and from absorbing negative energies through bad company, which acts as a spiritual disease. The intellect's power of discrimination must be used to follow divine indications from nature and scripture, just as one would follow a parent's warning. Liberation comes from constant awareness of past actions and realizing one's true nature as the soul, beyond birth and death. "Even if we give milk to a cobra, the cobra will produce poison." "Human life is great, but at the same time, very poor because we have too many temptations." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Self-inquiry meditation

Self-inquiry meditation purifies the restless mind and heals the earth. Prayer is a tonic for spiritual development, leading to self-realization. The primary practice begins when consciousness becomes concentrated. Modern worries about the environment and society originate from the human mind. Modern science and thinking create complications leading to disaster. The solution is returning to ancient scriptures and yogic science, which research the self. This path reunites the divided individual. Meditation cultivates inner love and harmony, guiding one to ask "who am I?" Ādiguru Śaṅkarācārya taught non-violence and non-duality. Where there is duality, there is violence. Pollution of water is a profound violence, as every entity is oneself. Humans must reduce pollution and heal the earth. Vegetation has an equal right to live, yet it is destroyed. Recovery is possible through protection and planting trees. The people have the power to demand organic food, transforming agriculture. Similarly, meditation heals the illness of materialism by purifying selfish desires. Self-inquiry leads to the realization that all life is one's own self, fostering compassion. This practice is essential to save humanity from suffering. A simple, necessary action is for all to become vegetarians, as a plant-based diet is the first principle of non-violence and health. "Where there is non-duality, there is ahiṃsā, non-violence." "Viśvaprāṇī merī ātmā hai. Every entity is myself." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The center of the Divine Light

The eternal holy light of this spiritual seat has been radiating for forty years. This center in Vienna is a blessed place where thousands have learned yoga and spirituality. The presence of the master imbued it with a lasting spiritual power. This light is for all beings equally, as the sun shines for everyone. The work here is like a seed that has grown into a global tree. You are connected to this lineage; you are also a successor and a student. Enlightenment is not gained by mere touch but through dedicated practice. Your primary task is to cleanse your heart through spiritual discipline. Do not neglect your practice, or the inner light will dim. A blessing given is permanent and will protect you, even if understood later. All worldly conflict is superficial; deep within the heart lies peace. Take light from this eternal flame to ignite your own. "The whole creature is myself, my ātmā. Ātmā soi paramātmā, and this ātmā is the supreme one." "Practice is very important... The task is to first cleanse your heart and cleanse your feelings." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Slideshow - Merry Christmas

The invocation of divine light is the central practice. This light is not a physical flame but the supreme consciousness itself. It is the source of all creation and the essence within every being. By chanting these sacred names, one aligns with this primordial radiance. The repetition purifies the mind and dissolves the illusion of separation. It awakens the inner light, leading to direct recognition of one's true nature. This practice is the path to liberation, merging the individual soul with the universal light. It is the simplest and most profound form of worship. "Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Pramodīpa Nārāyaṇam..." "Śrīprabhudī Pannarāp..."

We suffer because we left Nature

The true home is not a physical place but the heart's connection to all existence. The family we are born into is often difficult, but yoga reveals the entire world as our true family. Religious festivals, understood through a master's light, transform from ritual into spiritual meaning. The goal is to absorb divine sweetness like a wooden spoon in honey, which requires an open heart, not ego. We are all plants in God's garden meant to bear the fruit of knowledge, which must be shared or it is lost. This is the living tradition. The path to the highest reality is through the guru principle, found not in ego but in humility, like an ant finding a grain of sugar. Human suffering arises from living unnaturally, disconnected from the laws of nature. We must return to a natural way of living through practice and by teaching what we have learned. "Only through the knowledge of yoga—from a self-realized master—are we able to understand the messages hidden within religion." "If you do not teach others, they will be lost after your death. Therefore, it is called a living school." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Humans have the chance to get liberation

The final spiritual result is determined in the last moments of life, where one can undo a lifetime of good. Persist in spiritual practice regardless of difficulty, for the seeds of devotion never perish. Many struggle but keep faith. Time is fleeting; do not assume a long life remains. Spiritual energy must be awakened with awareness and directed rightly, lest it cause destruction. Purify the inner faculties: mind, intellect, consciousness, and ego. See the world as one family under the creator, Śiva Tattva. The cosmic principles of creation, sustenance, and dissolution operate through divine play. Human birth offers liberation, but acting against creation degrades one back into animal realms. Preserve the pure qualities within your lineage; mixing them leads to decline in this age. Practice yoga postures named for animals to overcome latent tendencies and cultivate human virtues like mercy and non-stealing. This practice leads to realizing the universal Śiva consciousness. Connect to the holy source through practice, scripture, and the elements. Persist without hurry. "Do not celebrate the day too early; wait until the sun sets." "If you protect dharma, dharma will protect you." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Spirituality doesn't change

The light of divine incarnation brings peace and healing to the world. Great saints descend with blessings that sustain all life. Their energy remains vivid even without physical presence. Remembering their name brings immediate peace, regulating the heartbeat and breath, allowing the soul to find reality in that light. In this age, holiness persists though it may seem minimized. The supreme incarnation is like the rising sun, outshining all lesser lights. All true saints and incarnations originate from and are guided by the Guru Tattva, the supreme principle. Every spiritual path ultimately merges into the oneness of Brahman, like rivers vanishing into the ocean. Our traditions and faith, nurtured from childhood, protect this understanding. Negative forces can quickly destroy years of spiritual work, so constant care and practice are essential. "Whenever your mind is scared, prayer, and when you don’t see the path, prayer." "Guru Brahma, Guru Viṣṇu... all incarnations, all saints, they had their master." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Importance of the Full Moon

The moon's influence is central to yoga, governing the mind and emotions through its connection to the left nostril and the Iḍā Nāḍī. Its constant change mirrors the fluctuations of our thoughts and feelings. To balance this, one practices Chandra Bhedana Prāṇāyāma, using only the left nostril to purify the lunar channel and stabilize the mind. The full moon is a time of stabilized mental activity, making fasting beneficial for cultivating calmness. The solar principle, Sūrya, represents stable consciousness and intellect, purified through Sūrya Bhedana Prāṇāyāma. The ultimate practice is Nāḍī Śodhana, the purification of both channels, often achieved through Anuloma Viloma Prāṇāyāma, which prepares the mind for deep meditation by quieting restless thoughts. This science of balancing the lunar and solar flows, known as Svara Yoga, requires long discipline. Supporting practices like Śīrṣāsana direct energy to the brain and senses for clarity. Each prāṇāyāma has a specific effect and should be learned properly. "Through the moonlight, I enter into the vegetation as nectar, the sweetness." "Chandra Bhedana Prāṇāyāma is very gentle, very soft, very easy; anyone can do it." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Be aware of the importance of your life!

The full moon's influence operates whether one is aware of it or not. Many practice yoga only for physical well-being, indifferent to what follows life. Yet one's own actions create a destiny that follows like a shadow, with all accounts settled at life's end. The aim of self-knowledge is distinct, rooted in inner purity. The light of enlightenment is not physical light but the light of knowledge, which exists even without sight. The individual consciousness is entangled in a net of complexities and latent tendencies. Only the Satguru can cut these binding threads. Satsang can suddenly resolve deep fixations and misunderstandings, awakening the awareness that the true self is eternal. Avoid gatherings that criticize other paths, seeking instead those grounded in genuine knowledge. "Destiny is not somewhere in the sky; destiny is following us like the shadow of our body." "In this kośa, there is a light of knowledge." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Spiritual name is important

The Pañcamukhī Rudrākṣa embodies the mantra Oṁ Namaḥ Śivāya. Distribute it for health and balance. Wear it touching the body, ideally at the neck for the thyroid and vocal cords, or let it hang near the heart. Cleanse it with water while chanting the Tryambakam mantra. This practice harmonizes the physical, mental, and emotional. Giving a Rudrākṣa purifies karma. A spiritual name should align with Vedic astrology. An accurate birth time and place are required to determine the correct initial letter based on the moon's position. This creates a protective influence. The process involves a fee for the astrologer's detailed work. "One Rudrākṣa, a Pañcamukhī Rudrākṣa, distribute it to your friends for their good health, for the balance between emotion and intellect." "Then the astrologer will make your horoscope perfect... the alphabet must be according to your constellation." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Bhakti

Steady practice and satsang are essential for spiritual progress. Neglecting regular practice, even for a day, leads to significant loss. Initial enthusiasm often fades, replaced by distractions like television, which halt spiritual development. Do not blame God or the teacher for a lack of progress; grace functions alongside personal effort and devotion. Practice must be continuous, with awareness on each breath and the divine name. Spiritual love must grow daily, like a plant or a child in the womb. Satsang is a purifying bundle of energy; avoiding it leads one astray into negative company. Practice without devotion and satsang remains mechanical. Continuity is step-by-step, building the path. This discipline brings holistic development to millions globally. Conferences honor the teacher and promote a culture of peace, which is the true foundation for harmony. "On my each and every breath, I repeat and remember Thy name." "The lucky one, the fortunate one, will go to the satsaṅg." Filming locations: Prague, Central Bohemia, Czech Republic.

Culture gives us the human quality

Culture is the beauty and life of humanity, arising from the foundational education known as saṃskāra. This culture bestows human qualities, spirituality, and awareness. It is expressed through non-violence, peace, harmony, tolerance, and forgiveness. Every creature possesses its own culture, and to be without it is to be lost and unhappy. Culture is life itself. Sanātana Dharma is the eternal principle underlying all existence, not a dogma but the natural law of growth and transformation present in all life, from a seed to the cycles of water. It is the recognition of the one divine essence, Śiva tattva, dwelling within every creature. All conflict arises from division and ignorance of this unifying culture. To create peace, one must respect and follow culture, with agriculture being a vital expression of it, requiring protection from harmful practices. "Where there is a culture, there is a human, and where there is a human, there is a culture." "Sanātana Dharma is not that I believe this God and you believe this God. This kind of fighting is not in Sanātana."

Shiva Tattva

The endless cycle of creation and dissolution guides the soul toward Śiva. Creation, Sṛṣṭi, and dissolution, Vilaya, repeat across Yugas. God incarnates in each age through Yogamāyā. Viṣṇu appears with symbols of blessing and destruction. The cycle cleans the field of existence before Śiva, the Svayambhū, manifests again. Vast scriptural knowledge was largely destroyed, yet an ocean remains. Theoretical knowledge is limited; practice is essential. Countless Yugas have passed. The Jīvātmā, the individual soul present in all life, is Śiva-tattva. This essence multiplies endlessly. Gods perform their duties in a reciprocal play. Through disciplined Sādhanā, especially mantra in Kali Yuga, one can overcome suffering. Earthly life, from womb to old age, is marked by difficulty and attachment, a Tapasyā. The aim is for the individual drop of Jīva to merge with the ocean of Śiva. Sustain life with duty and love, but seek Self-realization. Hold to your path, reject doubt, and use your inner light. Guide future generations on this path to end the cycle of rebirth. "Kali Yuga keval nām ādhāra, sumir sumir narhoi bhavapāra." "So this drop is the Jīva, Śivatattva. And the ocean is Śiva. When this drop falls into the ocean again, the Jīva becomes Śiva." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Blessing of Bhagwan Sri Deep Mahaprabhuji is everywhere

The divine presence transcends physical form. The physical, saguṇa form is limited, while the nirguṇa form is limitless and accessible to all through the name and remembrance. When a great being merges with Brahman, their physical presence ends, but their divine essence remains. This essence is within everyone, but realizing it requires purification of the inner consciousness. Our tradition carries this blessing. The Guru's guidance is essential; rejecting it leads one astray. Personal experiences of this grace are profound but often indescribable. The disciple must be receptive to the master's shaping, like a sculptor with stone. Practice humility, follow the Guru's word, and reduce negative tendencies to progress. The divine presence is a constant support and multiplier of grace for the sincere devotee. "Greater than God Rāma is His name, which is even greater." "To be near him is like when it is very cold and we sit near a fire. The fire doesn't talk to us... but that warmth automatically comes to everyone." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Dreams are your reality

Dreams reveal your inner reality. The Supreme, though unseen, dwells within your heart as a spark of light. Realizing this requires cultivating spiritual qualities like truth and humility while denying negativity. Your present thoughts are seeds determining future experiences across lives. What you call reality is as fleeting as a dream, a play of consciousness. Relationships shape your inner peace; hidden emotional blockages possess immense power. A harmonious partnership is a merging of souls for life's journey. Waking life and dream experiences are both layers of your conscious reality. "Your hidden power has immense energy, and that can move everything." "Therefore, on this planet, there is no reality. We will come and we will go, and we will experience our own reality. And that’s called a dream." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

Mantra chanting makes you one with the divine

The prayer seeks oneness with the divine through devotion and practice. Divine light dwells within, dissolving ignorance. The goal is liberation, merging with Brahman or Śiva. This union is yoga, meaning harmony, a divine science beyond mere exercise. Intellect must be filled with devotion, not dry. God grants realization through a medium, like rain through clouds. Constant practice with a guru's blessings is essential. True meditation is complete awareness in all activities, a consciousness unified with the cosmic. Chanting uplifts consciousness, resonating through all chakras to reveal the innocent, pure self within. Donating Rudrākṣa on new and full moons helps balance karmas. Life requires balancing good and bad karmas to ultimately merge with the one. "Let me become one, and that is called the yoga. That yoga, which means the harmony, it is your creation." "Complete awareness. My eyes are closed or open. You may be walking. You may be working. You are aware that your consciousness is in the cosmic consciousness." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic
